An surprising experience in a strip mall. Not much to see from the outside. The Irish pub with extensive selection of beers on tap and full liquor bar. Solid service, good prices. Inside was clean and comfortable with some outdoor seating available. Great little free library.

Awesome waiter for st Patrick's day. Drinks and pretzels were cool. The ambiance was cool on their busy day.

Rachel was super busy but handled everything with professionalism and great hostility. My husband and I will be coming here a lot more just because of her kindness and great drinks, what a gem. Oh and Jamie is also an amazing bartender here always keeps us coming back.

Stopped by one random night after coming across it a few times. Went in for 1 drink but stayed for 4 drinks and karaoke night. Surprisingly a great selection of beers, and they don't skimp on their mixed drinks. Had fun - would go back!

Great place to sit at the bar. Have a beer and bite to eat and even sign some karaoke!

Come in for lunch all the time, never been disappointed food great. Service is awesome! Always very attentive and friendly, make u feel like family. As for the ambiance it my type of place dark but light and jukebox music and 38 beers on tap.

    KJ Buddy rocking some karaoke.

The family atmosphere is amazing! KJ Buddy is a lot of fun to rock some Karaoke with. He has huge selection and really knows how to pump up the crowd. Playing pool is also lots of fun and the bartenders are really friendly too. I would strongly recommend checking out KJ Buddy and the rest of the Liam's family.

When we called ahead, no one mentioned they were only serving a limited St. Patrick's Day menu today. Nothing from the regular menu was available. My daughter ended up eating plain fries the whole time because there wasn't a single kid-appropriate option. It felt misleading after being told it's family-friendly when we called prior to coming. The place was packed. The line was out the door, and we had a long wait. Inside was uncomfortably hot and stuffy too. I was eyeing the Cottage Pie but asked the server about peas (not a fan), and she said it might have a lot, so I passed. My wife ordered it instead since she doesn't mind peas and surprise, zero peas in it. She said it was just okay, nothing special, so I guess I didn't miss out. I went with the Irish Nachos instead. They were fine, but the house-made potato chips were underwhelming. Crispy but not flavorful. The standout was the lemon pepper wings. Those were actually really good. Green beer was a fun thematic touch too. Atmosphere is lively for the holiday, but for a regular visit or even future St. Patrick's Day? Probably not coming back. If you're planning to go on the big day, brace for crowds and waits. And for fun, here's a limerick summing it up: There once was a pub in Upland so grand, For St. Paddy's we joined hand in hand. But the menu was slim, Kid options were grim, Just fries for our lass, what a bland! The heat made us sweat, lines out the door, Cottage Pie? "Peas maybe." We weren't sure. No peas in the end, Wife said "meh" my friend, Nachos were fine, wings we adored. Green beer was cool, but that's all the cheer, Average at best, won't return here. Three stars is the call, For the holiday thrall. Fun once, but not every year!

