I went to 4 Wheel Parts in Moore to see if there was even a slight chance that they could get me what I needed. It took the first dude about 15 seconds to find and order exactly what I needed from their distributor. He called me a couple of days later to let me know that I was good to go. I get the the brackets home and there is no hardware anywhere (not 4WP fault, it shipped straight from the manufacturer) so I called them up and let them know. Dude on the phone was like "We got you, bro" and just ordered another set, just like that. He called me 20 hours later to let me know they'd arrived. I go in this morning to grab the new box and the guy (different) says "Hey, let's save you a minute and make sure that you're getting what you need." He busts open the new box and, lo and behold, no hardware! (Again, this is from the manufacturer!) I was obviously disappointed, because I'd just paid $180 for these brackets, and I wasn't going to cry over $15 in hardware especially because it wasn't these folks' fault, but old boy wasn't having it. He read through the parts manifest in the box, went out to their shop and literally brought back, piece for piece, all of the hardware that was missing from the shipments and put it in my box. 4WP isn't the low cost leader by any stretch, but this kind of service is absolutely the reason that I'll use them just about any chance I get. They're just stupid smart when it comes to this stuff, they're friendly, and I promise you this dude didn't get paid extra to make sure I left feeling good about our transaction, but he sure as heII went out of his way, working on a Saturday, to make sure that I was able to complete my tasks without anymore setbacks. The fact that the damage could easily have happened in their parking lot before they pulled it into the bay the first time doesn't seem to matter. I had just had paint work done of this car and brought the car directly to Fast Lap from the paint shop. The damage was not there when I left the car at Fast Lap. It definitely happened at Fast Lap. Their automated system kicked in right away with a confirmation text, followed by another message the next morning with an "I'm on my way" link. When I arrived, I checked in through the text--super easy. From there, the whole process was seamless. I even received a notification when my car was ready. The rotation and balance were free since I purchased the tires last year--always a plus. I also had them replace my wipers while I was there since they were due. Overall, I'm very satisfied with how everything was handled. Yes, there might be a short wait upfront, but it's because they're focused on taking care of each customer properly. We had a trip planned for the weekend, so the timing mattered. We dropped the car off right when MM opened. Later that morning, we received a call raising concerns about a possible severe oil leak. That alarmed us, especially since we had just had an oil change the week prior. We were also told that the technician didn't see any grease indicating a CV axle issue. I expected a follow-up call with more detail. When the representative called back, I asked about the oil situation. He said the leak didn't appear to be significant after all, but if I wanted to get a more complete diagnosis, I'd need to bring the car back another time. That was frustrating, especially since it contradicted the earlier statement that it might be a serious issue, and it implied another visit and additional cost. During that same call, I was told they hadn't yet driven the car. Once they finally did, the technician confirmed the car was shaking, just as I had originally described. We needed the car that weekend, so I reluctantly agreed to move forward. When we picked up the car, my wife asked about the price increase. The same gentleman told her she "should've talked to [her] husband before coming in," which was not only dismissive but highly disrespectful. I was shocked by the condescending tone, and it only reinforced my frustration. Years ago, I had positive experiences with Metric Motors. At that time, their professionalism and work quality were excellent. However, it's been about five years since I last visited, and based on this encounter, it's clear things have changed, perhaps due to new ownership or management, as I've seen mentioned in other reviews.
