amazing customer service but the portions were a bit small for the prices. Bartenders were not that friendly but the show made up for it. The people that came more in the evening felt very entitled which was a bit off putting to say the least. I wouldn't go back there unless it was for a specific party or invite.

Food was ok, a tad on the salty end for my dish but overall an ok restaurant. Great atmosphere and ok service.

LEVEL Restaurant was a great time. The food 8/10 ambience 10/0 and service was 10/10 (with Mya our server for the evening) top tier. We were here to celebrate my best friends birthday and we had a great time. The drinks were strong but not overwhelming the steak was good. The appetizers were hot and fresh. Our server was Mya and she was lovely and attentive for the evening. There is also live music (some nights) and the band had the place rocking.

I took two points off because of the music , it was really strange selections of songs , I wish DJ played more popular songs

Title: A Vibrant Journey at Level: A Comprehensive Review Embarking on a celebratory journey at Level for my cousin's birthday, I found myself immersed in an evening of highs and lows. Here's a detailed recount of my experience: Arriving promptly at 8 p.m. for our 8:30 p.m. reservation, my sister and I found ourselves with a bit of time to spare. Rather than heading to the bar, we made the impromptu decision to settle into the beautifully decorated waiting area. It proved to be a wise choice, offering a serene ambiance that set the stage for the evening ahead. As the clock struck 8:30 p.m., we approached the host to inquire about our table. Unfortunately, it seemed our reservation had slipped their mind, requiring a gentle reminder on our part. This initial hiccup dampened the mood slightly but was soon overshadowed by the delights that followed. Once seated and presented with the pre-fixe menu, our taste buds were treated to a diverse array of culinary offerings. Cold appetizers and salads presented a mixed bag of delights, with the classic Caesar salad and tuna tartare over crispy rice emerging as clear favorites. However, the Greek salad failed to impress, owing to an acquired taste in the dressing. Transitioning to the hot appetizers and main course, the kitchen truly came into its own. The cauliflower tempura with sauce proved to be a delightful surprise, while the Scottish salmon stole the spotlight with its impeccable flavor. Accompanied by the skirt steak and chicken tsukune, the meal was a testament to the chef's skill and creativity. Dessert, unfortunately, fell short of expectations. The mini French pastries were pleasant but unremarkable, and while the fruits and berries appeared fresh, I abstained due to fullness. The "Seduction" drink, while intriguing, proved too potent for my palate, though the Don Julio bottle service offered a welcome respite. Undoubtedly, the evening's highlight was the entertainment. The performances were engaging and captivating, truly embodying the spirit of Level. While the DJ's playlist leaned towards catering to an older crowd, it succeeded in keeping the energy levels high throughout the night. Level's ambiance deserves special mention, offering ample opportunities for Instagram-worthy snapshots and providing a lively backdrop for the festivities. Additionally, their thoughtful approach to birthday celebrations added a personalized touch to the occasion. I must commend the host and staff waiters, who were incredibly attentive throughout the evening. Their dedication ensured that we felt valued and attended to, mitigating any lingering concerns from the initial hiccup. In conclusion, while Level may not boast the refinement of fine dining, it offers an enjoyable experience overall. Despite minor culinary shortcomings, the vibrant atmosphere, engaging entertainment, and attentive service more than compensate for any shortcomings. As the name suggests, Level offers an experience that transcends mere dining.

So let me say this first. I waited for weeks to come here simply because I wanted to make sure we could get show seats .... So when we got there and them saying they can't accommodate us because of whatever the reason is was actually a turn off. The place was a vibe tho . Deep dark romantic ambiance, and good music .... Needed because they will forget about certain things (I get it its busy, but waiting 15 mins for our second round of drinks ... ) The food was also not the best . We ordered a few dishes- the best thing we ordered was the branzino and that darn baked potato was great. Over all the show and vibe was enough for me to return, I just know that they are going to lie to us about seating and not care when we get there so unless you have a huge party. Dont expect show seats. Also , we got charged for someone elses table (so ultimately i was charged twice/ with an apology but still ). Here are some pics of our $1000 dinner experience (for 2)

This place is all about the Aesthetics!! Very beautiful and the decor is lovely. We went here during restaurant week. However, the waiter had no idea until I mentioned it that they were participating. He found the menu ultimately but we opted out of it because we didn't like the options. We ordered apps(king crab roll, Ceasar salad) the roll was not my fave , too much sesame oil. The salad was good. For an entree I got the skirt steak and it was served more well than medium. I think the portions were also very small for the price. I opted against a cocktail and got a glass of wine. For sides I got Brussel sprouts and mash. They were good. The Brussels had kimchi. For dessert I recommend the dulce de Leche creme brulee. Overall, level is definitely on the pricer side. I'd like to see how it is on their busy nights with entertainment. It's in the neighborhood so I may come back .

Okay I'll start with the good. The ambiance is def good here. You'll enjoy the burlesque shows it looks like they have while youre waiting on your meal. It is very loud here so wouldn't recommend if you're trying to get to know someone here. The drinks and everything tasted good. But the food was not all that. Jr did not match the pricing at all. I had the rib eye. Def on the lower end of the lists of rib eyes I've had. I had this appetizer with tuna and baked rice. That was not good at all. I wanted to send it back. This place is good for the ambiance and if you want to take pics and enjoy the show. I just wouldn't have high expectations for the food. You'd think the food would taste better based on the pricing.

Level is definitely an experience if you're still around for the show after 10. It was nice going to an upscale restaurant without traveling all the way to the city. But you're definitely gonna get upscale portions and prices. The food was just good. The service and entertainment and ambiance are the real reason to stop by.

Level Restaurant is an outer-worldly experience. Went here to celebrate my sister's wedding and it definitely matched the occasion. The interior is stunning; you have to visit to truly get the full experience. The food is fantastic. I got Lychee martinis all night, got the tiger shrimp tacos, and Caesar salad. Both were great but the Caesar salad was the best I've ever had. The croutons melt in your mouth and the dressing is so fresh and well made. I am making it my priority to come back for a happy hour very soon

    Where can I park?

They have Valet service or you can do standard street parking. It's in a part of Brooklyn that has pretty good street parking space!

    Are kids allowed?

Its not appropriate place for children. Over sexualised vibe, too many desperate women who are hungry for men attention.

    Is there a dress code?

I don't recall there being a dress code, when I attended there were a few people who's attire was casual. The atmosphere is upscale so I wouldn't suggest shorts but most people were dressed semi formal. The weekend is more formal attire.

Is this a good restaurant to take the family? Including 11 & 13 yo kids?

Weekdays should be fine. After 8-9pm Friday and Saturday, I don't recommend.

Ordering is fairly straightforward and done with a simple machine outfront. Once your order is ready one of the staff members hands it to you through a window; there is no inside area accessible to customers but our food came quickly and we took it back to the office. The cheesecake was fantastic. I read a bit about the background of the shop online and how the owner really cares about using high-quality ingredients, specifically dairy. It was justas described, light and bouncy. I enjoyed how it was not overly sweet and found that it was all too easy to devour the entire cake over the course of two days. Despite it not having much weight to it, it traveled surprisingly well as I took it home on my three train commute! Similar to what others have said, the real highlight of the shop, in my opinion, are their cream puffs. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but the outer layer was thin yet had a nice little crunch to it. We tried the classic milk, cookies & cream pistachio and ube flavors. Our favorite was the pistachio by far, which had such a unique yet decadent flavor and our second favorite was the milk cream puff. There's not much else I can say other than you really have to go here and try the desserts yourself. If you're a fan of Japanese desserts that are rich yet not too sweet, you'll be a fan of Keki.

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.