We had the Dark Star Oatmeal Stout with our order of the brie fondue, corned beef reuben, and lamb burger. The brie fondue, to my surprise, was not 100% brie, but rather had a whipped and lighter texture. I thought the amount of bread/pears were enough, and we actually kept it to dip our sandwich/burger in. The presentation was beautiful and it was a great appetizer. The corned beef reuben was so good - the meat fell apart but wasn't fatty, the bread was toasted (one side was a bit too crispy but wasn't burnt which I'm fine with), and the fries were skinny and crispy. I only tried a bite of the lamb burger, but it was juicy and gamey. Yum! Price-wise it's a bit high for pub food, but it was still excellent. It was happy hour time at most places, but this place did not have a happy hour. Bummer, I love a good happy hour. They also do not have prices on any of their beers so we got the receipt and I noticed that the Bud Light was almost half the cost of the red trolley, I was kind of surprised. They did mention that they had a ribeye special for $13. The guy next to me had two of them. He seemed to like it, while ribbon was a little bit thin. But again it was a great special. His came with fries and I don't know if you can make changes to it. I asked if they had any other specials during the week and the guy mentioned something about a hamburger and beer on Monday, and tacos and beer on Tuesdays and Thursdays. But I cannot find anything showing that. She did mention they don't have a specials menu. I found that kind of odd. If I were hungry, I would definitely have tried it, but we had had lunch with a client and then drove back north from making our sales calls and so we just had a couple drinks. Hey Brian, I wanted…read moreto reach out about something that happened tonight that I feel you should know about. I also want to be clear that all of this transpired after you had already left for the evening. For context, I'm a regular at the bar and have been coming in for quite a while. I've never had a major issue with Brent or Steven, even though they both have personalities that can come across as sarcastic or abrasive. I've generally let it go because my reason for coming to the bar is simple: I come in to have a few beers, relax, and enjoy myself. Tonight, while I was still drinking one of my beers and had some left in the glass, Brent came by and took it away as if I was finished. I jokingly said something along the lines of, "I guess you're not going to let me finish the last bit." I wasn't upset and wasn't trying to start an argument. It was an obvious mistake that could have been solved with a simple apology. Instead, he responded with a snarky comment rather than acknowledging the mistake. Later, he brought another beer to my table. I made eye contact with him and before I could even say anything, he asked, "Do you want to say something to me?" I replied, "No, I just wanted to say thank you." His response was, "Your eyes are telling me differently." Again, I found that unnecessarily confrontational and disrespectful. At that point, I decided to leave a $0 tip. I normally tip very well, often around 30% or more, and this was the first time I've intentionally left no tip because I wanted to send a message that I was unhappy with the way I was being treated. After that, Steven came over and confronted me about leaving no tip. He asked if I was really zeroing it out and questioned me about whether something had happened between me and Brent. I told him that whatever issue I had was not his concern, and he responded, "Fair enough." I assumed that would be the end of it. Instead, Brent came outside and confronted me. He told me Steven had said I had a problem with him. I explained that I didn't have a personal problem with him; my issue was his attitude and the way he was treating me as a customer. Rather than listening, he became increasingly hostile. I reminded him that I'm a customer and that I'm only there to buy beer from the business. I'm not there to deal with sarcasm, attitude, or an employee's emotions. As a paying customer, the minimum I expect is basic respect. I shouldn't have to walk on eggshells or accept being spoken to disrespectfully while simply trying to enjoy a beer. That confrontation ended poorly and he went back inside. A short time later, he came back out and confronted me again, this time in front of other customers. The situation became even more uncomfortable because it was happening publicly. During that exchange, he ultimately told me that I was not welcome back. Again, I reminded him that I am a paying customer whose only purpose in being there is to support the business and enjoy a beer. I should not be getting into arguments with employees, being confronted in front of other patrons, or being told I'm not welcome because I expressed concerns about how I was being treated. The bigger issue is that, in my opinion, this isn't just about tonight. This has been months in the making. I've noticed a pattern with both Brent and Steven where they seem to have become comfortable treating customers with attitude and sarcasm in ways that shouldn't be acceptable in a customer-facing role. I've overlooked it many times because I enjoy the bar and didn't think it was worth making an issue out of. On the other hand, employees like Kim, Josh, and David have always treated me and other customers with professionalism and respect. They know how to joke around while still making customers feel welcome. I've never had an issue with them. From my perspective, the problem is specifically Brent and, to a lesser extent, Steven. Brent especially has developed a demeanor that I find unwelcoming, confrontational, and disrespectful toward customers. I don't think I'm the only person who feels this way. Tonight was simply the point where it crossed a line. I'm not sending this because I want anyone fired or punished. I simply think you should know what happened, especially since it all occurred after you had left. I've spent a lot of time and money at your establishment over the years, and I would hope that customers--especially regulars--can expect basic courtesy and respect from the people serving them. I wanted to give you my side of the story directly. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Like the names suggests, this spot is a smallish room that serves craft beer. They also have a…read morecouple of televisions inside so you can drink while watching whatever game they have on. The folks/beertenders were very friendly and you can tell they're enthusiastic about craft beer and the craft beer community. I've only visited once, but I've been told that they regularly rotate out their taps and have cans of local and not so local breweries for sale out of the fridge. At the time of my visit, I noticed some cans from some of my favorite breweries in the LA and SD area. The place feels like a craft beer oasis in that it's a bit of a destination and I'm not sure what else is around. Although, to be fair, I don't live in the immediate area and don't really know the area that well in terms of craft beer offerings. Definitely a spot I would like to frequent. There seemed to be plenty parking when I went. Not sure if it get's really crowded when some more of the surrounding businesses are open, but I had plenty of spaces to chose from.
