Extra hot water, techs that do not know how to remove acrylic, manager is rude; I left the chair with my toes like this and the manager shared he would be cleaning my nails after the nail tech repeatedly dropped the drill and broke my nail he just walked away with the tech never supported UPDATE: within 2 days i had 2 nails pop off as if they were press ons... I had GelX nails that cost me $80 for a black French tip with a heart... I called and the lady was sweet and offered me to come in, she fixed but the same day as I put my laundry in the machine I had 2 pop off as if they were press ons The Receptionist and the lady that works near her are sweet but I would not recommend, the manager replied to the review but it was misleading giving the fact that I spoke to him prior to putting the review so it gave me deceptive vibes.... Lesson learned there were many red flags- we were a party of 3, we were separated, when one was done with pedicure, one was just starting and the other was halfway through, the techs that do pedicures are not to be trusted with those drills, the water or to offer a quality experience although they expect you to pay for one. We had to ask a second time for our drinks since we did not get them when we ordered them.... read more

I'm so disappointed. This is the second time I come here and the second time I have to go back to get my nails fixed (the first time my gel started lifting). I had to stop mid service because the nails were just not it. To begin with he didn't clean my nails throughly to start a new layer. He burnt me and cut me multiple times with the drill. My pinky wouldn't stop bleeding. My nail shape was not what I wanted which makes me really sad because it takes forever for my nails to grow. Yes, they were accommodating, I didn't pay and they asked me to come back to get them fixed but I don't have time. Overall not a good experience. read more

My first experience here and it was not a good one! The guy doing my pedicure was careless and cut me with the drill bed from being so rough as well as filing my skin and not my nail! I have a cut in a line on the top of my big toe from filing my skin. I chose the deluxe pedicure to get the callus removal and all he did was scrub my feet insanely rough, and mostly in the middle and side of my foot. Which if you're used to pedicures you know the purpose of callus removal is for the areas that have the dead skin and those areas were completely untouched and the whole thing was just unpleasant! He also put extremely hot wax on my feet and I had to tell him it burned and he just shrugged it off. I also asked for black polish and he proceeds to paint my toes white but I just wanted to be done so I didn't bother saying anything. The deluxe pedicure also didn't include any massage? Which I feel is pretty standard! Definitely not worth my time or money. I also got a gel manicure and was equally disappointed when the tech just drilled off all of my previous color leaving my nail beds extremely thin and cracking! Just completely disappointed in this experience and would like to share caution to others to not waste their time. read more

My first time here and I had a bad experience. The women t that did my nails was mad from the very beginning. I had not said a word to her yet but every time I would ask her a question she would answer very mad and that's because she didn't understand me. She asked me if I wanted a tip on two of my nails and I said yes, but I wanna know do my other nails have a tip on them or you took it off or is that my own nail and she didn't understand me she was getting mad as I kept on talking after three times she finally called someone to answer my question. When she was done with my nails, the two nails that she put a tip on were longer than my other hand nails she never bothered to measure or compare them. My nails are all wavy. Terrible service. When I got home I noticed my toe nail also had uneven tones even worse! I will never go back ! read more

Was in town visiting my mom and I wanted to treat her to a pedi. Her tech was great but mine did the bare minimum and a poor job painting my nails. I saw her struggling with the paint but I just thought she was a perfectionist and wanted to get it right. I was wrong, she was trying to make it LOOK like it was right but when o retuned home in the OC I took a closer look and the gel polish I paid extra for was bubbling on the sides and peeling off. I should have checked her work before I left so that's on me, I just thought as a service provider she would take pride in doing a good job. I called and they did offer to fix it if I came back down but I don't live in the area so it's super inconvenient for me to go all the way back to get it fixed. I paid $75 for this pedicure just for it to look like I didn't even get them done. read more

