My appointment's at LifeTime Smiles have been nothing, but wonderful. Tony has helped me during my visits each time. He has made me feel more than welcome and is very efficient while making conversation. I didn't feel rushed at all - I felt so comfortable talking about to him throughout my appointment and just like that x-rays are done! LifeTime Smiles is 100% lucky to have him on their team. I would definitely recommend this to any family or friends looking for a dentist. The environment is very friendly and family oriented. I did enjoy their willingness to explain every step of the way. I do have to say that definitely helped with my anxiety, I tend to get very anxious doing things alone. I've only seen one dentist my entire life so finding a new dentist was very uncomfortable for me. When I called to schedule, they were very professional and very friendly... Off to a great start in my mind! When I came in for my appointment, they again were very professional and friendly. They explained every detail of what work I needed done on my teeth and broke down payments etc. also made it a point to explain why I needed x and y done. I HIGHLY recommend this place as I do not have a single complaint about my entire experience. I could go on and on about all of the things I liked. I went to Lifetime Smiles because I wanted a second opinion on whether or not I needed a crown. A friend of mine recommended I should go to Lifetime Smiles because of how trustworthy and professional they are. And that was true as soon as I walked through the door. I was immediately greeted by the friendly front desk staff who made me feel welcomed. There was no hassle dealing with the new patient paperwork and it was very easy to fill out. I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Mallakis. He went over my x-rays with me to make sure I fully understood what was going on with my teeth. The technology and knowledge he has made it very easy for me to understand what kind of work my teeth needed. Dr. Mallakis came to the conclusion that I did not need the costly crown procedure and only needed a couple cavities filled. This saved me lots of money and made me realize they were looking out for the best interest of my teeth and not for the interest in making money. During the procedure, I was relaxed and comfortable in a chair that was equipped with a back massage! I felt no pain at all and almost forgot I was at the dentist because I was able to watch a movie with headphones on while they were fixing my teeth. Dr. Mallakis and his staff were friendly, professional, and caring. I came into Lifetime Smiles after having some dental work done at a different place, I had some minor discomfort and felt that maybe a second opinion was needed. I am so glad that I came in! I called in to make an appointment and The receptionist, Tammy, was SOOOO helpful and accommodating! She was able to get me a visit on the same day. I pulled into the parking lot, and noticed that the office is not a typical Dental office, it's a house. You step inside and it feels like you stepped into a rustic cabin. The lobby area has couches, like a living room, a nice keurig coffee machine, T.V., and a mini fridge full of water, all complimentary. Everybody that I have met has been really great! I am always treated with respect and made to feel very comfortable. They actually listened to me and either really cared about what I had to say or were absolutely excellent at pretending they cared which is a breath of fresh air from previous dentists I have been to. This facility is impressive. Between the wait time, the one-on-one time with the doctor and the personalized care plans, I was blown away. I called on a Monday afternoon and I was able to get the very next day for a cleaning and a comprehensive exam including cancer screenings with the doctor. I started coming here since a few people from my office also came here. They recently remodeled the office to give it a more modern feel. Dr. McDonald is very friendly and and has taken care of all my dental issues. They have always been great with service. They send postcard and email reminders about appointments, which makes it near impossible to "forget" your appointment. And if you miss it you will be charged, as I found out a few years ago when I missed my first and only appointment. Since I haven't used any other dentist offices to compare prices, I can only guess they are competitive with others out there. I took 3 visits to write this review, I can honestly say they have a life time customer. I have not been the most dedicated to oral hygiene and Dr McDonald, Wendy, and Roxana did not shame me or try to scare me into good habits. They did however numb me up and dig deep to get me back on track. The main reason why I started treatment here was their ability to show me how my insurance works and keep my out of pocket expenses low. I wanted to share my story with Lifetime Smiles and Dr. McDonald and her staff. THEY ARE GREAT!!! I have a phobia of going to the dentist and sitting in a dental chair. I guess looking up at the light gives me anxiety as I listen to drills and other sounds that come from other offices or areas that have patients being worked not really knowing