Jazmin and her team were super helpful beforehand - being able to give me a pretty good estimate for the service and asking the appropriate questions to have the best idea for how to approach the project all through text. For the bathroom clean, Jazmin came with one of her employees and was able to finish in a couple hours. She brought all of her equipment, and they were super efficient. I was able to tour and check out the work. For the condo clean, Jazmin came with a team of 3 additional employees as it required a carpet clean as well as cleaning two bathrooms, two bedrooms and the kitchen/living room. Jazmin finished under the estimated time she gave and charged me a little less since the work wasn't as extensive as needed. I also appreciated that Jazmin was super helpful in answering a question after the cleaning was done as well. Today, Esperanza arrived alone at around 9:55 AM and said it would be $150 for 3 hours. Though we expected 2 cleaners for 1.5 hours, we agreed. Esperanza told us later after 2 hours of cleaning, that the kitchen and living room would take 2 hours instead of 1, so our total would change to $200. This was a little unexpected but we agreed to this too. However, she finished after a total of 3 hours of cleaning, she didn't need the additional 4th hour. But when we were about to pay, she charged us $200. We ended up paying $180 but she did maybe an extra 5 minutes at most, not a full hour, for the extra $30 we paid. Esperanza was nice and she cleaned our place well. We just weren't very satisfied with how what we agreed on, and expected, kept changing. Also, I'm not very sure if they take out the trash or not. When I asked, Esperanza agreed, but she looked a little surprised, so I guess this is one extra thing I was left wondering about.

They claimed that they did. They asked for photos of the dirty windows to confirm. I don't live at the property, it is a rental I manage. I sent them photos a few days later when I was back at the property. Their policy is that they have a satisfaction guarantee, and they will make it right if it is reported within 24 hours. Even though I made them aware of the issue within 24 hours, they would not honor their guarantee because I didn't send them photos until a few days later. The rest of the home was cleaned sufficiently, and they otherwise have great communication. But it is disheartening that after alerting them of the issue, they made no attempt to resolve it. Save your money, hire a cleaner that will stand by their word and their work. Side note: they offered to refund me $20 for the windows, but that doesn't do me any good. Nobody is going to show up just to clean the windows for $20. Including them! Now it falls on me.