Terrible! I was looking for a new nail shop so gave them a try. The drive is a little further than I liked but if I find the perfect nail shop I will drive anywhere! So, I have been here THREE times and I'm NEVER GOING BACK!!!! My first experience was okay. I made an appointment online with Leon. I found his instagram & loved his work. So once I arrive to my appointment they had me waiting about 30 min! Red flag #1 because why am I waiting when I have an appointment?? They finally called me back & some lady did my nails! Weird! I didn't say anything at the time because I needed my nails done BAD! After my service I loved my nails, so I asked the guy in the front for her name (Jenny) because I just decided to just keep her & make an appointment with her next time. So two weeks later, I make an appointment with Jenny for a fill. When I arrive I had to wait AGAIN! I found not like long waits when I make appointments! They called me back and I got my fill. Here we are two weeks after that and I have an appointment for a fill & pedicure. I check in, sit down & wait 20 min! They guy who works the front brings me the menu & colors & asked me if I would like something to drink and I told him yes but once I'm called back. Don't try to butter me up by showing me colors, the menu and getting me a beverage while I wait. I then followed up and asked him how long the wait is going to be because I have an appointment. Mind you, this is my third time always have to wait! He told me it's gonna be a little bit because Jenny's customer added a service to her nails. So 15 minutes later, they call me back and have me sit in some water for my pedicure. I sat in the water for 10 minutes. Someone finally came to do my feet and I saw Jenny was working on a customer's nails. My feet were almost done and so was Jenny with her customer. Jenny got done with her cusyomer so I'm expecting her to come over to do my nails, but instead of her coming to me, she goes to another customer!! At that moment, I knew I would never be returning! Also, the lady who did my feet did not know how to do french tips very well, but that's a whole other story. Once my pedi was done, I went to the front to pay, I noticed the guy who runs the front was gone, it was some lady I've never seen at the register. So when she asked me how everything was, I replied terrible!!! She asked me what happened so I told her Jenny never came to do my nails & I had an appointment with her for a fill! She looked shocked, apologized, took my name and number down and told me a manager will be calling me. I asked where was the guy was who runs the front and she paused, looked at me and said uhhhhhhhh he had to go to the back for something. I thought that was a little strange but I just paid and left. I drove here after working all day Just to find out .. the lady sitting in the front said my appointment with Annie was cancelled . It was given to someone else who had a pedicure earlier. Then that wanted to add nail services so they gave her my appointment. I was five minutes early. Annie had just started on that person's nails over at that nail bar area. The who sits in the front attempted to take the appointment without introducing herself. I had to ask her name. That's when I learned Annie was busy and just started doing another customer's nails. I told the lady, who tried to get me to have HER do my nails. Annie was recommended That is why I made an appointment with Annie I walked out I'll NEVER go back. The vibes here are elite. The place was very clean and the staff was chill af. Daniel did my dip mani and it is by far one of the best dip manis I've gotten out here. He is open to criticism and wants to make sure you are satisfied with your nails. He will check in with you throughout to make sure you like everything which I really appreciated. They have a bar that serves draaaanks. It's limited to one drink per customer (hard liquor and wine included) free of charge with service. It's definitely a vibe. I got a dip mani and my friend got a clear gel mani, which together came out to about $115. Yes it is on the more expensive side, but the service and vibe will def make me consider coming back again. read more

First time review, first time visit. -Salon was very clean and presentable. -Loved their check in process, you walk in and sign in through the tablet. -I requested a mani and a pedi w/ regular polish. - everyone was friendly and accommodating - pedicure was fabulous! Only rated a 4 star because of my manicure. Polish wasn't applied evenly, my cuticles still feel a little dry and my nails weren't filed/cut evenly. My daughter and I went there for pedicures. When we checked in, the guy working the front desk asked which pedi service we wanted. I told him we both wanted the Ultimate Spa Pedi. $58 each. Everything seemed to be going ok until I realized that they were skipping steps on the services and before I knew it my daughter was done. I asked the girl which service she was giving us and both girls said they were told Express Pedi's!! Maybe if they would speak English I would have heard the wrong service being told to the girls, but all convo was in Vietnamese. They skipped the callus treatment, leg scrub, message and paraffin treatment. My daughter's toes looked horrible! She asked for French mani on her toes and the girl really jacked them up. They're not straight, her toes were cut super short. When we checked out I told the guy he really screwed up and he didn't even understand what I was saying, he just kept smiling at us. He asked for payment and I looked down at the pad and he was charging me $118!! I said, "I'm absolutely not paying that!" He called over two other girls and another girl sat at the mani bar recording this whole exchange. I explained we didn't get the Ultimate service that we requested, I'm not paying for that. I explained that we only received Express, so he changed the price to $113!! I still said that's insane! I'm not paying for that either! He changed it to $110. So I asked for a break down of the price and the number changes to $103. Here's the break down he gave me: $28 ea for express, $15 ea for Gel, $7.15 for callus treatment that I didn't receive fully, she put some stuff on the bottom of my feet And $7.15 for my daughter's shitty French mani. I said that adds up to $100.30, not $103. So he changed the price again. These people are crooks!! And they just give whatever service they feel like, not what is asked for. And those prices are ridiculous!! Don't forget they first tried charging me $118 for express services. If we got we asked for it would have only been $116. And we had to Pay $100 for basically a polish change. Horrible service and way over priced! And a huge language barrier. read more

I came in for a polish change because the last salon I went to completely just didn't satisfy me. I have an engagement photoshoot and needed my nails to be what I wanted. Walked in, was greeted by Leon and took me right away. He was quick and gave me options for what I wanted. Which was a milky white base with French tip. The salon is huge, bigger than any other salon I've been too and they have a nice aesthetic going on. Clean and tons of color options. Definitely will be going back for fills and new sets. read more
