A simple conversation or asking if I was okay with letting her go first would have gone a long way. This wasn't the first time something like this had happened, but it was the first time I spoke up. I let the staff know I didn't think it was fair and decided to leave. For me, it wasn't about being first--it was about feeling that my time was valued and respected. Good customer service includes clear communication, especially when making exceptions. Unfortunately, I left feeling overlooked, so I've decided to take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing. My sister and I scheduled two pedicures for 3/12 at 6:00 PM the day before. When we arrived on time, the staff said they had no record of our appointment and had to call the owner. After the call, we were told only one appointment had been scheduled, even though I clearly booked two pedicures. They eventually agreed to take both of us, but the staff's attitude made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. The technician Sara helping my sister seemed rushed the entire time, didn't properly cut her cuticles, and even left her sitting with wax on her feet for about 30 minutes to assist a walk-in client. Unfortunately, my sister's pedicure wasn't completed properly, which was very disappointing considering we had scheduled our appointment in advance and arrived on time. As a loyal customer, this experience was frustrating and not what I had come to expect from this business. Sadly, it will likely be our last visit. Also, if the staff is preparing to leave by 6:00 PM, it would be helpful for the business hours to reflect that instead of listing the closing time as 7:30 PM.

The second time I went, I was done by Cassandra. She was nice but a little rough. She ended up cutting me two times and after 1.5 weeks lately it's finally not swollen. She also kept talking about how bad my nails done were before coming, I know they were bad that's why I was coming here. For the price I paid, they only lasted 8 days, when usually they last 4-5 weeks. One of my hands has already started chipping on 3 of the nails.
