These shady characters are definitely less than trustworthy to do business with. They tried to sell me a truck that was scratched beyond belief and dented. They put a dash mat on the dash to hide the huge cracks in the dash. Hoping I would not look under the mat and see how destroyed the dash actually was. The back reverse light didn't work and the visor was broken. They said they would fix the damage just to get me inside the door. We sat down and ran numbers and everything they had promised to fix was instantly denied. They wanted me to pay almost $40,000 dollars for a truck that was dented, and scratched so bad it looked like they drove it through the orange groves. They tried to hide major damage on this truck and lied about making arrangements to fix the damage. Then once I said I'm leaving they tried to sell me another truck for $20,000 dollars more!!! Be aware of these con artists and if you're silly enough to purchase a truck from them, don't be surprised when it starts falling apart after the first week when all the damage they hide from you starts taking affect!! 3-26-2018 read more

I am very displeased with your dealership and the way you treat your customers. Not only have I bought a vehicle from you guys, but it was deemed a "lemon" less than a year later! A week after purchasing my vehicle, I referred my brother to buy a truck from you guys and still to this day have no received a referral check I was promised. His truck as well went bad 6 months after purchase and he later traded it in rather than file for lemon law much like I did. Upon, trade in on November 16, 2019, we drove to your dealership from Tucson, AZ on November 29, 2019 to cancel his GAP Insurance and Extended Warranty paperwork. Mia, had not passed on the paperwork to your back office til January 3, 2020!! She said it'd take 5 to 6 weeks to process, again mind you we filed in November of 2019! Weeks went by and nothing, I called and left voicemails with Mia and Lisa (the fill in) in the back office. Not a single phone call was ever returned! So on March 19, 2020 I took the day off from work (mind you I'm in the Air Force) to go up to your dealership from Tucson again, and file this paperwork face to face. Turns out you all lost the paperwork and decided to give me and my brother the run around. Casara, the new back office girl you guys hired was on top of my situation and had me and my brother the Gap and Warranty checks in a week! Casara, was the true MVP of your dealership, outside of her your dealership sucks! I wasted two trips to file the same paperwork only to find out you guys lost it and wasn't even compensated for gas on the second trip. Customer service has been exceptional with getting issues resolved, however it is frustrating having had the issues in the first place. I recommend working with Lifted Trucks due to the commitment that they have shown in standing behind the jeep they sold me. After buying the used jeep it became apparent that there were substantial repairs that were needed. Lifted Trucks asked me to drop it off with their service department which ultimately determined that the engine should be replaced, which they took care of quickly. While it is annoying to purchase a car and then learn about mechanical problems, I have not seen any other dealer willing to put in so much effort to ensure that the vehicle they sold fit their standards. read more

Amazing isn't even good enough. These guys (and girls) know customer service. We bought a Jeep last year from Lifted Trucks and had such an amazing experience we went back for another dose of LT and bought a Tacoma last month. Gorgeous, black, lifted and spotless, I might add. But more than their beautiful trucks, the people are incredible. We have purchased our fair share of cars over the years and buying a car is a long, drawn-out, often dreaded experience (except for the test driving and shopping part, of course). The process at LT is seamless. It's fast, it's efficient and best of all, there is ZERO pressure. If you find what you like, great. If not, they will keep you apprised of their inventory and check in periodically. Terry is unbelievable. With the Tacoma we found the truck, fell in love, went home, negotiated over the phone and made our way back to find the paperwork printed and sitting on Mia's desk with two pens to sign on the dotted lines. Fast forward 500 miles. I returned to have the lift checked on (per their instructions) and not only did they take care of the maintenance they went the extra mile and removed my bumper for me so we could have it color matched. Saved me $175. If only my third child was a boy... Wait... my husband is still a kid and I suspect his love for trucks will last forever. I'm certain we will be back again! My sales guy was Ryan out at the Bell Rd location. This was probably one of the easiest purchases I've made on a vehicle. I gave Ryan my budget and all we looked at were trucks in my budget, there was no pressure from Ryan very laid back guy. Once I found the truck I liked it was sail smoothing from there, I told him what I needed for a payment and he was able to get it lower. Lifted Truck from sales, customer service to the back shop is all around a 1 star. Their entire operation is truly nothing more than lipstick on a pig of the used car salesman. I would not recommend anyone buy a truck from any of their locations (Lifted Trucks Phx/Glendale and Truck Masters). Their knack for cutting corners and making them look pretty is frustrating. In November 2019, I purchased a Ford F-150 from the Lifted Trucks Bell Road location. I was excited as I read their reviews and thought this truck-buying experience was going to be awesome and fun, as I was going to buy a badass lifted truck. Wow was I wrong. Sales: All in all, the sale was pretty easy. They are good at taking your money. However, the sales guy knew nothing about any of the trucks. He could not help me with any of the features and really did not know what they even were. He, nor anyone at Lifted Trucks could help me reset the code to my doors keypad (had to take to another shop and pay more to get this done). The sales guy had never been off-roading in his life and could not answer any questions about the lift. Additionally, once I made the purchase he disappeared. Lastly, once I drove the truck off the lot after spending lots of money, my first stop had to be the gas station to fill the gas tank up and air up the tires that where at only 28 pounds, my second stop was the car wash to clean out the dirt, grime and bird shit off my new truck. This was the beginning of the lack of attention to detail. Service: Immediately upon heading home and getting on a highway, the truck started to shake at high speeds. I test drove the truck, however we did not go on the highway during the test drive. I immediately called Bill - the Manager to tell him and he said to call Monday to make an appointment (this was a Saturday). After driving my new Lifted Truck for about a week, that I purchased from a place that boasts over 20 years of selling lifted vehicles, I had to take it back to the shop two separate occasions to get the shaking 'fixed'. I live approximately 90 miles from Lifted Trucks, this was not ideal. The first time they balanced my tires and said that they were very off- balance(again, why was this not taken care of before selling the truck?) The second time I took it back, which was about two weeks after the first time, I was told that it was my tries and they could not fix it. "Besides they did not do the lift, therefore would not fix it." Again, their lack for detail and professionalism. After going back home I noticed that the wrong wheel cap was placed on my truck (a 5-bolt cap when mine is a 6 bolt). After another phone call, I was told that it was that way when I bought it - this would have been obvious if 1 out of the 4 caps were different at time of purchase or after. It is more likely someone put the wrong cap on at the shop last time it was there, and they just didn't want to own up to it. As a guy who spends lots of time off-road in the middle of nowhere, I want truck I trust and a shop I trust. Do yourself a favor and buy your truck from someone else. These guys are only pros at taking your money and have clearly used their "20 years of experience" to perfect cutting corners and taking the cheap way out. read more

