This was my first time coming in for a meal and leaving truly disappointed. Brittany was our server, and she was great. This review is no reflection on the service that she provided. I've been on a quest to try something different each time I come here, because honestly, I usually find something I like at a restaurant and stick with it. Often times that leads to me missing out on some other very delicious offerings. So even though I really wanted the Taco Salad, I ordered the Fish and Chips because that also sounded good and I've never met a dish I didn't like at Lincoln Square. Well that was, until now. First of all, the presentation. When I saw those rectangular shaped fish rods I immediately thought to myself... no actually, I think I said it out loud, " these are adult fish sticks." I was so disappointed. I was mad at myself because I just recently had some of the best fish and chips of my life at a seafood market in Broad Ripple and I should have known better than to expect anything near that level at a diner-style restaurant. I'd say that 2 of the 4 sticks were actually nicely cooked, with a crisp outside and flaky center, but the rest were overcooked and dry. The fries were overcooked too and the tartar sauce was super sweet. It was actually pretty disgusting. The best thing about my meal was the cottage cheese. I shared that with my husband, but would've eaten it all had I known what was to come. This was also our first time sitting in the area closest to the kitchen. We could hear everything. Employees were sitting in the booth directly behind us and were laughing and talking. No issue there, but one of the young men kept bouncing in his seat, and basically bumping up against my husband's back. I think they were doing cut-work, like rolling silverware or something and I'm not sure why that couldn't be done in the other room, which was completely empty . We also had the pleasure of witnessing a little kitchen drama between a front of house employee and a line cook over what appeared to be a to-go order. Brooke said to remake "it" because something that was included was not listed on the menu, and the cook was not too happy about that. The woman delivering the message was like "hey, don't shoot the messenger." That went on, back and forth for a couple minutes. I eventually loss interest, but for a moment it was like we got a free show with our meal! I think we came too late in the day for anyone to give a you know what. We usually roll in around 10-11am, but yesterday we did not make it there until almost 2pm. I think everyone had clocked out, mentally, and were ready to close up shop for the day. read more

We went to the restaurant around 10:00 in the morning. I had the pancakes and bacon. My husband had the biscuits and gravy. He had been looking for a place the made them like he used what as a child. He started eating them and told me that he had found them. I loved the pancakes and bacon. It was wonderful but so much food. The atmosphere was get. Lincoln Square has been in Westfield for a long time. They were formerly located at the intersection of 191st and US31, but they've been at this location for 10+ years. Breakfast food is usually pretty hard to screw-up, but I give extra credit to the restaurant for our visit. The food was particularly great, and service was excellent. I was very excited for gluten free pancakes after I visited a Lincoln Square downtown and they had awesome GF pancakes and an option for GF bread for French toast. This Lincoln square has NO GF option at all. You can substitute GF granola or fruit but it's a $2.59 upcharge. The omelette I ended up getting was fine. The hash browns were very toasted/ almost burned tasting. I had my heart set on pancakes though. It's also annoying to be charged full price for the meal. read more

Their breakfast options are vast: pancakes, French toast, waffles, skillets, entree type dishes, sandwiches, scrambles, and omelets. The pesto omelet (egg whites, feta cheese, spinach, sun dried tomatoes, topped with pesto) was cooked just right, not under done and not over done. Even though it's -4 outside as long as my wife is next to me I will always stay warm. She treated me to Brunch at Lincoln Square Pancake House - Westfield and it was absolutely delicious. I had my favorite meal, the Cinnamon Swirl French Toast with Scrambled cheese eggs, bacon and hash browns and she had the Meat lover's skillet. Natalie is our favorite hostess and she has outstanding customer service skills. We will always be frequent customers here because of the food, hospitality and good vibes. Looking for a new Breakfast brunch place? My husband insisted on taking our family to a new place to eat on Sunday. I told him he had to pick. When he first mentioned it, I was pretty hesitant. Walking in, it's in a strip mall which make me a bit nervous, however, the staff was hustling and moving tables quickly. We were seated as soon as we walked in, and our server, was extremely kind and patient since it was our first time. My kids ordered the MM buttermilk pancakes, but they tasted like cake batter. For picky kid eaters, I encourage them to try this! We ordered a side of fruit and bacon- my daughter commented on the crispy bacon and the delicious pancakes. My husband the skillet and I grabbed the spinach Benedict which was super tasty. We always order a side of biscuits and gravy, bc breakfast isn't complete without them. This is the closest replica to southern gravy that my grandmother used to make! I don't think there is a liquor license which would be lovely, but the food will still bring me back! He had eaten at a different location before and highly recommended it so I figured I would give it a try although I am typically not a huge breakfast person. It was a Sunday morning so the place was packed but we were surprisingly seated within 5 minutes - I was very impressed by this! We each ordered a coffee, an order of pancakes, and a side of bacon. Everything on the menu was reasonably priced so we were surprised to see on our final check that the sides of bacon were each about $4 for 4 slices... we didn't complain due to the price of everything else but we found it to be a bit odd. Additionally, I was surprised that my chocolate chip pancakes didn't actually have chocolate chips in their batter but rather the chocolate chips were just sprinkled on top. Nevertheless, our waitress was very nice and the service was great. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The gravy was very runny, and barely any there for biscuits and "gravy". I asked for "a little" more gravy and they charged me for a bowl. They offer Mimosa's now, don't do it. It's literally a glass of OJ. I asked if it was a 4 or 6 oz pour and they didn't even know and I was talking to a manager at that point.
