Dr Afzali is a beautiful person and amazing clinician. She is calm, reassuring, with great bedside manner and super intelligent. I love her staff. Magdali, and the rest of the staff are hands down the best! I came in anxious, skeptical, and unsure if I could get help. I left with confidence, reassurance, and hope that my TMJ issues could be addressed. It's a bit far from my house, but going the naturopathic pathway is worth driving almost 2 hours to utilize her skillset and her resources. Today, I left with my appliances and some goodies. Parking is free and plentiful. the front staff helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend Lifetime dental. i just wish they had an office closer to me. 10/10 read more

Dr Lin is an incredible dentist. My husband has been having tooth pain and went to two other dentists prior without a diagnosis or treatment plan. Dr Lin was able to triage the issue, identify other contributing problems, treat one of the potential causes, and give education and recommendations on a plan moving forward. I have been coming to this dental office for several years, starting off when I moved to Rancho from Victorville. I could not have been more pleased with the treatment that I received the office staff, and just a level of comfort that I had, as we all know going to the dentist is never pleasant but here at this office, they were always assuring me that I would be as pain-free as physically possible, and they have always kept their word. My son just need a routine exam and cleaning. I'm a completely different story. I had not been to the dentist in two years so I was definitely in need of some mouth maintenance. At Lifetime, less than 12 minutes. after the exams, I explained that having gotten caught in a health issue, which meant putting off dental treatments, added to the Covid-19 Pandemic, i was now under the gun. i needed everything done in 4 weeks which would clear the way for a joint replacement. i had been trying to get the joint replaced for 3 yrs. Same circle of health and Pandemic issues. I wasn't hopeful. But the Dentist and her staff put together a plan that utilized my insurance coverage tobthe max and fit within my time frame. I came in for tooth pain I was having. Yesenia the hygienist was great and ended up doing my deep cleaning. Dr. Lin was very nice and explained what I needed done. The prices were outrages, their office wanted to charge me $318 dollars per cavity filling and considering I needed about 9 that was a lot of money. I needed going to a different dentist for a second opinion and the price difference was huge. The other office is charging me $170 filling (which is a lot closer to the standard price) . The office has great staff but watch out for when the bill comes. read more

The staff was very friendly and kind when I let them know that I would be running 5 minutes late. Once inside there was a bit of waiting between activities (images, consultation, cleaning) but IMO that's a small price to pay for a dentist that truly cares about your oral health. The Dr made me feel knowledgeable and comfortable and gave me clear instructions on up-keeping without making me feel small. The staff was friendly, funny, and helpful with all of my questions. I came across this place because of good reviews. I was expecting a good experience but it was totally the opposite. First and foremost on the website and the reviews there were only 2 doctors was mentioned but when I came in, none of those doctor seen me. BTW I came in for annual check and cleaning. So, when the dr (totally forgot her name) came in and see me she did where they checked ur the #s on ur gums if it's healthy or not without the Assistant to chart it coz she was busy doing xray. She told the Dr. Sorry I'm busy atm the Dr. Said its OK. I am not sure if it's really Important to chart those for my record, as far as I know they chart those. I told her that I had pain between my tooth on the side esp when I floss and she said I don't have cavities coz it didn't show on the xray (so no clue). She was focusing on the idea about putting veneers on my 4 front tooth and the way she's explaining it she wasnt totally confident after I told her my concerns. She keep saying "THEY" and I was like youre not the one performing it? She said I meant I am. She said think about it and do your research. Secondly, I noticed that this place only has 1 hygienist that does the xray as well. I'm supposed to get my cleaning done that day but it was postponed because she's not done with her xrays. They let me chose to stay or wait another 15 mins or who knows how long till she's done with xrays and this is after I waited for a Lil bit after the doctor seen me. So I chose to leave and came out to wait for the receptionist outside then the hygienist came In and said did someone help you yet... SMH. it was really a bad experienced for me. I want to give this place another chance if either Dr. Lin or Dr Afzali reevaluate me. 1 star for the receptionist coz she was able to get me in quick that day but called today 8 times coz I have a question and left a message but nobody returned my calls. read more

I started going here when Dr. Tidwell was still the owner/dentist and I liked it immediately. The staff was incredibly warm and accommodating. Since it was sold I am very unhappy. I've seen a different dentist every time I've been in and none of them have any interest in anything but my mouth and what they can find wrong in there. No one likes to go to the dentist but, if the dentist is warm and personable, no matter how competent they are, that goes a long way toward making it more bearable. I will say that, even though there has been a high turn over in staff, the front desk people have been warm and professional. And, thank goodness for hygienist Janet who is the only hold over from Dr. Tidwell. She is an excellent hygienist. read more

I love Dr. Afzali! She has been nothing but kind and caring. I recently had "Fast Braces" put on, so I am there quite often. Each visit has been a pleasant experience. Now who can say that about their dentist office? The staff is great from the front desk to the hygienist. A big shout out to Cindy, who is always making sure my braces are on perfect! There has never been a long wait, so they respect your time. I was having some pain with my braces, because I clench and grind my teeth at night. My husband's schedule is always changing , so it is hard to make appointments. Darlene has always been so patient , advocating for me with my insurance. They have all done a great job following up, listening , being respectful, & being professional. Next, Nicolette, the RDH/registered dental hygienist, took the time to make my two toddler children & myself feel comfortable. She was gentle and did a great job. Since our conversation, I have been getting seen on time, and there has been more consistently in terms of getting seen by the same doctor. I'm not afraid to be in the chair because of 1, praying that I have no pain and 2, they are very gentle and efficient to get the job done without involving unnecessary pain.
