I've gone about three times here before and they've always done a decent job, until my recent visit I had a horrible experience. The lady at the desk told me the wait was 15 minutes, since I was a walk-in. I ended up waiting about an hr. When it came down to the massage it was painful!!! For a $20 full body massage, this is one indulgence I can afford every couple of weeks! Of course you can't compare it to the $100+ massages and you get nude. I simply cannot afford massages like that or would only be able to get a couple a year. The place was very clean and neat. When we arrived the gentleman took me and my 88-year-old father in. They helped him get situated because my dad is in a walker. They did a good job. My only concern is when I went to tip both of them, one gentleman wanted more money. I already tipped him more than 20% so it's a big turn off when you tip and they want more money. They should raise their standard price so that the employer can pay their employees instead of them hassling you for more tip money. read more

This place is well known for inexpensive massage. Tonight, I got what I paid for. My whole intention was to get 30-45 minutes of foot reflexology and the rest spread out for shoulders & arms. What ended up happening due to a language barrier was that I only got a 5 minute foot massage. The person working on me saved feet for last and I was very unhappy to learn that there was only 5 minutes left to do my feet which is the MAIN reason I came here. Very disappointed. Tried talking to the mgr and all she could say to resolve my concern was next time next I very busy now. My suggestion wear a short and strapless tank..I also brought my own massage oil, I instructed the guy to use it for me but I don't think he understood, he used their own which I am so disappointed, the massage is ok...how I wish they have a room for each client so the therapist can work on whole body..not just the leg and shoulder. read more

I'm giving this place a 2 ONLY because the girl working the front desk was so nice and helpful! The massage itself was awful. If I wanted someone to rub lotion on me, I would have done it myself. There was no pressure AT ALL to the massage, there were no hot water buckets to soak your feet in, the towels used were all ripped and felt like sandpaper, and the employees were taking to each other while I was trying to relax. To add insult to injury, the cheap owners charge you $1 to use an electronic form of payment. The cost of doing business should not be passed on to the customers! I will not be back. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. This was our first time going there, based on the reviews we had high expectations. What a big disappointment. We had an appointment for 930 we arrived 15 min ahead of time checked in an were asked to wait. Two groups of 3 people each arrived 10 ( 925pm )and 15 (930pm) minutes after us and were asked what type of massage and if they wanted a a soft medium or deep tissue massage. At 934 we asked how much longer and the arrogant woman said it would be another 15 min. Another person came in by now it's 945 and she also went right in. We asked what was taking so long and the she said it would take an additional 15 min. I asked why the other people went in before us considering we had an appointment and the other people did not and she said because they gave her a name of a specific masseuse. I told her I didn't care who it was , the first masseuse available. I told her we had been waiting for half an hour. Maybe because the others were Asian or maybe because she pretended like she didn't understand English but she kept playing dumb repeating she didn't have anyone available despite allowing all others to go in front of us without them having an appointment. So either they are very racist or they don't care about their clients. Don't waste your money or your time. read more

