From ordering and consulting with JR, owner and head manager of the company to Taylor the assistant manager and coordiantor for the client, I was in the hands of professiional and caring people who paid attention to the customer's concerns and needs. I also was very impressed with the installers, Noah and Emilio. They worked very hard and did an excellent job of installing the product. They were curteious, professional and answered all my questions about the maitenance and operation of the new windows and door. Afterwards, they did a fantastic clean-up job; andI I could perceive what pride they took in their work. I should mention while shopping around for various companies do complete this job,, I chose Design Windows and Doors because they were the only company that would take down my old window treatments and replace them with custom made new ones. Most other companied required the client to take down the old window treatments themselves in preparation for the installers. And other companies did not have the extra service of offering variou options to cover the windows. Having both services in one, was a major factor in my decision. They also made a handshake agreement to install security doors, which is why we gave them the contract. They did not install these doors and clamed "this wasn't in the contract". Once they collected money, they had no intention of completing the doors. (See text message below from the owner stating they would install the screen doors). He added it to "notes" but the contract. See owners response below, he claims they were not the right doors, how can they agree to install something they didn't measure? Did they never have intenion of installing the doors? Dishonest and unethical business practice, terrible customer service. Do not work with this company.

The installers Carlos and Daniel were prompt and arrived at 7 a.m. and were done installing both sliders within four hours. Hopefully you can see in the picture they did such a great job and they were installed perfectly. There is no need for painting or touch up on the walls, stucco or trim. We are looking forward to the next few phases of getting new front doors, back doors and also windows. It's great that you can do them in phases and you don't get the pressure to do it all at once. My experience:…read more So i reached out via yelp to andres and was replied to pretty quick. He was able to visit the following day to get measurements / estimate price. He was nice and explained everything. Plus gave suggestions... I gave a downpayment of 10% for everything to proceed. They then ordered it. Rough estimate would be 3-4 weeks for the entire process. They have a physical store in norco which was being run by Andres' wife. After 3 weeks or so give or take... i got a message that they were ready to install. Well within the time frame.... They informed me when they were on the way. They probably took roughly 2.5 hours. Lucas, Andres' son was present. Nothing was rushed and i saw how they handled everything... They can reuse your old door handle... but in my case, i bought a new one... just because. The price: It's pretty fair. It isn't cheap but you get what you paid for. For the peace of mind... ill do it again. Since i got a door replacement, everything was included. From removing the old one , to clean up, trash, installing... and thankfully.... the door i got doesn't need any paint. So it's pretty good. Threshold was top notch. And it seems water / insects wont be able to pop in. Will i choose to work with them again? Probably yes... Once i opt for a screen door... maybe in a couple more months once it gets a little bit cooler.
