Called to see if I could bring my car with a nail in the tire. The woman on the phone told me to bring the car in and They would be able to service it. Brought it in and was quickly attended to by a lovely woman named Nuri. She told us it would take approximately 40 minutes and she would call us and let us know when the car was ready. Sure enough about 40 minutes later we got the call and went to pick up our car. The biggest surprise was when she told me there would be no charge which shocked me. She said that this was a complementary service and would hope that we will come back when we're ready to purchase tires. The store itself was super clean and organized and with this surprise little perk, you can rest assured we will definitely be back. Great location great service and great people. Every single person here is incredibly nice! I came in extremely nervous, pulling several quotes online to prep myself. The two ladies that took my information were helpful and kind. A manager was cracking the most friendly jokes while I waited and made sure I knew there was free wifi, leaving me with space to wait. Fernando (maybe Francisco, I'm so sorry I can't recall) was my mechanic. Identified my issue and worked with me to find a solution in my sad budget. Even repaired the hole made by a screw in my tire for free. Fernando is AWESOME. Professional, earnest, and above-and-beyond. Omg, I'm so pis..d off. Short story: I made an appointment a week before, came today, left sprinter cargo van, receptions Craig said it will take couple hours to make an alignment. Coming back after 2 hours, asking how it's going and answer was: "oh, that was misunderstanding, we thought it's for Monday...sorry about that, it will be done in 30 min"!!! Saturday, I spent 2.5 hours in the middle of my work day....and guess what - after 15 min inspection they told me some parts missing and everything will cost me 1033$. Man... I love this place! Whenever their is ANYTHING that has to do with any one of our vehicles, I always wait until I can have it serviced at THIS facility. These guys are Great! They have gone above and beyond regarding service, and the wait has always been minimal. They also do diagnostic checks and keep you informed of options or warning of what may come. Also, since we travel back and forth over the passes so much, we would just drive up to an open bay door, and they are willing and happy to check air pressures/fill so you can be off, many times without even getting out of your vehicle. We have also purchased several sets of tires from here, and they have all been reasonably priced. All in all, I have complete confidence in their service and commitment to their customers. Manager came and said they tried calling me for what I do not know, but could inspect my van now ands have me wait. Two weeks ago, the low tire pressure sensor was triggered in my car so I checked the pressure on all tires and found one with lower pressure than the rest. I brought my car in, they checked it out for free and told me they were unable to find a leak. Okay great. Last week, the sensor tripped again so I checked the pressure on all 4 tires, finding the same tire substantially lower than the others. I decided to take my car to a dealership and the they found a nail in the side wall of the tire described. If Les Schwab did even a cursory inspection of the tire I specified to them how could they miss a nail in the side wall? I know Les Schwab doesn't necessarily employ mechanics but they fix tires don't they? Whatever, I guess someone else can sell me the tire. read more

Superior service! Don't go anywhere else. We just had new tires put on the car Monday. Thursday of the same week (4 days later) we got a razor blade stuck in the passenger rear tire. The tire was completely flat when we brought it back to Les Schwab and within an hour they had it replaced at no cost (because of their warranty). They also put the spare tire, jack and other wrenches back into place in the underside of the trunk with out me even asking. Their service is friendly and very professional. One of the managers, Craig, and other staff like Kelly we extremely helpful through the whole buying and replacement service. I came in for New Brake Pads for the front Disk brakes of my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan. And l get hit with the good o'l Up Sell! They told me that they can't even INSPECT my brakes until or unless l get all 4 of my tires replaced with New Tires?!! I came here for a brake pad replacement not New Tires!! And why do l need ALL 4 tires replaced? Why not just the 2 tires in the front, where my brake issue is? I bought this Vehicle in October of 2021 and l have had it Less than a year. Why would l need a New Anything as it was checked out and certified to be Safe and Road ready without any Tire or brake issues?! I find your encouragement to have your technicians create or make up things on the spot just so you can Up Sell and cost your customers more money is inappropriate and disgusting. I recently got a hole in one of my tires, and realized I needed to get all four tires replaced (car is four years old, 70k miles) this location was so friendly on the phone, let me know I didn't need a appointment or anything to just come on in and they would help me out. I was greeted and helped as soon as I entered the door till the moment I left. They made getting new tires so easy and fast, gave me all my options and went over all the great warranty packages, really gave me the best service and quality I could ask for. As always, Les Schwab has the best customer service (Which is why I buy tires from them exclusively.) and this time was no exception. I came in for "a set of four" and an alignment. I just finished a graveyard shift and I knew if I showed up at opening, they'd be really quick. It turned out my car needed some tie-rod ends replaced...which would add to my wait time. Total time: Got in @ 0800; got out just before 10:00! All for a set of tires which were siped and balanced, tie-rods replaced and an alignment! (Oh, and this included 10 mins while I looked over and purchased tire chains.) BTW: I recommend getting your tires siped. It does wonders for traction in the rain. And the deals on their tire chains? If you don't use 'em, you can return them after snow season. How cool is that? read more

