The quality of their work is excellent and its value exceeded my expectations. Service has been nothing short of outstanding. They stand behind their warranty without complaint. Had an issue with oxidation on a water feature scupper and it was replaced without hesitation. Craftsmanship is excellent and they truly take pride in their work and care about their customer. Service department is one of the best around. Jenn in Service has been great! Very responsive, informative and updating me on issues without fault. He provided me with specific instructions and he was able to get everything working again all via FaceTime. HE DIDNT CHARGE ME ANYTHING! He was sympathetic to my time critical situation, and he genuinely wanted to be helpful. He would not accept any money despite my insistence. You just don't see this type of authentic integrity anymore. Excellent work ethic, extremely knowledgeable, quick response, and he didn't feel right charging me simply because he wasn't there in person. The FaceTime instruction was extremely educational and his thorough step-by-step guidance was spot on. He was very patient with me. Other companies said it would be $475 just to come out and take a look. This is the only company I will use for all my future pool service needs. Hard to find people like Rod these days. I interviewed several companies for our complete backyard remodel, and it was apparent from the beginning that Sean was the best. He came up with a creative design for our backyard that provided more privacy; an entertainment space with a bar, tv, fire pit; and an outdoor kitchen. He asks questions to understand what your needs are and how you envision yourself using your yard to come up with a 3-D rendering of your ideal space. Sean has an eye for design and thinks of the big picture and the small details. We had to wait several months for the crew to start, but in my mind that was a good sign that Envirogreen was well sought after. They were worth the wait! Envirogreen has their own crews, instead of a bunch of subcontractors. Their crew, led by Abraham, was punctual, reliable, and hardworking. They showed up 5-6 days a week and worked long days until our project was complete. This kind of work ethic and reliability is so rare these days. Sean communicated with us throughout the entire process and his insights allowed us to make some decisions to improve the original plan as needed (i.e.- installed one bigger propane tank to serve our smoker, grill, fire pit, and indoor stove instead of added another smaller one). Now, Mossman has "voided" my warranty because my pool service company fixed a float valve that Mossman changed 3 X and was still stuck open, running 24x7 and wasting water the whole time. My water bills were $800 a month as a result and we weren't even in the home to use water- so my pool service company fixed it on an emergency basis. They weasel out of warranty work- and you need a lot of warranty work with this company-at least that was my experience.Beware. In my opinion, I would never use or recommend them.

An employee told us it was due to the product being from china ( and we know what happens from thing from China)and it falls right off the pool. Many people in the valley have had this happen as we were told. This is a failure on Mossmans part. If the product is bad then they should stand by there commitment of ensuring customer service and customer satisfaction. All the pictures on there website are from very wealthy clients and im sure if this happened to them, Mossman would fix it. This is prejudice on there part. Even if they would just replace the product this would have been a 5 star review as to there customer service and standing by there clients. I gave it a 1 star because I had to. They did not deserve the 1 star. They didnt even call us back when they said they would. All they want to do is fight with us. This shotty work is a reflection of there Buisiness's ethics. There isn't any. This is a pretty big deal, and costly. As they used our pool as a model for new business, they in turn could have replaced our product and used some better adhesive at least. I am very disappointed. There are other choices out there, I should have chose differently. I hope you make the right decision
