    The non-disclosed ELO GPS tracker that I removed.

    I purchased a used vehicle. During the sales, negotiation & financing process, I inquired whether there was a GPS tracker on the vehicle. The salesperson, GM and finance person never indicated that any were installed. I wasn't provided with any consent forms to sign. I removed the tracker within 24 hours and returned it to them. They all seemed surprised, except for a tech that stated "Yeah, we install that on all our vehicles. Do you have the cables?" I later receive unsolicited email from ELO GPS congratulating my on the purchase (& activation) of the "World's most Sophisticated and Technologically Advanced Vehicle Recovery System" w/my personal info (phone & email). I didn't consent to this. I recommend that any vehicle purchased at Lexus Monterey Peninsula be inspected by a trusted 3rdparty, especially if you weren't made aware.

    We recently bought a car from Sal's auto sales and let me tell you the customer service there is…read morebeyond five stars they go above and beyond we didn't have all the money to put down and they held the car for us with a deposit until we had it all which was 3 days. Then the day we went to pick it we didn't have a way of getting there so they came to pick us up so that we could go sign the paperwork. They negotiated a good price brought it down about $1000. I mean there's just no Words that could describe the customer service it's unbelievable just amazing! Nothing nothing I've ever seen or experienced and I've bought many cars in my life all from car dealers at the auto mall and none of them beat Sal's auto sales. I totally recommend them 100%.

    DO NOT trust these people. They sell cars that they are NOT…read morepre-purchase inspecting. "As is" in their case means NOTHING FIXED BEFORE SALE. The husband (Sal) does NOT tell the wife (Sandy) what's wrong with the cars so they have plausible deniability when the cars are revealed to be total pieces of shit! I paid $150 for a cool down period (48 hours to return the car) and then had to pay another $350 for a restock fee. (They charge you for the cancellation of paperwork and the oh so hard job of driving the car back into the lot for the next sucker to buy.) I additionally paid $325 for a vehicle inspection and came to find out the car I bought off their lot for $6,300 was ONLY WORTH $1,500 with all the repairs it needed! WTF! I paid $6,300 for a car only worth $1,500 AND it would have only lasted me 5 days MAX! I paid cash and they had the audacity to pay me back with a check! anything over $5,000 would end up being frozen with any bank besides their bank. She even had the audacity to ask me for information on what was wrong with the vehicle when I had to privately pay $300+ to have it thoroughly inspected. I am not listing what's wrong with it on here because I don't plan to give them a single cent of help after they scammed me out of $500 to return the vehicle.... HOWEVER IT IS ILLEGAL to not divulge problems with a vehicle you are knowingly aware of when selling in CA. So, $150 cool down period, $300 restocking fee, $325 inspection fee = $775 WASTED + NO CAR TO SHOW FOR IT. DO NOT TRUST THIS CAR DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE AS SHADY AS THEY LOOK. I work hard for my money. I'm a service worker. They have infinitely more cash than I'll probably ever have and they should be ashamed at playing the system and taking advantage of people by knowing the ins and outs of the car market. Shop there if you'd like, but in my opinion you'd be a damned fool...