Had to stop in the other day to get a flat tire fixed on my Audi car. They were able to get it done within an hour or less. Can't really complain when your getting it fixed for free!! Most Les Schwab centers that I have dealt with have been top notch. But not this one. My daughter went in to get a "complimentary flat repair" and was charged $25. Then comes back a few days later for an estimate on a brake job. The serviceman recommended pads and rotors on all four tires, on an SUV with less than 60,000(sounds about right). She was given a quote of $1500. A nice customer overheard the quote and pulled my daughter aside. Told her not to pay that much. My daughter asked for a copy of the quote and sends it to me. Well, they added four calipers onto the quote, which she didn't need, and explains why the quote was so high. I ended up doing her brakes for her and inspected the calipers, all good. The calipers on the quote would have added $500 to her bill. The name on the quote was Cody V (probably not his real name) - so if you go in for an estimate, beware!! They will take advantage of you, if you have no idea. Thank God for the honest gentleman who stopped my daughter from paying too much. read more

We have visited this place four time within a month. The first visit was impressive. I got a set of new tires for my Venza and exchange my snow chain that I bought for my Pilot that I never use because I had bought two of them while on a road trip. It was very nice that they did that. I took my Lexus there to get get work done my the rotors, tire rotation, wheel balance, fixed a flat and pretrip check. In two days, I notice the same tire was flat again. Also, the rotor makes noise when I brake. I took it back and them to fix it. They told me it was a different tire because they rotate differently than I was told. I asked them to look into why the rotor makes noise. I was Roland that I have to schedule an appointment so the technician can do a driving test. So, I schedule an appointment for three days later. When I showed up the same person advised me to do so wasn't too happy to see me there. He told me that had told me that it takes 1,000 miles before the brakes settled in so the rotor can function normally. I insisted that I was following his advice, so I asked them to do what they were supposed to do. He asked the technician who worked on the rotor to test drive with me and he heard and felt what I was claiming. He was very nice and reworked the rotor. It fixed the problem and I am happy with the result. However, I was a bit disappointed with the experience. read more

I like this LS. I came in last night with battery issues. They were prompt in coming out, testing it and replacing it. I found Jeremy very friendly and informative. I was in and out in about 30 mins! They gave me a discount on my new battery since my bad one was from LS and it was only 5 years old. He also let me know that I needed new tires and gave me 3 different quotes depending on what I could spend. BIG PLUS... they open at 8 am on Saturdays! Just got off work and drive about 2 blocks to get a low pressure reading on my car. Drove to Les Schwab in Tukwila and hey had about a 1.5 to 2 hr wait. Told me to try the one closer to home since it was only about 30 min wait. Filled my flat with air and I was on my way. It was quick and easy. No wait. Walked in and got serviced and within a few minutes my car was in their garage. Free coffee and popcorn in the waiting area. And free wifi to boot. Les Schwab really thought they could scam me. They told me that some bolt was corroded and they couldn't align my truck until i bought a 200$ car part. So for a total of 300$ including the alignment. Im not a mechanic so i really couldn't verify what he was saying, which i assume is what they hope for. My truck being pretty new and only having 22k miles and the fact that I've only ever driven it around the city, i was pretty suspicious. So i went to the Nissan Dealership in Auburn and after they opened up my truck they told me no new parts are necessary and all it needed was a quick alignment. Needless to say, i was pretty shocked that of all people Les Schwab who claim to be the most honest car shop, tried to pull a fast one on me. And when i called the shop to confront them all the manager could say was "Sorry we couldn't help you bud". Last time i go to Les Schwab. A solid 3 stars. A little pricey for just balancing a set of wheels that aren't even attached to a car (my spare set). So I bit the bullet for about $60+tax to do all 4. I knew one tire had a very slight imbalance and I no longer work for a shop so I can't do them myself. They did get the work done in a timely manner so I'll give them props. But after installing the newly balanced wheels, the vibration is twice as bad as before. Feels like all 4 are out of balance. Not too happy but I'll try my luck somewhere else and see if that remedies my issue. read more

Their wheel alignment service is not good. After getting an alignment service done and driving my car few hundred miles, I have realized acceleration and handling issues on my car. Later on, I saw that front wheels slightly looking outward. I took back my car to the Les Schwab and explained the issue. They told me that it was done correctly by computer yet they can recheck the alignment but charge me full price again if they do any fix. That didn't make any sense. What is the point of me telling you my complaint then? They didn't stand behind their work that they did. I will personally never take my car there again and I don't recommend their alignment service to anyone. read more

I am the transportation supervisor for a long term care pharmacy. We take all of our cars to this Les Schwab for tires. One of my drivers got a nail in his tire mid-route (at 5:45 pm on a Wednesday). I told him to drive it to Les Schwab, and hopefully they could repair it quick. He showed up at 5:57pm (they close at 6), no questions, they pulled the car back around and patched the tire. I was told the wait wouldn't be long, just 2 cars were ahead of me. 90 minutes later, my car hadn't yet been moved into the shop. I am not in understanding how this happened you make your own assumptions: I had a blow out and took my vehicle here. Came in with my vehicle on the spare tire. I have had 2 of the other tires worked on here so decided to get the last tire replaced as it had low tread. Asked to have the two new tires rotated to the front. I came back after the 300 dollars in work done at closing that day. They did not rotate the new tires to the front. Drove off and instantly the TPMS light came on. Decided to come back to diagnose the issue and ask why the tire wasnt rotated up front. Turns out they didnt even replace the correct tires. They replaced the front two tires and left me on my spare. The tire in the spares holding spot WAS replaced. But apon inspection, was replaced with a tire that somehow had a chunk of metal in it???? So they left me on my spare. Replaced the wrong tire, and replaced the tire they should have replaced with a damaged tire. Can anyone possibly give me any idea how in God's name any of this is possible. Now I am sitting here wasting another hour of my time in their waiting room feeling like I got ripped off and had I not come back to question things, I would have been. Seriously...
