When I politely pointed this out, Michele did not attempt to resolve the situation or enforce store policy. Instead, she repeatedly dismissed me with "that's enough" and "it's okay," spoke about me to others while I was standing there, and when I asked her to repeat the comment she replied, "I wasn't talking to you." Rather than de-escalating, Michele's tone and behavior escalated the situation and created a hostile, uncomfortable experience. This is not the level of professionalism or customer service expected from someone in a leadership position. Very disappointing interaction. I have also contacted corporate regarding this incident and am waiting for follow-up.

She accused me off shoplifting and searched me, found nothing of course. I gave my wife my bank card and went outside to cool off cause this was a pure load of shit. The lady follows me outside five minutes later asking me what the price is on some of the items I was purchasing. Like, do your job and walk your fat ass to the back and look.
