Alex, our stylist, seemed inexperienced with the installation process and struggled throughout the appointment. Two days later, my daughter's bracelet fell off. We then waited another two weeks to have it reinstalled, only for it to fall off again the very next day. Because of the repeated issues, the salon scheduled us with a different stylist - only to later call and say there had been a "shift change" and Alex was the only one available. The lack of quality and customer service was extremely disappointing. I also called regarding the reschedule immediately after receiving their text message, but no one answered. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this salon for permanent jewelry services.

But during the 2 hours it took she contradicted her own advice several times, and told my daughter she also had lice but never showed us the 2 she said she found. She gave us a follow up sheet of directions, most of which was very different from what she told us. She said we could call her and gave her number- over the next 3 days I called her twice and the company twice. I have yet to receive any response from anyone. We will see if this works and I may update this if things improve, but for the amount of money (about $350) you'd think we would have at least gotten the comb she used, instead of being told where to buy one at 9:00 that night when she was done. (Not sure why she had to oil everyone's head to check- you can inspect for lice without that.). Praying this treatment works- you end up doing a lot of aftercare yourself. I also just read the receipt they sent, which states they oiled hair and removed nits and lice- true. And it also said hair was washed, dried, and remaining lice and nits were removed. All completely False. So I downgraded my review from 2 stars to one.

When you start having problems on day 8- they offer no advice or suggestion. I was asked to comb her hair, place the nits/ eggs and lice on a paper towel and take a picture. Funny, they are willing to send someone when you are paying $175 for the first hour and $100/ hour after that. On day 8 when you need help- they send no one! This service is simply olive oil and a complete waste of money. I must say I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from one of the owners today who was willing to hear my concerns and address them. I was pleasantly surprised to get this call and am so grateful to her for out reaching me. She offered guidance on the phone as well as hearing my frustrations with the follow up actions of the person who triaged us on the call. I was cutting about six inches off my hair, she shampooed, cut and curled my hair and it looked fine. A few days later I shampooed and tried to style my hair, the layers and bangs were uneven, I called and they got me back in so the stylist could fix the issues. She seemed a bit flustered but did she see some problems with the cut and she tried to fix it. The next day I washed my hair and it is still uneven.
