I recently found Lexmark while scrolling on FB marketplace and I ended up speaking to my man Jairo. Obviously, with FB marketplace you want to make sure the person/company you are talking to is legit and can provide the services you need, so I did my due diligence and through the messages with Jairo was told what the warehouse location was. My wife and I drove over and we saw the massive warehouse and put down our deposit right then and there. There was a TON of back and forth on the # of windows, the color of the window, is it with grid, is it without grids, etc. So much back and forth and Jairo was extremely responsive through the entire process and worked with me to accommodate all of my adjustments. At the end of the day, they were able to come out and replace 8 different windows I had on my property for a stellar price. custom windows for the price point i paid is WELL WORTH IT for me. They look amazing and very stylish. We went with black windows and they frame so nicely outside (now we just need to paint the exterior to really make the windows pop)! So far, the windows have been installed for a few days now, and I don't see any issues with them. Very clear, very crisp. It's so odd because for years we had a "broken seal" so now that we have legit windows, its like nothing is even there! So great. read more

Unfortunately my experience with Lexmark Windows was very disappointing and unprofessional. I recently purchased a set of sliding doors. After my contractor attempted installation, it became clear the doors were not the correct configuration, and the installation could not be completed because necessary pieces were missing. This caused delays and added frustration. I contacted Lexmark expecting support and guidance to resolve the issue, but instead felt dismissed and received little to no assistance. Lexmark eventually came out to install the sliding doors themselves. However, during installation the installer forced the doors into place, which resulted in scratching and visible damage. In addition, the doors were left crooked/misaligned, which was unacceptable for a professional installation. After the damage occurred, Lexmark did not offer a replacement, repair, or any meaningful resolution--despite the damage being caused during their own installation. Overall, the lack of support, missing components, and careless installation--followed by no accountability--made this a very poor experience. I would not recommend Lexmark if you expect professional service, quality workmanship, or follow-through when issues arise. read more

Not sure why there are bad reviews because I was pretty happy with my experience. The turnaround time is super quick. They customized 11 windows for me in less than a week. And they installed all of them in a day. One window had broken glass but they replaced it quickly. The quality seems good, and no different than what you'd get with Milgard (except it's half the price). I worked with Ernesto who was very nice. Also, the new windows have reduced outside noise by at least 30% and my house stays warmer. I also noticed my view to the outside is a lot clearer than it was when I had my old windows. read more

Company that does horrible work, does not keep guaranteed warranty, deceptive, and horrible communication. He installed sliding glass doors in the home we bought, on the first rain of the season both door frames started leaking. He promised our seller a 5 year warranty. He told our seller he would send repair personnel over, those people never came. After multiple calls he answered once and said he had already sent people over, I asked for the date and time and told him those people never came as we were home at the said date and time, I also reviewed all our cameras and did not see any one. He promised another date and time and no one came on the promised appointment time. Lexmark Windows is now being sued over their deceptive business practices facing a civil trial in Orange County. They are being sued for breach of contract and substandard workmanship and for failure to honor warranty promises. They were asked by my attorney to produce a Contractors license because we were not able to find any license associated with Lexmark online. They are being investigated and a complaint with the Contractors Licensing Board is pending. My contractor stated the windows Lexmark built are missing security blocks which mean an intruder can pop off windows from outside. My home is not safe because of poorly constructed windows , my windows are leaking and possibly exposing us to health hazard with possibility of mold development. It's been a nightmare. Shame on you Lexmark Windows. The public deserves better. You get what you pay for. These cheap windows are the most expensive mistake I have made. read more

After going to a few places for window estimates, my dad stumbled upon lexmark. I came in to make the order and it a smooth and easy process, they even had choices of glass design (we got q bathroom window). A couple days later, we realized our measurements were wrong and when I called in, they quickly called the company to halt the make of the original and replace that with the correct measurements. When I came to pick it up, they also then didn't charge me for making the changes to the window size (which I thought they would, for the correction and because the correct measurements were bigger, but I appreciate that it was not q big issue). We had aluminum dual pane old 1995 windows and we could feel the wind draft and lots of noise. After 3 estimates from 3 different companies Lexmark was the best one. The owner came down to our house and showed us their product and measured all my 20 windows and gave me an estimate before I said yes. He never pressured me to say yes but it was the best decision. He had all our 20 windows ready to be installed within in a week. The day of the installation everything went smooth and their work was professionally done, because I was there observing every step. All 20 windows were installed the same day. They sealed all the windows properly, they put isolation foam between the gaps, and on the outside they used commercial strength sealer. On the inside they finished our windows with a nice clean vinyl trim. Believe me, I've seen other windows work and they don't look as good and well done as the work they do. Also after installing our new windows we notice on the first day the outside noise was reduce tremendously. The house maintains a good temperature now and we are extremely happy with their service. BEWARE. Read the reviews! Had multiple sliders and windows replaced. ALL of the windows were missing the aluminum reinforcement inside the casings. All of the windows WOBBLE and FLEX. My contractor figured out that they were cheating customers by not including the required aluminum reinforcement within window casings after opening up one of the casings. After weeks of trying to get a hold of the owner we were only able to get them to replace the casings for the sliders. We are considering legal action. I I I wish I had read the reviews here, there are other past clients who are already in litigation. read more

So far the company represented by owner Reyes Arellano Villegas and his office lady Carolina Mejia have been insincere untrustworthy unethical. As agreed they installed one kitchen window as sample 3 weeks ago with lots of problems like dings dents, overlap & unfinished color, rough 45 joining at corners, color on screen etc. After a week the tech. Alex came to repair who suggested to get replaced instead of repair. Since then Carolina has rescheduled 3 times for replacement installation by giving reasons of tech. car break or not available and finally totally ignoring my calls on last Friday 4/22/22. I tried to talk owner Reyes Arellano also but seems all disappeared taking advantage of my already paid for the window. This guys have cost me lot since my other scheduled counter top worker, plumber all had to be cancelled. I am still waiting to hear from them and I do have feeling they will not call me since they are dishonest people. I do not know how many like me have already been deceived. If I do not hear, I will put more reviews at later date and will complain to BBB, CA license authority, City of Anaheim and will proceed with legal way to recover losses of my money and time.