We went by and made our deal it was a cash deal so it should've gone quickly it lasted 4 1/2 hours then we found out we can't take delivery of the vehicle because they need brakes since we didn't drive it because they said we couldn't drive it it wasn't prepared yet we had no idea. Hands down best auto buying experience I've had. **This is long but totally worth it or you to read** I've always purchased vehicles from the large factory dealers. We used to buy a lot of company and personal trucks and would always receive what I thought was "Preferred" service because of our business and we participated in their fleet and vendor pricing programs. I started the process of choosing a replacement for my Tacoma about 2 weeks ago. I visited several of the big dealers. Most of my visits to the other places, even when I a had an appointment to see a specific truck, I felt like like just another potential deal for the salesperson trying to make their month. I'm not high maintenance, but if I have an evening appointment that was setup at 8am the same day, you'd think the Salesperson would at least know where the truck is that I'm coming to look at... we spent 45 minutes trying to find a truck during an appointment at another place... Frustrated with how things were going I reached out to Lifted Trucks regarding something I saw online. I received an email and follow up call from Key, nothing pushy. In fact i called him back 2 days later. Key was very knowledgeable about his inventory, got some details of what I was looking for and immediately pointed me to a truck on their website he thought would fit my needs. He then put me on the phone with Tony the Sales Manager who offered to call me back with what he thought he could do on that specific truck. 5 minutes later, Tony called with a great starting number and I agreed to come out that evening. I got to Lifted Trucks around 5pm and was greeted outside by a very nice lady who said she would grab Tony or Key for me. *There was no rush of anxious sales guys as soon as I arrived* The truck I was coming to see was sitting right in front, all detailed and ready to show. Tony and Key came out to greet me and thanked me for coming out. Before we even looked at the truck, Key wanted to take me on a tour and tell me all about the business and their process. We jumped in a cart and drove around for a while it was great and really gave me confidence that these were good guys. Key then took me around the entire lot just to make sure nothing else caught my eye before getting started. The whole time Key did not try and sell or push me on any truck. Each one we stopped at he would tell me about the features and we'd move on. After that we test drove my truck, I agreed I liked it and we went into the "fun" part. Here is where the experience really rose to the top. Key asked me to accompany him while he evaluated my trade, There was no taking my keys and holding them ransom like at other dealers. We went over my truck, he took it around the block (with me) and when we got back he took the info to Tony. It took no more than 10 minutes and Key returned with their offer. It was very fair and better than originally discussed with Tony regarding my trade in. There was ZERO PRESSURE from Key when presenting the offer, I made a counter, this time he was back in 2 minutes with their counter (again very reasonable) and i signed the deal. I didn't need financing so it was literally a matter of minutes and Mia in Finance was ready to do the paperwork. Mia was awesome. Offered me the extras and warranty but again NO PRESSURE and we were done and out. It took us longer to clean out the old truck and load the new one then to do the whole deal. It was probably no more than an hour between my test drive and when I drove away with my new truck. Key, Tony, Mia, and everyone I dealt with at Lifted Trucks really made for a great experience. Honestly, I have no problem recommending them to friends and family and will definitely be back for future vehicles. read more

I don't do these reviews, but these guys pissed me off. I have purchased four vehicles in 3 years from them plus took a coworker to get a Jeep from them. I will NEVER buy another one from them. These guys are professional liars. Two of the four of salesmen were ok but from there on up comes the tricks. They have tried to change interest rates after the rate was agreed upon. Asked me to lie to the lender when they called for info. Lied to me about the lenders they contacted to get me a loan and charged me a ridiculous interest rate of 6.99% on the last truck I purchased which I refinanced through the credit union they said turned me down and got a rate of 4.75%. It pisses me off that I had to do this review. I gave them too many chance. My bad. Watch them closely! read more

I went to Lifted Trucks to obviously look for a truck. I was very specific on what I wanted. They didn't have anything on their lot that I liked. I told the salesman that and he wouldn't let me leave. SUPER Pushy and kept trying to sell me something I didn't want. I was looking for a Diesel truck and the salesman didn't know anything at all about diesel trucks. Just because a motor is the same size don't mean they don't change things year to year. Finally I just walked out on them in the middle of the salesman talking.... I would not recommend them to anyone. read more
