I hadn't noticed this small business all of these years! It's in the same complex as Tiny Pyramid! Aloha Key Awards & Gifts is a great place to make awards and gifts for special events. They can engrave and personalize items to commemorate achievements! They also carry blank keys for duplication. I'm particularly interested in the Hello Kitty keys - and saw that they also have logos of sports teams such as the Rams, Jets, Browns, Cowboys, Chargers, Lions, Raiders, and the 49ers... There are also Disney characters and sports themes such as baseball and golf. I'll have to remember this shop because my nephew is a 49ers fan!

I had a going away gift for a Cub Scout pack member that needed to be done at the last minute. I searched Oahu for engraving shops and came upon Engraving Hawaii. Previously I had passed by it a couple times while walking around the Schofield Exchange, but never looked in before. I walked in and there were two customers in front of me. Nick was helping other customers and told me he would assist me as soon as he could. When it was my turn, I explained what I needed and when I needed it, but Nick explained they had an influx of rush jobs that needed to be completed. He let me know that it was unlikely to be finished by the requested date, and I was ok with it, because I tend to follow the saying, "Poor planning on your part does not necessitate an emergency on mine." That evening, I receive a text message from the shop requesting I proof-read and approve the layout. They got the layout exactly how I requested and I quickly replied it was perfect. I was afraid to think that it might get finished in time, but their quick draft gave me a glimmer of hope that it would be ready in time. The next day I got a message telling me the item was ready. I rushed over to the shop and sure enough it was completed and looked fantastic. Because of Engraving Hawaii, we were able to present the award at the banquet for the departing member! I was so impressed with the friendly and professional service. The team is really customer-focused, and based on what I was hearing from their interactions with the other customers they were going to try everything in their power to get requests just right. They wanted me to write this review for the store because they were very grateful. My mother in law wanted to tip the person doing the engraving but forgot; I told her not to worry, this review will be probably better than a tip because we Yelping far and wide about the virtues of this shop!! The prices are the only thing keeping this place from gettting five stars. The price itself is fair. Not a great deal, not a bad deal, right in the middle. If you need trophies for a sports team, awards for military, or just to custom something then this is the place to go. I know that I will continue to go here until I leave Hawaii.

Normally I send my order to Office Depot for same day printing but I called and they said they wouldn't be able to print it that day. Then I went to Walgreens who said they're backed up 4 days. Went to UPS store they couldn't help me either. I was losing hope and praying bc i didn't want my son to be the only one without a poster or banner (I found out a day before that he was walking and had to scramble finding pictures and designing). I remembered this shop in Kapolei and called. Say helped me and said absolutely he could have it printed within 2 hours. He even emailed me first so I could email back my file to print with instructions. I sent him 3 files for 3- 18x24 poster boards and told him which is the main one I need if he can't print them all. He called me to clarify and said he could print them all and attach them to poster boards within 2 hours. He actually had them ready within 1 hour and cleared counter space for me to attach my sticks to the boards. The posters printed matte, while i would've preferred glossy, but hey, my son had boards! Wonderful customer service, accommodated my last minute order & price was very good too at $36/ea (cheaper than Office Depot). 5 stars all the way! P.S. they have USPS services for your mailing/shipping needs!
