This place actually popped up on my Instagram feed, and the food looked so good I couldn't resist making a reservation to check it out. Nuna is located inside the Four Seasons Hotel in Brickell which is one of several restaurants there but this one sits on the 7th floor. Our waitress mentioned it only opened in June, so it's still fairly new. The chef, Jaime, is an award-winning Peruvian chef whose restaurant ranked 43rd best in Peru, and he's now brought his culinary experience to Miami. It was a cool, breezy Miami night, so we sat outside on the patio overlooking the city. The view was beautiful, and the cozy fireplaces made it the perfect spot to relax after dinner with a drink. I went with a refreshing cocktail which i loved while my boyfriend ordered the miso old fashioned. He wasn't a fan of it and ended up switching to a regular one instead. To start, we shared the bluefin tuna tacos and the nuna ceviche. The ceviche was easily our favorite dish of the night...it had scallops, octopus, shrimp, and crispy calamari in a rocoto leche de tigre that was both spicy and citrusy. Such a great combination of flavors. For mains, we ordered the surf & turf salado, which came with truffle potato fries..everything about this dish was perfect, from the steak to the sauce to those fries. We also tried the pork belly udon noodles, made with shrimp, crispy vegetables, and a rich nikkei sauce which was also delicious. For dessert, we went with the Peruvian flan, drenched in a honey like sauce and incredibly flavorful. We also tried the kakigori, which was really unique.. ot was like a light lychee meringue over crushed ice with a creamy center. It was airy, refreshing, and different from anything I've had before. My only complaint was that the service was a little on the slow side, but overall, we had a wonderful meal and a nice experience. Definitely a spot I'd recommend if you're looking for a beautiful ambiance, city views, and creative Peruvian inspired dishes in Brickell.

I came to Nuna on a date night  inside the  Four Seasons Brickell, and while the atmosphere was upscale and inviting, I had a few mixed experiences. Valet parking was the only option, and $40 for two hours felt steep, though I guess it's expected for the course at a Four Seasons. Self-parking was available a couple blocks away, but it was a bit of a walk. The food was good, but not outstanding -the ceviche had a nice kick and was my favorite dish.  And the steak in the lomo was very tasty and cooked just the way I like it . I'm not a dessert person, but I did have a bite of the meringue on ice which was very interesting. Not your typical dessert. However, the service was slow, with about an hour wait for food on a relatively quiet Wednesday OK night. Drinks were also pricey, with my old-fashioned made with Maker's Mark costing $25. Overall, the vibes were great, but I'd probably skip the pricey parking and drinks next time.

Just so amazingly good. Nuna might be the best restaurant in Brickell. The bluefin ceviche blew me away. The chicharrón fish -- mind blowing. THE OYSTERS. Oh my goodness. They have really awesome cocktails and a lovely ambiance as well.

The presentation is stunning. The purple corn taco with seaweed and edible flowers was as impressive visually as it was flavorful. The sashimi was fresh and delicately plated over ice, and the wagyu with egg yolk was rich and indulgent.

The server starts out by telling you this restaurant in Peru is 39th in the world, and while good, did not meet that benchmark for me, food wise. Nuna is beautiful, and the service is great. The server replaced my spoon twice as soon as he put it down because there was a mark on it he didn't like, and I appreciate that. For me, the appetizers stole the show. They made a much greater impression than the entrees. The amouse bouche was a nice touch- half the table liked it, the other half called it salty fish broth. The tuna tartar was very fresh, cold, and tasty. The wagyu dumplings were delicious! I wanted more of them. We did the miami spice menu, which for the price, is a great deal when looking at the regular menu. The ceviche is large and tasty, though spicy. The tuna taco was far and beyond better than the ceviche, and definitely the winner here. As far as entrees go, nothing wowed us. The arroz con mariscos was cooked well, but in the same sauce as the ceviche and I feel like the server should have told us it would be very very similar to our ordered appetizer so we could have switched it up. The saltado was basic, nothing stood out though the meat was cooked well. I've had better at cheaper places. The flan was good, the meringue was unique, but nothing I'd order again. All in all, the place was good, not great. I wouldn't spend the money paying regular price to come back here.

Great spot! Plates are shareable. Make sure you go inside the hotel and take the elevators to the 7th floor to find the restaurant.