I had a horrible massage! This man basically beat me up and even when I squirmed, he just kept going. It was not enjoyable at all, so I didn't feel the need to tip more than a couple of dollars for a $20 massage. That's how it should be. If you didn't get the service you expected, you don't need to too to their "standards". When I handed him the tip and said thank you, he showed the other masseuse and they were disgusted! Old lady at the front (owner?) at this place is really rude. She yells at her customers with her broken English and pressures customers to give 50% tip when paying with credit card. Most of these so called therapists dont speak a lick of English, get paid under the table, and make well below minimum wage per hour. Very relaxing $20/hr . I was planning to tip $5 but after the great massage, I happily tipped $10 without a doubt. They start by soaking your feet in hot water like other places and then they give you a blanket that smells maybe herb like? However relaxing smell. Started on my face even though I told the front desk no face. So he went to my neck. I requested medium pressure but it was very light--the massage oil made it better (kind of like a tiger balm without the smell) then he continued on with my arms, feet, legs, and back. When he came back, it was like he was punishing me for my father's innocent mishap with the hardest massage i have ever had. I am used to getting sports and hard pressure massages, but this bordered on injury. I felt guilted into still tipping him 15$ on a 35$ massage. Which apparently still wasn't enough by the jerk look on his face. You lost mine and my family members business today. Learn how to treat people. After having a 90-minute massage, to add another 30 minutes for just the focus point, the front desk said that will be an additional $20. Now wait a minute, the big sign says $20/60 minutes! I visited this establishment this past weekend. I was accompanied with my friend who was treated poorly by a therapist with colored hair. My friend is a large male and the therapist laughed in his face and clearly did not want to massage him and asked if he wanted someone else. in which he said no (huge mistake) .She attempted to engage my therapist in her buffoonery but he was smart and never acknowledged her. To make it more insulting he gave her a $4.00 tip in which she had the NERVE to imply it wasn't enough. I said you should have paid him for your less than mediocre massage. Very POOR THEARPIST WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT GO SAVE YOUR MONEY. I must admit the front desk staff were nice but the Red haired therapist SUXS. I hope she reads this......... This was a great all-around place. I was able to find a same-hour appointment, the place was clean, the masseuse knew what she was doing and was very methodical and comprehensive. Best of all, 90 minutes for 37$! That's half the price of my other discounted massage yet even better. If you don't mind the lack of privacy by being in a shared room, this place is amazing. I made an appt for 3 massages as 4:30pm, it was all our first time here. We arrived early to ensure we were on time. The ambience was very nice and we were excited to get our massages. At 4:35 the lady at the desk told us it would be 15 mins. !5 mins later she wanted us to pay in advance. I told her I didn't want to pay unless we were getting the massage now. She said we were so we all paid and waited another 10 mins until 5pm. She then lead us to our chairs which were not set up and we waited another 10 mins. So we waited a total of 40mins from our appt. time. I tried to relax so I could enjoy the massage. He stared off great with a head massage and ended ok with a short, maybe 10 min back massage. The massage in between was lame. It felt like someone was just lightly rubbing y body., np pressure points. The foot massage was nothing, no reflexology, just someone lightly caressing my feet. I paid $30 for hour and a half and asked for an emphasis on my upper back which was my whole reason for going. My massage person spent very little time on my back. I do not like to write bAd reviews but it really made me pissed and offended when I tipped my massage person over 20% and while I was half way out the front door,the front desk lady shouted in front of everyone that me and my gf needed to tip more. I was shocked! Completely rude and was horrible customer service. If they want t them to be paid more charge more money and pay your employees more money. She expected us to pay 40% tip? I too like that when I get exceptional service also I shouldn't be yelled at to do so in the waiting room. Also they said the accept credit cards and when me and my girl friend wanted to pay with card she told us it was broken and for us to pay cash. This is my go-to massage place when I have a headache, or I'm starting to feel under the weather or I'm just tired. I have a Massage Envy membership, but I save that for facials because I feel like I get a much better massage here. They really work at your pressure points, especially your head and face, which I just love. As others have said, don't expect a day spa. This is a no-nonsense, no frills experience. For me it's less about general relaxation and more about working on a specific problem area when I go. This place is clean, nicely decorated and more professional than most of the reflexology places I've been to. One star off because they used to wear uniforms but don't anymore (it was just logo polo shirts, but I thought it felt more professional), and also because occasionally I'll get a masseuse that smells like cigarettes. read more

I just wanted to share my experience I had at this place . I have been going there for two years and never had a problem until yesterday. My family of five and I go to this place weekly so I went last night and had my husband with me and Benson was massaging my husband and fell asleep during the massage 4 times. When reported to the girl she told us that my husband had 15 minutes to walk out. Well if my husband would have walked out then he would have ruined my time and did not want to ruin it for me. It's not normal for the person giving the massage to fall asleep on the client who is the one that is suppose to be resting. He was so upset and the reason to get a message was to relax and well... that didn't happen . They said the Mgr would call us . Well he did and said there is nothing he can do because of his stupid little sign that says walk out by 15. I asked him if he had a sign in the break room for his employees to stop the massage if they are too tired after the first 15 min. To stop and get a co worker who's not tired to do the massage. But to my surprise he does not have one posted !!' I told him he might want to put one up! He then told me he had to pay Benson and I told him we own our own business and would not pay an employee for not doing their job. Some of you may think this is petty trust me $30.00 is nothing but after two years and 5 family members weekly is 30.00 really to much to them . It's the principal to us . This place wasnt horrible a few years back and I used to love that place and now I f**king hate it now the people massaging are so rough and massage so fast. You cant even enjoy the massage?? And they waste time walkin around.
