I asked for the manager to discuss the trash and lack of service --- manager never came. After 30 more mins we got our charcuterie board, no waters, no utensils, no wine. Finished the food, wine got there 10 mins later, it was oxidized and undrinkable. I asked to talk to the manager again. Waited. Nothing. I approached the security guard to ask for the manager, he was very nice and apologetic, I believe Fabian was his name. He said the manager was busy and could not talk. Very disappointing experience. I will never return. The hope is that ownership sees this and changes management. Poor management turned into poor staffing, which turned into disappointed customers. We were not the only ones.
