The next day when I got there Terry, the store manager who helped me, said someone came in the day I called and picked it up.

In 25 years of use only having to replacing filters and one heat element was impressive . With their amazing customer contact this company kept in touch and when I was ready they were still there for me.. I purchase my second Tub October 2024 and couldn't be happier. Amazing products and amazing staff. Tim was my salesman and he was very enthusiastic and shared a lot of information with me.. I highly suggest looking at their product if you're interested in buying a hot tub/spa. Longevity of product American made family owned and operated, with English speaking staff, sales and services. Thank you, United spas for lasting throughout the years and being here for my second purchase. It has been a year and a half and I am still as happy as a hot dog in boiling water.

They were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel pressured. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect spa for our family. The delivery team was equally impressive. They were professional, thorough, and took great care during the entire installation process. They made sure everything was set up correctly, explained how everything worked, and didn't leave until they knew we were comfortable using our new spa. We absolutely love our spa and couldn't be happier with both the product and the outstanding service we received. In fact, our experience was so positive that we told my parents about it, and they were so impressed that they went to United Spas and purchased a spa the very same day! If you're considering a spa, we highly recommend United Spas. Their commitment to customer service and quality made this an easy five-star experience!

Fetter Pools did a great job on our pool. I need to lead off with thanking Sug & DJ for helping us…read morethrough this process. Sug is the main guy you're coordinating things with once the work begins. DJ, or Daniel is the guy who does your pool academy & chemicals, he shows you how your system functions, & how you're supposed to care for your pool. This process is long, and tedious. People out there are impatient. You need to expect 4-5 months from start, day 1 when they begin digging, to the day you jump in. Two items I would 100% recommend people to get are the wireless panel control, & pebble finish. You don't want to screw around with the panels, gears, etc. If you have wireless remote stuff you can set it, then be done with it. You want to make changes? Do it right from your phone. For the pebble finish, it's simple. You're probably looking at 2K about s to get it as an upgrade from plain boring white plaster, which you'll learn will get blotchy, & faded and look two toned from the sun, & chlorine/chemicals I'm guessing within 5 years. You're about to drop 60-80K, whats another 2K? Fetter pays attention to details, and uses quality materials. I'd recommend them over other companies who I guarantee you take shortcuts.

We were even (thankfully) lead away from an idea after it was explained it's impact on the pool. When all is said and done you want quality that will last, and we got what we paid for.

The entrance is off Pelandale Ave. They have a Costco gas station if you need that as well. I wanted to stop in cause I saw as I was browsing the internet, that Costco has changed up the bagel selection. They sell them in bags of 8 now, instead of requiring you like before to but two bags of six for a dozen bagels. The new price is basically $5.00 for 8, so I guess the price per bagel has gone up, but what hasn't. HERE IS THE BIG NEWS! THE BAGELS ARE NOW WATER BOILED! What that means is they're more like real bagels like you would find in an actual bagel shop, a more dense and chewy bagel, yeah like New York I guess, even though I've never been. The previous bagels were basically fluffy beard donuts! Costco ended their association with Einstein's bagels (the bread donut ones) and now makes their own using water boiling before baking. I tried them and, whoa, what a difference, it way better. Maybe not totally as good as an actual bagel shop, but way better than what they had before. I used to avoid Costco bagels, but not any more. Try them out!
