Great experience! Becca and Josh were wonderful to work with; made the process quick, easy and fun!! Would highly recommend and will be back to buy our next truck!

    Spacer front end

To the response that spacers are not used in the lifts at Lifted Trucks- here is a photo of the 6" spacer that has caused excessive strain on the surrounding parts and now costing me thousands at 30k miles to replace shocks and struts. Buyer be aware of what you are purchasing. I did not know anything about this until another lift shop educated me.

Lifted Trucks in FWTX, was spot on. Perfect work ethic. Communicated very well with us, and will definitely be back to look at inventory for the spouse. Inventory is very nice, there is a lot to choose from. Thanks Jered!

She's very funny, real, and easy going and made the process much more enjoyable for us. Our experience with her specifically was excellent, separate from the financing side of the purchase which we understand was not under her control. On the other hand, George, the guy responsible for documents, financing, and selling warranties...absolutely terrible. If this were a separate review I'd give 1 star. He came across as extremely insincere, impatient, and condescending. He laughed at my dad and I multiple times when we asked questions and shrugged off the questions or gave incomplete responses. Only to take a minute, look stuff up, then actually answer. This made the entire interaction extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to have a productive discussion about the warranty options. He also rushed us through signing the documentation. When we stopped to ask what exactly we were signing, he would essentially just read us the title of the section rather than actually explain what it meant. Be wary and do your own research on warranties beforehand, because based on our experience, George definitely won't be helping you understand what you're buying. This dealership sells warranties through Kornerstone, and he initially tried to sell us their Standard coverage for $2,800. After we questioned and negotiated the warranty pricing, that number came down significantly. Ironically, my dad and I were genuinely interested in exploring the warranty options and would have happily discussed paying for better coverage. Had we been working with someone more patient and informative, that conversation probably would have gone very differently. Instead, his attitude made it nearly impossible to comfortably ask questions or properly compare what we were being offered. 5 stars because of G and the rest of the team being wonderful.

I went there with the intention of leasing a new car and driving it home. I even wrote the sales Manager an email explaining what happened, my frustration and how I felt without leaving with a new car. You would have thought that I would have received a response from the sales manager, however just crickets. Never did I get a response. Lousy sales and lousy customer service. I will however take a moment to praise their Service Dept. which I have used with my previous lease and they were very professional and friendly unlike the Sales Dept. I did however the next day go to another Kia dealership and leased the exact same car I wanted from Mark Kia, who treated me with respect and professionalism. I do not recommend Ken Garff Kia sales at all.

After 6 weeks we called DMV and were told the paperwork was submitted that day. Calling Bell rd we were told we'd get a call back or email about a new temp plate or how to print one as the temp plate expired today. Marcus - who we got to today on the phone was able to finally get the new plate and my husband is going to pick it up today. So Marcus did a nice job. The rest of them wanted nothing to do with us and helping us once we bought the vehicle. So we ended up ok, but no one should have to work so hard to get a license plate. Time consuming and annoying. Get it together.

He offered support, listened, and seemed genuinely willing to help me figure out the ongoing issues with my vehicle. However, when I returned today, his attitude toward me was completely different. I was treated as if I didn't matter, and the willingness to help that he showed last week was suddenly gone. I'm not sure what changed between then and now, but the shift was noticeable and hurtful. I came in hoping for consistency and support, and instead left feeling dismissed. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously and works on providing customers with the same level of respect and care every time they visit.

I cannot possibly give a better review of Michael and Auto Obsession. I found myself between a rock…read moreand a hard place when my car was totaled after someone had stolen my catalytic converter and knocked about the electrical components in the engine compartment like they were scrambling eggs. This happened while I was in the middle of refinancing my home. As a result, I couldn't apply for any credit, and after closing, there was enough up-in-the-air about my credit history that I was having trouble finding a loan despite never having missed a payment and having a lower debt to income ratio. Michael was empathetic, and with a down payment and signed purchase order, was willing to hold the car I picked until the dust around the mortgage had settled. Thankfully, this didn't end up being necessary because he connected me with an incredible banker at SunWest Credit Union who got me a loan at 3.69%. On top of that, he took care of a minor alignment issue and some of the upcoming regular maintenance at no extra cost, and offered to have have the car detailed again, despite how incredibly clean it was. Michael didn't have to do any of this. He could have told me to kick dirt, and even if he held the car, he could have let me deal with the added cost of a high interest loan for a few months and the upcoming maintenance I was expecting to pay for anyway. The fact is, he went well beyond what should be reasonably expected of a car dealer to not simply sell a car, but to help someone in a tough spot by no fault of their own get back on the road. This experience provides a good understanding of the quality of the product Michael wants his customers to leave with, but is also a great testament to his character. Sheila at SunWest also couldn't stop talking about how great Michael is. Seriously, give this man your money. I have nothing but positive things to say about this car buying experience.

Service Writer Wayne was very friendly, asked a lot of questions, and assured me they would diagnose the problem. After Technician Randy checked out the transmission (no codes, shifted normal, etc.), I was asked to accompany Randy on a test drive. I was unable to duplicate the intermittent issue either. After explaining what he checked and answering many questions, I was convinced there was no more that the dealer could do at this time. Wayne told me there would be no charge for the diagnosis since they did not find a problem; that's integrity. While in the shop they also did a free inspection and sent me a video used to document the inspection. My bake pads had only 2-3 mm of pad left (in the Red), so I had them replace all 4 pads and resurface the rotors. In my opinion, the cost was very competitive with brake specialty shops in Phoenix. Wayne and Randy both get 5's in my book!

The first time the service was great and they even gave me a loaner car without even having to ask. The second time I brought my car in they wanted to charge me $500+ for a new battery -- I promptly said no and got a battery from O'Reilly's. Then after leaving Chapman's from the service -- my parking break light keeps coming on. I brought it back to them and they said they fixed it but a day later the lights are coming back on. I brought my car there again and they said they fixed it but no -- lights are still on. Annoying and $700 later. The service guy is very friendly but somehow I feel like I am being ripped off. I will probably still take it there because it is very convenient (I took the car to a place in Scottsdale but it took forever and is not close).
