We love Leo's Coney Island, such a great variety of foods to choose from. We love the dramatic flaming Saganaki Opa with pita bread. The Coney Dogs have the hot dog casing snap, perfect with chili and mustard. The mousakka was rich and delicious and we love the tang of Lemon rice chicken Soup & Small Greek Salad has plenty of cucumber, beets, garbanzo bean and tomatoes! Yummy. Service was fast and friendly. My only regret is that Michigan is out of Sanders Hot fudge!!!!!

    large Chili Cheese Fries lol

i'm sure i could fit this "large" portion in a small box. i wouldn't order a large chilly cheese fry ever again

I was looking for a quick in and out place to eat near me and decided to try this place out. The place was okay, not the best, I will try something else next time to give it a more fair review. I wasn't fond of hotdog, or the chicken gyro, the fries were ok as well. However I LOVE THEIR LEMON RICE SOUP! It is amazing!! I highly recommend it for sure! I will Deff come back for the lemon rice soup! Staff: 9/10 Food: 7.2/10 lemon rice soup 10.5/10 Pricing: good I paid 15 for what I got Cleanliness: 10/10 Covid: everyone wears masks and clean the menus tables.

This is what extra well done means. Trash

Food is trash service is horrible. The place is outdated & would not refund for raw food offer to remake, I didn't trust it.

Yes those are disgusting canned mushrooms on top.

Trash food and trash service! Waitress cussing at front counter because people wanting to know if the restaurant was open. Just look at my omelette I think what should have been an egg white omelette tells it all! And yes those are canned mushrooms measuring larger than an inch

Quiet little place with a variety of salads and other dishes. I orders a Michigan Salad to go which was very well served and flavorful. But wee went there for the Conney Dogs. As you can imagine it was messy but very good. The servers were very friendly and service was very fast too.

This Leo's Coney Island restaurant is part of what is now the largest chain of Coney Island restaurants anywhere in the world. Two brothers of Greek descent opened their first Leo's Coney Island in 1972 in Southfield, Michigan and began franchising the Leo's name in 2005. Today, there are 64 Leo's Coney restaurants throughout the state of Michigan. While every Leo's has a full diner-style menu, the star of the show is the natural casing hot dog dressed with chili, diced white onions and yellow mustard. Today however, we came for breakfast. Quick and efficient service compliments the always reliable eats. Leo's earns 4 solid stars.

Enjoying chicken lemon soup, chef's salad, and onion rings! Living the dream!

Food and service were good. Would recommend hanging a Detroit Lions picture next to the other Detroit sports teams. Thanks.

Always have to stop at one of these places, either for a quick bite to eat or usually for the Sanders cream puff! (B)

One is the entertainment section in the southwestern borough of Brooklyn in New York City. The other is a type of restaurant that is popular in the northern States, having it's origin in Jackson, Michigan in 1914, and are very well-known today in the city of Detroit and throughout the nearby suburbs. When I always think establishments like Luca's, what comes to mind are the famous Coney Island style hot-dogs with chili and onions. These are a staple at just about every greasy spoon. However, the menu selection at this restaurant is truly diversified, and reflects the Albanian heritage of the owners. If you're looking for a great all American food Luca's is the place for you, especially when it comes to breakfast. I decided to drop-in for lunch a few days ago, as my vehicle needed some maintenance done to it. After scanning the menu, I decided to order a Turkey Reuben sandwich, which is an off menu item. Instead of a classic Rueben, I decided to have them substitute turkey, with a side of Thousand-Island dressing. Likewise, I wanted to try their hash-brown potatoes as well. I have to admit that it tasted better than I expected. The service was fast and speedy, with no complaints. A friend of mine said that when he visited Luca's last year, the service was very slow. However, this was not the case when I was there, as it was lightning fast. Likewise, the interior was very clean, and the audio level was average. I will be back!
