They do not follow up with you when needed and don't do anything to help the patients it's obvious they do not care about the patients at all. Within minutes of sent towards the back to be examined and again the staff was very thoughtful and caring, ensuring I felt comfortable and explained everything thoroughly and simple to understand. The sound of drills and the thought of someone messing with my teeth freak me out, but the dentist at White Smile Dental made me feel at ease. I had a horrible experience, not too long ago, with a big chain competitor whose work caused an infection in my jaw bone that caused the bone to deteriorate. Still, the dentist at White Smile Dental corrected that mistake and worked hard to reverse the damaged those other guys caused me. It took approximately six months for me to heal completely, and these guys were patient with me and damn near held my hand the whole way. Like plenty of other people I was nervous due to Covid. I was a little less worried when I seen the new equipment they had and also by the way they were all dressed up in their gear. I was a little disappointed that I was limited to how many family members I was able to schedule at one time. I was told that they are limiting the amount of people that can be in the office at one time. I guess it's safer but still a little frustrating. I can't wait until the world is back to normal.
