Honestly, I love this place. It's my go to place to bring friends when they visit Columbus. My only wish was it wasn't as expensive as it is. But it's understandable it's a Cameron Mitchell backed restaurant. So it's expected. This bar is the perfect place to grab a drink or two and chill and see the city. It isn't a place I'd come to drink for multiple rounds though because the tab would be high. But it's a must go to place for when bringing visitors into town or for special occasions. Don't forget to get a picture by their insta-worthy flower wall! Try the "don't kill my vibe" drink. Your tastebuds are in for a tingle. Lincoln Social never disappoints. Great views, comfortable seating and good service. Like many other reviews, the "Don't Kill My Vibe" drink is a must! It was so interesting and unique. Plan on this not being a cheap date night, but it is a great place to go every once in a while! I felt very safe going here during COVID, they have dividers, all staff wearing masks, and mask required from when you come inside and until you are seated. The service was great for COVID times. The old fashioned was great. Wasn't a fan of the other drinks but only because I'm not a fan of sugary drinks. This place is sooo fun! Definitely the place to be in Columbus because it was popping! People of all ages and groups of all sizes. The vibes are 5/5 but the cocktails are just decent. I did have a good espresso martini - super creamy! I also recommend the Social Spritz. My boyfriend didn't enjoy the Old Fashioned and he's usually easy going. The service was 2/5, the bartenders were not very friendly and it took a while to get another drink. Overall I would come back but take it as you will! read more

Pros: Really nice and pretty place, great view, drinks are good Cons: they don't accept reservations for less than 15 people and you have to spend 400 per hour which sometimes it's difficult if all your guest doesn't confirm. I go here quite often to enjoy the ambiance, drinks and food. The workers are always nice, friendly and ready to assist. However tonight after our server shift ended we were assigned another server although she wasn't bad she wasn't nearly as attentive as the previous server. It did seem as though she was the only server for the remainder of the night so we didn't make a fuss. I absolutely love the Roasted Chicken pizza it's always made to my satisfaction. Thumps up to the chef! A friend order some fried oysters and to my surprise they were really good and flavorful! This night I tried the TikTok famous drink simply because I love pineapples. I definitely would not get it again. It wasn't a drink I'd typically indulge in but I'm always down to try something different. It looked nice though. Stopped here on a whim for a Sunday night. The view is SPECTACULAR and the vibe is very positive and festive. High table turnover with bridal parties and birthdays funneling through. I was very excited for an additional Cameron Mitchell opportunity in the Columbus area, and the Lincoln Social Rooftop was overall a great experience, but not what I was hoping. I was impressed with a few of the cocktail options, but anticipated a larger selection and heightened presentation and delivery. (Especially with the limited food choices). The impressive city-line view is only privy to a few tables, and at times I didn't even feel like I was even lounging on a rooftop. The wait staff at most Cameron Mitchells truly take pride in making all customers feel valued, and that's one area for improvement at Lincoln Social. We visited during 'Restaurant Week' and chose to start with the 3 course drink/dinner meal. I would've loved sample cocktails rather than the beer and wine options and was disappointed to have the first entree as a popcorn appetizer. read more

Based on other reviews I've read so far the secret to this place is to come here midweek, around 4:30 PM, which is exactly what I did. Met two friends here for post-work drinks and snacks, and we had a great time! No wait to get in, our pick of seats, and our server was super attentive. A big rainstorm had just moved through, so we sat inside with the windows closed for the first half hour or so. After the rain moved out, the windows were opened back up and we had a great view of the city. The true outdoor patio area here is rather small, but sitting inside with the giant windows open was just a enjoyable. I love that you get a different perspective than some of the other rooftop bars in the area, as it faces north up High Street, as well as looking east into Italian Village. I was planning to not eat a full meal here, as I know their specialty is more small plates and tapas-style food. I did try the lobster corn dog, which was delicious and different with a substantial chunk of lobster inside. I could have had a whole dozen. I also had a slice of the small vegetable flatbread, which was pretty tasty and would be your best bet for something more affordable and filling from the menu. I really enjoyed my Tokyo Drift cocktail - it was well balanced and served in a cool vintage glass. My opinion of the drinks/food is that it's not as steep as I would have thought, and is actually comparable to many other cocktail bars in the area. Have heard cool things about this place and decided to try it out. The line is long starting at 6. It's a smaller rooftop so you may stand in line anywhere between 15min-1hr depending on what time you arrive. Once you arrive upstairs it's an adorable place that brings the outside in. They have a great social atmosphere with standing tables, bar stealing and reservation tables. You can be in doors or out. They have a cute lounge area by a fire pit too. I went to Lincoln Social for the first time last week for a double date and it was a great setting. The decor is beautiful and it's everything you would expect in a rooftop bar. The greenery is beautiful. You also get multiple views of Columbus. You first arrive at a lobby, show your ID and head up to the beautiful rooftop. This rooftop restaurant is great for birthdays, dates, and really any type of gathering. I went for their Sunday happy hour which is 1-4pm on Sundays and 4-6 pm Tuesdays through Saturdays. If you do plan to go for happy hour, arrive earlier in the time slots because they do not take reservations for casual dining. Their food and drinks were great! The food items are shareable. We got the braised and blue pizza and the campari tomato pizza. They were both amazing. The braised and blue pizza had amazing flavor. The brisket with the carmalized onions was everything! We also got the chips and dips to share which was guacamole and hummus. They were both really good and the portion sizes were perfect! I got the social universe cocktail and it was tasty. It had the perfect amount of everything. It wasn't too sweet or strong. Lincoln Social was such a great experience and I will definitely be going back! read more

