Make an appointment when you can, it's really in your best interest. This is probably the best advice anywhere as well. Even with an appointment you will wait, but at least you won't have to wait as long as the person that just walked in does. This staff here has always been very kind. My mother has a very old minivan and its got its quirks for sure. They have helped with tire issues, tire sensor replacements, brakes and just general advice on maintenance they could not help with in their shop. No one likes to be told something is broken and what it's going to cost, give the guys a break when they have too. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service and the worst tire shop experience I have ever had when I originally went at 12 pm to have my popped tire replaced she told me they would call me back at 6 pm to have it installed and they never called me back so I called them and they said it wasn't ready yet until 7 p. When I came to have it installed then I arrived at the shop and they just had the tire sitting outside saying oh we thought you were going to just pick it up and install it yourself it's too late for us to install it even though I literally paid them for that so I had to yell at them just for them to do what I paid them to do and they were trying to blame the miscommunication on me when i had told them and paid them to install it! I went into this location for an annual Lyft Inspection on Friday 2/21/25 and experienced the most unethical, fraudulent experience. My vehicle passed every aspect of the inspection but it was failed due to having too low of tire tread according to them. The tires on my vehicle were approximately one year old and the technician, Edwin Rios, marked them as having 3/32" depth which resulted in an inspection failure. I contested the failure knowing that the tires were fairly new and in great condition but they refused to re-measure the tread and insisted that I purchase new tires from them in order to receive a passing inspection. I declined their "offer", paid for the inspection and went to the Jiffy Lube down the street to get a second inspection/opinion. Jiffy Lube measured the tire treads at 7/32" and provided exceptionally friendly and convenient service. They also did not try to upsell me on parts or serviced that my vehicle did not need. Stay away from Les Schwab. They run their business in an unethical manor and try to take advantage of people just to benefit their bottom line. I am not able to give them Zero stars for a rating but definitely would if possible. read more

Over 71 years I never met a person named Edwin in real life, but I met one at the store at Iliff and Chambers. Really kewl guy. My appointment was at 8:00 am and I was down the road an hour later with new rear shocks for 2016 Chevy Colorado at a substantial savings compared to other shops, especially dealers. I requested a new air filter, and Edwin brought my old one into waiting room to show me it wasn't needed. I know what 9 out of 10 shops would do. REPLACE IT. So I saved $30.00 on air filter, and a lot more on shocks. Oh, a dealer said last month time to replace struts. WTF? NOT NEEDED! I will be customer for life, and the popcorn is tasty! I can't wait for my current tires to go to heaven, I want to buy Les Schwab Ironman raised white letter tires at an incredible savings compared to "brand name" tires. Thanks Edwin and the gang! Service at this store is outstanding. I had picked up a rental car and drove it onto Chambers Rd and within a mile noticed that the tire pressure warning light was on. I happened to be coming up on the Les Schwab Tire Center on Chambers Rd and so I pulled in. The service tech checked my tire pressure and advised that the left rear tire was very low, which could be due to a nail/screw in the tire. He checked it for me and sure enough, there was a screw in the tire. He patched it for me and had me on my way in less than 30 minutes, all at no charge. I was going to stay away from chain stores but I was pleasantly surprised at how well run this store is and the service they provided.I had a certified ASE mechanic at a so called pro shop do my brakes and they didn't do the brakes properly they didn't machine the rotors and the car was shaking every time you hit the brake.I decided to give Les Schwab a try.The first thing the lady at the counter told me was your rotors need to be machined,whereas the experienced garage didn't even do it.The brakes and rotors are in good shape after I had to pay $800 to fix the whole car replace the back rotors new brake pads and they machined the front rotors.I couldn't be more pleased with Les Schwab and it's team.I recommend this store for brakes,tires etc. read more

I ran over a giant glass shard on the highway and 10 mins before closing Eddie came through!! he helped us out with great customer service and tech and just being a good caring person. They were super busy and a bit rushed but he made it happen. I'm so impressed with the service I got there. I went to them after almost wrecking after going to discount tire. I was swerving dude to side. Finally drove into Les Schwab before wrecking, during etc. They said my tires I'd just got put on didn't have tightened lug nuts. They found a problem driver rear bracket broken. My oil change was taking longer than expected, the technicians had to go to O'Reilly to restock the synthetic blend my car took. It was a bit disappointing but I give them 5 stars because axle actually took the time to communicate with me why it was taking a long time. I really appreciate that feedback. My parents also came by this morning to get a tire repaired (I think it was this location) they did it for free. Unbelievable, I was impressed by that. On July 9, 2021 I got my oil changed and tires rotated at Les Schwab. About two hours later my wheel came off on i225 going 65 mph. I nearly crashed twice trying to control the vehicle and get off the road safely. I had it towed back to the location on Chambers and Iliff to get it repaired. The manager Rocky first denied any responsibility and after I showed him the pictures he agreed to fix it. Saturday it was supposed to be fixed. On Monday my brakes were smoking and had to go to the nearest location to me at the time in Broomfield. I had to take it back to Aurora to put a tire on about a week later. They had me driving with out a spare. After 3 visits and 24 hours of my time lost seeking a resolution I still have damage with a estimate of nearly $6k that they refuse to pay. Denny at corporate first offered me $500 credit and after seeing the estimate changed it to $1k. There is still a $5k deficiency in repairing the damage caused by negligence. read more

