The pool was installed and water filled the next day. I was assured by both representatives on a customer service call and in store that someone should be coming back to finish the installation. We have proof of purchase to show we were in store on the 25th. After days of no response and unanswered support calls we received a call from the installation team stating we never purchased the installation plan with filter. Note this was NEVER mentioned prior to today. I received another call from a store Supervisor in which stated I can either pay the additional fee of $199 or come into the store for them to show me how to put this together as "it is easy"! Not only was this not an easy task their demonstration filter was setup incorrectly to cause further confusion. As a result of all this poor communication and lack of accountability 4 days later my new pool is showing signs of algae. Plus a mess left by your installation crew. I don't believe this is any business standard of excellence. This poor service makes me regret this purchase. I have small children disappointed that they cannot go into a pool that was purchased. Money is not easy to come by as it was worked hard for. Again this is a huge disappointment.

I was searching online for a bearing and seal kit for my pool pump and came across this company…read more Their website says "if you have any trouble finding parts or placing an order please contact us, emails answered fast!" I emailed the company and provided them with my pool pump make, model and part number and asked if their specific bearing/seal kit was correct for the application. I recieved a reply email stating "Yes Sir" along with an invoice for the part so I ordered it. Once I tore down my pump it was obvious that the bearings in the kit that I recieved were not the correct parts. I called and emailed the company several times for a few weeks and never recieved a response. I had to source the correct parts from other online companies to complete my repair. I called and emailed the company again this morning and finally recieved an email reply, however I was blamed for ordering the wrong parts..... "You're asking for a refund via email so you could've asked me for the correct parts three weeks ago via email considering you bought the parts via the Internet but not the phone We only accept exchanges we don't refund any money So if you send the parts back, you will have a credit with us for 3995, not a credit card credit eight in-house credit, or you can keep the part and sell them on eBay, craigslist etc." If they ever answered the phone then maybe I could have ordered over the phone. As a former New Yorker myself, I'm ashamed of this NY based business. According to the business address listed on online, it looks like they run it out of their house. I called Joseph to see if he could recommend a spa company near me and he convinced me to just ship the motor to him and he would get it fixed. I shipped the motor and when I followed up after 3 weeks (per his suggestion) he did not get back to me. After two more follow ups I got a one line reply: "The pump was unable to be repaired." I have contacted him several times since and although I have been given promises, nothing has been done. It's now been over six months and I'm out a pump, plus all the new parts I had bought to rebuild it (basically a new wet end)! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! BTW, I've discovered that he also does or has done business under the company names: Pump Supply Parts and WetheaD Pump Repair!

This was helpful in choosing pool liner and patio colors. We had a brand new pool installed in 2021. They turned our backyard into a paradise. The whole process was completely smooth and hassle-free (from dig, build, leveling, patio, slide, fire-pit, and waterfall installation. The communication on this project was excellent. I never felt unsure of what was happening and what to expect. Every single person that worked on the project was hardworking, knowledgeable, and professional. As a side benefit, we also found everyone to be friendly and very willing to give advice and recommendations. We appreciated this because we are new to pool ownership. They use a software called Basecamp to manage the project with all pictures, files, and people working on the project. This keeps things so organized. We had just a few items in a final punch list and those were handled in a timely fashion. Extra shoutout to John Burns who helped us with our beautiful patio and landscaping suggestions.
