We recently spent several days in Swampscott on a family vacation. While out for a walk we noticed everyone lined up for Lincoln's Landing. My parents absolutely love breakfast and we decided to give it a try. The Blueberry French toast was delicious. My dad had eggs and bacon and my mom had the pancakes. Hands down one of the best breakfast spots around. The breakfast sandwich on a perfectly flaky croissant was outstanding, paired with some of the best home fries I have ever encountered, crispy, well-seasoned, and clearly made with care. The homemade muffin was exceptional (the kind you remember), and the sausage links deserve special mention, rich, flavorful, and cooked just right. The food is very good. The restaurant is crowded and a bit loud. It has been around for decades now, has reliable, consistent, good food, and because it is a popular place, you often have to wait for a table. My friend got a breakfast sandwich and I got the turkey which is roasted in-house, bacon, cheddar on sourdough panini. So good. I would get exact same thing again. Sammie was big, took half home. Idk water's name, but she was fabulous. Iced decaf was good but not on par with coffee places. I gave 4 stars because it is so crowded and loud and busy that not optimum. This was perfect for a great breakfast/brunch. The servers were kind and made suggestions based on preferences expressed. The environment is very welcoming. The iced coffee flavors are brewed so it wasn't too sweet. They have plenty of options for coffee and tea. first time coming in to Lincoln's landing, we sat at a 3 seater bar area and enjoyed having conversations with our two kind waitresses, the chefs were also friendly. they made recommendations on what food to order, including the famous pancakes! we opted for the Washington combo which included french toast, eggs, your choice of protein and home fries. They allowed us to get eggs Benedict with the combo and add fresh fruit to our French toast. Coffee was also great and they offered almond milk! What a win. The vibe and ambiance was homey, perfect for a calm breakfast experience. My sister and i will be back and bringing friends! Once again, amazed by my most recent experience. Staff as always is friendly and helpful. Arriving on Saturday around 12, most of the tables were available. We ordered family style again trying their onion rings which hit the spot I didn't even know I needed to itch. For subs we had their steak bomb and chicken kabob, both of which were delicious and fulfilling. I didn't try their western burger but it had those beautiful onion rings on it so must have been good. Wrapping up our meals we have the Belgian waffle with fruit, Nutella stuffed French toast, and the strawberry cheesecake pancakes because we just didn't get enough last time. We are new to the area and thrilled to have found our new regular breakfast spot after trying out a few "just okay" places. The inside tables were all full when we went - always a good sign, but it was Memorial Day Weekend, so a crowd was to be expected especially given the ideal location. We were happy to eat outside despite a bit of a chill in the air so we managed to nab a table without any waiting, but had the weather been nicer I imagine we would not have been so lucky. I ordered a Belgian with Nutella and fruit - it was large and I could finish about half but I would have liked to keep eating as it was pretty fantastic. My husband ordered a combo (I forget the name) with pancakes, bacon, eggs, hash browns. He enjoyed it to the last bite and cleaned his plate which is a rarity for him. We were not forgotten about despite being one of the only parties eating outside - my husband even got his coffee refilled a couple times without having to ask. This place is a must!! It's a cute little spot along the water and perfect for grabbing breakfast. I stopped here as I drove from Boston to Salem. It was convenient and on the way. They have many different specials that seem to very with the seasons. They had awesome looking pumpkin items for fall! We tried the stuffed French toast, an omelette and the eggs Benedict! The potatoes are the most delicious things ever!!!! You have to order the potatoes! French toast was just okay- I wouldn't order that again. The omelette was good and tasted great. The service was fantastic. My coffee cup was never empty. The cook was fast and she seemed to be working all alone but still got everything out very quickly! This is a must stop spot! read more

This charming little cafe was an easy walk from the Airbnb I rented. The service was fast and attentive. I ordered a simple bacon and eggs with home fries and a blueberry pancake. The order took a while but also, we did come in 45 minutes before closing and it was quite busy. Ever since moving here in 2018, I've been stuck on Reds sandwich shop for breakfast... Their eggs Benedict sauce is too good for words. Found Lincoln Landing randomly, and am now adding them to a weekly rotation between them and Red's. Hollandaise sauce not as good as Red's but love the three eggs on top. Potatoes cooked much better, as Reds always undercook theirs. There's too much salt on everything, but I always take half home, so cook it up again with another egg and chop up the potatoes more, and it's perfect. I wish I could ask them not to use such strong-smelling table wipes. I very much appreciate the clean tables, but the smell from the wipes overpowers everything. If I am seated, and they wipe down the table, I pray to the food gods that the smell dissipates before my food comes. Otherwise, all I smell and taste is ammonia. Service is fast and friendly, portions are great and prices reasonable! read more