This place seems to always be packed. I passed by it multiple times before deciding to actually check it out and I always noticed a line. Basically they have a low capacity of something like 200 people and have to wait for people to leave before others can go up. I went on a Friday and was somewhat surprised my group of 3 people got upstairs fairly quickly. Once on the rooftop you are treated to incredible views of downtown. The main downside is it is packed. I had called several days before and asked to get a reservation and was informed they don't take reservations. However when we got there every single table had a reserved sign. I'm still confused on that one. After standing in a corner awkwardly trying to avoid the mass of people a small standing table opened up and we grabbed it. Service was pretty good I was surprised how quickly a waiter asked for our drink order after getting the table. I believe all the mixed drinks were 15 dollars or more which seems pretty pricy. Hopefully this place will be great once it's been there awhile and the crowds die down. read more

I'm a self-claimed rooftop connoiseur in town and Lincoln Social is one of my favorites! Love its's location in and view of Short North and the variety of cocktails and other booze options they have to offer. My go tos are prosecco ( greatly priced at $8), mojito, and you had me at Hello. Bartenders and servers are always nice and friendly. The only downside is that is gets really crowded from Thursday to Saturday and you have to wait in line for quite a while before you get in. I recommend getting there a bit early around dinner time if you want to sit and enjoy the ambiance and amazing views! read more

You get in line downstairs and if you come on a weekend, make sure to come early as they have a capacity that they strictly check. We had to wait for two people to leave for us to come in. First time here and we all LOVED THIS PLACE!!! amazing ambiance! Bright orange seats, amazing views, lighting was perfect. The decor is the whole nine yards! Drinks were great, we had no complaints. We tried the pizza (delicious) and the lobster corn dogs. This is a cocktail led place, so plates are small and shareable. I would say, if I had any critique, it took about 10 minutes between each drink order, so we had to order anticipatory drinks. I hoped to not post this but, considering I emailed the restaurant directly and didn't hear back, I'm hoping this will be a better way to share our experience We arrived on time and unfortunately I forgot my ID which I completely understand the diligence that you all need to abide by - however at almost 40 years old and being the person who booked the event having your front desk girl not give me the 3rd degree and chastise me for the mistake would have been appreciated After being seated I repeatedly attempted to place and order with our server. I would get one item out of my mouth and she would walk away. Considering how NOT busy the bar was, it took 30 minutes to receive our two bottles of champagne - at that point my husband had to stop me from going to the bar to get drinks for our party. I was finally able to get the waitress to stay longer than a few seconds to order food for our party. She got the order wrong (which she corrected) and we continued to immediately order more bottles as to avoid the long wait again. At 8:55 one of my guests (all were clients of mine) asked for a glass of water, the server told her "no, we need you to leave by 9". This was because they needed to set up the 4 booths for your CEO's sons party - which they clearly received a completely different experience with actual bottle service and beautifully arranged tables set up. I'm sure my $1200 wasn't important enough to provide basic service for - however requiring a 20% before we even arrived seems like we should at least receive 20% quality service - especially when the bar was half empty. I believe Cameron would be embarrassed of this - I know that managing a business is challenging, I do hope this will be looked at going forward. read more

At this point I've been to Lincoln Social a few times and I'll say that I've enjoyed myself every time. It's got a great view. The djs that have played while I've been are all great so the music is never an issue. This is a great spot to hit up after Sunday brunch, a great spot for during the week to meet up with friends for a drink or even a Saturday night, just be aware that on a Saturday expect to be in line for 15-20 minutes if not longer to get to the rooftop. The outdoor seating area is pretty small so there's been times when we've skipped out on the outdoor area just because it's saturated with people on a Saturday. Not too bad on a Sunday or even during the week the atmosphere is amazing! The only issue I have with LS is that it is a little pricey but I understand it's new, a lot of people are willing to pay those prices due to that. They don't offer happy hour so definitely don't go there expecting to have any specials. I recommend their lobster corn dogs and their pizzas! Great decor and nice concept, but service was awful (nobody came to our table and servers/bussers were avoiding eye contact and running in circles doing who knows what) and our cocktails were blegh. I left mine almost untouched. Also, super packed (the first time we tried to get in there was a line out on to high street) and patrons circle around like sharks for any seat or spot at a table or the bar to open.