i originally bought tires from them about a year ago. I brought my truck back for rotation and to have the pressure sensor replaced. it didn't look like the tires were even rotated nor did they do anything with pressure sensor like I had asked. I gave the benefit of the doubt and left even though I should've pushed the issue. I br ought it ca back this last time which was about a month ago because I clearly needed new tires and was hopeful that they were still under warranty. i figured I'd get oil change while I was already there. I sat in the lobby next to the window of the bay for about an hour before the guy working came in with my keys and told me that he couldn't do an oil change because it was "stripped". i asked about the tires and he said no they're not covered anymore by warranty but did not offer any further assistance with anything. he was just hung up on the oil change part of it when that wasn't even why i brought it in. it was very strange that he was unwilling to even attempt to help me with getting a new set of tires. also, while sitting in the lobby area, I never once saw my truck be pulled into the bay. so either they have somewhere else where they look at vehicles as well or he didn't do anything like he was supposed to. it's frustrating to me how many times I brought my vehicle in to this "business" and never got anything done like id asked nor did I receive any kind of assistance/advice on how I could get new tires as mine were literally showing cords in my two front tires. I will never go back to this place again. what a total waste of time. read more

Buying tires from these dudes was a really good decision. They cost a little bit more but they do so much of the maintenance for free that the cost is balanced out. The epitome of the perfect tire store! Came in with an issue with my back tire not retaining air. The employees were extremely genuine and helpful. They looked at my tire and determined that I ran over a piece of metal puncturing the tire. Thankfully, they were able to repair the tire and remove the piece of metal. I don't recall the name of the first rep I chatted with, but the second rep, Travis, was equally fantastic. He very kindly gave me the tire patching for free! I was blown away! I have to mention that I never once felt pressured to buy a tire, the reps are genuinely genuine. I will do all my tire business through them from now on! read more

I called and asked if I was able to get in for an oil change and they told me if I got there before 5pm they could fit me in. I told them I would be there in 15 minutes and they said perfect. I get there in 10 minutes and the person who greeted me told me they stopped taking oil changes 2 hours before and needed to know who I spoke with so they could verify, instead of him asking the employees himself. He refused to fit me in even though I was told to stop by. This is the first negative experience I have ever had at Les Schwab and I am truly disappointed. read more

I needed my brakes looked at before heading out on a big road trip and I suspected it was the rotors that were causing the shaking when braking. I dealt with Travis for this transaction and he was wonderful! (The rest of the crew were all smiles too!) He gave me the low down on the problem (I was right, the rotors) and gave me two options on how to proceed. He also let me know of some potential problems to keep an eye on down the line but reassured me that they didn't need to be done immediately. After deciding, without ANY pressure, he had me out of there in about 20 mins! And it wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be. Whew! So relieved and grateful! Thank you! Other observations: - I unintentionally listened as other customers came in with their needs and was glad to see that no one, from what I could hear, was pressured or upsold in their conversations. (It's an open area so there's no expectation of privacy, but it's not like it's your doctor's office where you'd really want privacy.) - The whole building is very clean and visually appealing, inside and out. - I loved the BIG window that allows you to watch what's going on with your vehicle from inside the waiting area. - Free popcorn, coffee, and water are always great. - The single room bathrooms were very clean. I pulled in shortly after they opened. And when I opened the door, there was Travis, waiting to help me. He wasn't hovering, just saw me pull in and came out to help. He looked at my Jeep and then took me inside. He gave me three options for the Jeep. He explained why I might want each choice. I chose the drive around town tires. As opposed to the I drive in the mountains tires or the I drive on the highway tires. Travis was super friendly (which isn't always easy at 8 am) and very helpful. He was even nice enough to say he had seen worse when I apologized for the mess in my car. He probably has seen worse, though probably not much worse. It cost less than I thought it would. It's comes with a free (very useful) warranty. I asked how long it would take, thinking I might Uber home and come back. But half an hour. Not bad at all. The waiting area is very clean and nice. They even have a popcorn machine. Donuts would have been better, but still nice. There are tables and comfortable chairs. The television is on. Sadly, the news is on. But it's not Les Schwab's fault that the world is going to hell in a handbasket. I just hate being reminded of that fact. I'm feeling good about this. read more

Was here last week for an alignment on my vehicle, the gentlemen then advised me that my vehicle needed repairs before proceeding with such request. He gave me a print out of the repairs that needed to be done and went to my mechanic to have that taken care of. I came in the store today to have the alignment done and Nik today made a horrible remark after me explaining my situation "oh so the place you took it to have everything repaired doesn't do alignments"? "Oh well that's weird ha!" Well, alignments for this vehicle are $110 dollars (lastly mentioned)... apparently he has an issue with me telling him I took it someplace else to get fixed... well sir, I am sorry I couldn't afford to pay $3,200 for repairs at Les Schwab" and I'm sorry I took it somewhere else where I was able to make payments BUT when you're a single mom of three you gotta find other options... My tire was flat and wouldn't retain any air. I called Les Schwab and told them what was going on. Since I did not have a spare and it wouldn't hold air, they came right to me. Brandon did a wonderful job getting my tire replaced. It was under warranty so I didn't have any cost for the replacement tire. I did buy a spare just in case which wasn't bad at all. Nik was extremely helpful and really went the extra mile when I took my 2011 Tacoma in to get an alignment after I installed a body lift on the front of my truck. The camber bolts were completely seized in the bushing and instead of just ordering a new lower control arm he went the extra mile to remove it and replace the bushing and bolts and bend the ears back and saved me a ton of money.
