The fries were yummy, but I prefer a classic style fry. The menu also contains malts, milkshakes and sodas. Inside the restaurant, it is clean and open. It does not feel like it has food establishment rather a casual restaurant where you can relax and enjoy yourself. I went in for dinner with some friends and had a great time. Service was great. Liberty Burger is a family-owned restaurant that started in Texas and has a few locations in other states. This Liberty Burger is walking distance from Town Square in Jackson. The customer service didn't meet expectations the evening I came in. I came on a busy night and waited for some time. The host (who looked very young to be working a job) was too busy chatting with his girlfriend that was hanging around the host stand to seat tables. A server felt sympathy for me and sat me. I ordered the Chillerno Burger for my meal because I love anything spicy. Liberty Burger prides themselves on using quality ingredients and I could tell by how good my burger was. They even use tree-free compostable napkins and reusable take-out bags. The ketchup and hot sauce are Liberty Burger products too. I appreciated that my server made up for the attitude I endured from the host with good customer service. The food is really good here. Great food for the price! We both got the Wild West Burger and enjoyed it. It was cooked perfectly. I will say that while the bbq sauce was said to be "chipotle bbq", it just tasted like normal bbq sauce to me. The sweet potato fries lacked flavor just slightly but with some salt were great! They tasted fresh, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The service was also great - we went at 3:30pm, so probably a dead time, but we got in quickly and our waiter was very responsive. Wild West - cheddar, applewood smoked bacon, chipotle bbq sauce, pickles, onion. This was our favorite burger, I'm not a huge fan of bbq on a burger, but it was light and gave it the perfect kick. My only complaint was that there was barely any mushrooms or onions, very skimpy. The double liberty burger, this would have been killer if the Patties weren't over cooked, they were too well done. The "Sidewinders" (french fries) were hot, crispy, and covered with cheese and bacon. They were really good. Plenty for 2 people to share. "The Nooner" is a really good take on a breakfast burger. Even if you use frozen meat, a simple google search could have provided a basic understanding of how to make a consistently good burger. I suck at cooking/grilling, but following a recipe/method I found on a food blog, my burgers turn out a lot better than this place. Asked the front desk guy where to eat. It was a few miles from where I was staying so walking was out of the question, I did however find parking right in from of the restaurant.. because I know how to parallel park. When asked how spicy it is, the waiter said "it's pretty spicy." GREAT I IWLL TAKE IT! When he said it is spicy.. it is spicy. I had to wipe my nose after only 2 bites.
