They asked if I was in the right place and kept staring at me. I said the number I called and they were more confused but I showed them it was the one on Google and my call log for yesterday. She called the manager and handed me the phone. The manager took my number and told me to hold. Then said there was a double booking and if I waited 45min they would give me a discount. Meanwhile the staff was staring at me and I've never felt more uncomfortable and unwelcome. The place was also filthy. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Instead of making clients feel comfortable and taken care of, I've found myself being put in awkward positions simply so the staff can be more comfortable in their own seats. It makes the entire appointment feel tense and unpleasant. They're also ALWAYS in a rush for other clients, but I'm clearly a paying client as well!! It's unfortunate because cleanliness is important to me, and that's one of the main reasons I continued returning.
