I said yes and tried to coordinated another day, and yet again CRICKETS. This studio is not reliable or communicative whatsoever. Do not book!!! You'll be waiting weeks to get a response. Update : the owner called me and apologized for lack of communication and requested I come back and try the other lash girl Elizabeth instead of Nicole (who was let go after). I'm glad I did because she was wonderful and did a way better job on my lashes than Nicole anyways. I hope the communication is better and we will see in the next two weeks.
