I really tried to like this place. Here are my thoughts: **Pros:** The services offered are your average spa-style mani/pedi, which is nice. I appreciated the close proximity to my home and the convenience of making appointments online. The staff is also friendly, which is always a plus. **Cons:** Unfortunately, I encountered several issues with their scheduling. Despite making an appointment, I often arrived to find that they had taken a walk-in before me, resulting in a 30-45 minute wait for my scheduled service. Alternatively, I'd find myself sitting with my feet in water for 30 to 40 minutes before someone attended to me. This happened consistently, even after I provided feedback suggesting appointments should be prioritized over walk-ins. The final straw for me occurred with an appointment I made on January 29th. I received both a confirmation and a reminder text, and even left work early to make it on time, only to find the salon closed upon arrival. There was no sign on the door explaining the closure. I left a message, and when they returned my call the next day, they informed me it was closed for Chinese New Year. I asked why they hadn't called to cancel my appointment, as it had been made three days prior. Their response was that I should have checked their Instagram for updates. I understand the need to close for holidays, but the lack of direct communication and customer service was disappointing. For these reasons, I won't be returning. read more

I came back in today as a walk in. The energy definitely wasn't the same as before. They had someone else try and do my nails and I was trying to ask her if ombré was a different price instead of gel nails and she just kept on acting like she didn't understand. Mind you she was saying my nails were gonna be $120- $130 which I don't mind paying but then she started saying she was gonna do air brush. I took the tips off right then and there: I also was offered a drink that never came. I guess you don't get one unless you're spending a certain amount. I need my nails done today so I'm very upset but this is my fault for not making an appointment with Leon to begin with. I just got my feet done. Wasn't offered a callus remover. She seemed annoyed doing my toes. I'm really upset I wanted to like this place but I will just find another nail shop out here. read more

First time here and I will definitely be back! I was taken care of by Mimi and Linda. They were both very kind, professional and knowledgeable. The salon was spacious and clean. I was offered a glass of wine too! I had some time on my hands, so I indulged in the "Zen pedicure" which included an extended massage and multiple services that left my skin feeling extra soft. For my manicure, Mimi suggested I try out gel X and I love how it turned out! She also removed a previous gel/acrylic set very gently without causing damage to my nails. the best salon i have ever been to, they were very kind and helped me and my sisters get what we wanted , this was my first time there since there recent opening and they did not disappoint, my sister came late to our appointment while me and my sister were there already and my sister had said she only had time for a removal because she had an appointment in an hour but the nail lady insisted doing my sisters nails and finished her short acrylics in 30 minutes and they were perfect! my nail lady i believe her name is lisa but she gave me a small nail oil for my cuticles , we will definitely be going again read more

My nails look clean and are exactly what I wanted. She let me have full creative control and she took her time so there's not a single imperfection in sight. I had such an amazing experience with Tracy! She did my pedicure and truly took her time to make sure everything was perfect and exactly how I wanted it. You can tell she really cares about her work and her clients. On top of that, I even got a complimentary drink which made the experience even better!
