The "refund" was just days after they asked me to pay for the full month (rather than the 15 days that we were contracted with). The rest of the amount is for suspending my kid without following their policy. I do say "expelled" because they weren't letting my kid back after their 2 week policy that they admitted to not following. It would have been months. The owner has since reached out via email, but the verbiage is just as hostile as her response here and officially saying we're not welcome.