what to expect. That has to do being in the Navy and having my mouth ripped a part in boot camp and other duty stations by rookie and not very experienced dentists. I first met Lindsay who is the Hygienist who put me at ease. She did the cleaning and gum measurements. She did a great job and was so nice. At that point I met Cynthia as well; she was super awesome and very welcoming as well. Everyone seemed at this point great; however that is not what I was afraid of. Actually my anxiety was waiting for the 50 -60 year old man with a heavy hand that called himself a dentist claiming to have the best and pain free Novocain shot to present himself and go through how bad my teeth were. Then Dr. McDonald introduced herself and she was the furthest thing from what I expected. Lol she was petite and so welcoming. She instantly calmed my nerves and I felt that she genuinely cared about me her patient that was sitting in her chair. We chatted about what needed to be done and she asked me for my input and we both had a general idea and agreement on what needed to be done first. I came back a week or two later and met by Tammy and Jayme who are at the front desk and they are soooo welcoming and friendly. Every time they have a smile on their faces and they always knew my name from when I walked in from the 2nd time on. Dr. McDonald completed the work and what needed to be done and was THE BEST I have ever dealt with. Super gentle, calming and actual PAIN FREE Novocain shot in the gums. I got to watch a movie and I guess according to Cynthia I started ordering things on Amazon and Starbucks while being worked on. Yeah I was relaxed and Dr. McDonald was really good!!!! After a few days my bite was off and I went in for a minor adjustment (which was done so fast after voicing my concerns). I was in and out very quickly and I have to say I was shocked how fast I was taken care of. Here comes the problem....... Dr. McDonald was away from the office and I was starting to have major discomfort and I wrote an email and 7:30 sharp the next morning I was responded to and was quickly seen again by her partner Dr. Mallekis. Dr. Mallekis checked me out and sent me to someone he referred and that Dr. McDonald referred to get a second opinion about a root canal. I instantly got pretty upset and thought everything that was going right quickly took a turn and thought oh Sh** here we go. I was in pain and now I have to go to another office. So my anxiety was through the roof and I am going to say that do not EVER visit DR. Bruce Smith. I purposely don't want to say the name of the office because the ladies there are very sweet and I found out that wasn't the DR. I was supposed to see, but I was lucky enough to walk in the one day he worked. What an A**hole that guy was. I quickly left there and rushed back to Lifetime Smiles and needed a second referral, but I was so emotionally heightened I left, because I was so frustrated at the situation. Not with the office or the dentist, but from Bruce Smith and being so mad and in so much pain. When DR. McDonald came back to the office we had a short conversation and immediately she had me come back in to inspect my teeth again. Here is where she separated herself and her business from EVERYONE else. She took her time and explained to me everything I didn't know and educated me. She corrected the situation, that wasn't her fault, but took ownership of it and made sure I was ok. Dr. McDonald and Cynthia called me tonight and Dr. McDonald sent a text to make sure I was ok and not in pain. That speaks volumes to me, because that's what I would have done if I had a client that didn't have a "perfect experience". She accepted it, didn't make any excuses, but fixed it. No more charge for this or that, but made it right and when I left the last time we had a great conversation and I for the first time have a DENTIST that I know 100% I can trust and be relaxed while under their care. Dr. McDonald and her staff is the best. Wasn't perfect, but she made pretty close and she went above and beyond to make sure I was not in pain. Her focus wasn't if I was happy at the moment, but if I was not having discomfort. Once she knew I was in a good place, she made sure I was happy. She is my Dentist and my family's dentist and would refer anyone to her especially if you have a Phobia or are really scared by a dentist visit. Cynthia, Lindsay, Tammy and Jayme are amazing and truly completed my not so perfect experience into a great one. Thank you Dr. McDonald and especially thank you to your staff! read more

This is the cleanest and most peaceful dental office I've ever been in. The entire staff is uber friendly and super professional. I have major dental anxiety and they accommodate my needs and make me feel so comfortable. They also treat my husband and my 5 year old (they both love this dental office too). They have a mini fridge with juices and waters available for customers. They have nice warm lemon scented washcloths to wipe your mouth and face after having a procedure done. It feels like walking into a pottery barn store (I love the way it's decorated). At any cost in the past I have avoided the dentist - but I actually look forward to going to Lifetime Smiles.
