We met Jevaughn, and he was super humble, as well as completely crushing the customer service role. First of all, he let us know that he was only 4 months on the job and was still learning the ins and outs. To which I absolutely love since he didn't pretend to know it all. I sent him the video of the ant problem, and he ran the test on my water sample. Jevaughn was seriously the best person I have met in a long time, who was so into customer service. Definitely went above and beyond his job duties. He sent me ways to deal with the ants via text message. Other people were waiting to be served, so we left hastily. But I remembered to ask another question about filters, and he got back to me really quickly after the solution to the ant problem. He then found the answer to the filter problem and offered to take care of the filter by ordering them over the phone, so I wouldn't have to waste another trip out of the store to order them. I paid over the phone, and they are going to be shipped to the store. There aren't enough nice things to say about Jevaughn. Aqua Rec is super lucky to have this gentleman working for them. I highly recommend dealing with Aqua Rec in Gig Harbor, and ask for Jevaughn.
