Delicious American Chinese food! Had to go with the classic general tsos, lunch special. Did not disappoint one bit! Super good sauce and crispy fresh dark meat chicken. The fried rice pretty good and the wonton soup good not great. The restaurant itself is a bit dated, but surprisingly has a robot server, pretty cool touch. Definitely getting lunch at this spot a couple hundred times more

Great spot! They had many tasty items to choose on the menu, including sushi. I ordered the beef and broccoli and hot and sour soup. I was very satisfied with both dishes. They were even brought us by a robot cat! I will be back and lab on trying the sushi and other menu items.

My wife and I and a group of other people had an outstanding experience here tonight. The servers were very professional and attentive, and there is even a robot assistant, who helps bring items out. Our food was delicious and the wonton soup was exceptionally good, much better than what one normally expects, with a fuller and richer taste. I had the triple delight. Other people in our group had a wide variety of items, both Chinese and Thai, and some vegetarian options, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. I would definitely like to come back to this place.

Power went out as I was prepping dinner so we had to order in. Have heard good things about Lin's and don't like many of the other Asian food options nearby, so we decided to give it a try. It was pretty good! I had chicken and broccoli. The broccoli was awesome! Huge pieces and cooked perfectly. The brown sauce was yummy. I also really enjoyed the spring rolls. Hubby had the crispy steak and said it was pretty good. That's a big compliment coming from him. He really like the sauce that came with. He also said the crab Rangoon was good. Overall I give 4 stars for delivery of Asian food from Lin's. This will be our go-to for Chinese delivery in the Hull street/Moseley area!

Pros- Food came out fast. Service wasn't bad. Looks pretty clean. Food had wayyyy too much sauce and I'm the type of person who loves sauce but that way too much. Rice wasn't bad. Honey chicken was kinda nasty. The worst chips and sauce I ever had. Dr pepper was flat and didn't have a good selection of drinks to choose from.

Chicken Panang Curry .... where is the sauce??

Guy's what happened? We have ordered form here for 2 years with no issues. Tonight was the worst ever. Every time I've ordered the Panama curry prior to tonite I ask them to not make it spicy. And every time it came full of the amazing sauce and mild heat. Tonight ai ordered the same way, and I barely got any sauce. And it was so bland, watered down, no flavor. We ordered the Thai spring rolls too, I took a bite and spit it out. It tasted like mold. I had to throw the peanut sauce and some of the garlic sauce from my husbands meal into my meal to get any flavor at all.

Thank you Chef for us this after we ate. Thanks!

We have eaten from this place in the form of Take-Out several times and like it so one night we decided to eat in. We enjoy the bountiful menu selection. They are several choices from different types of food. 1) Place was clean and dark (dim: needs more light). It is no very well lit. I do t lien eating in such a dark dark (very dim) environment. 2) Waitress was friendly and attentive. She was very attentive until she was told by her bosses to go out side to unload supplies from car or truck. After that we never saw her again. Not her fault. I don't think they really considered that they had customers. 3) Food was good. My meals was good, lemon grass (Tom Yon Goon) soup was good, sushi was also good. Again, I did not like that it was so dim... a bit more light on the tables would be better. Maybe it was the color of the light bulbs used. Need white light so we can better see what we are eating. Overall we like this place and will continue to order take-out but will not be eating in inside their restaurant any time soon. Again, their food is good so we will continue to order take-out. Please give them a try and judge for yourself.

Bland, unfavorable food. I recommend looking elsewhere if you're seeking decent Chine and/or Thai cuisine.

It's ok, nice for variety. They deliver pretty far away. Sushi is ok, Chinese is ok, thai is ok. Nothing amazing but it will definitely do.

Delicious roll was great but everything else we tried (shrimp pad Thai, scallop hand roll, fried dumpling and crab Rangoon) were mediocre.

First, I want to shoutout the incredibly sweet server I get here each time. I don't know her name, but this spot feels family owned and she is always beyond sweet and attentive. There is a lot of free parking out front and near this spot. It's in a sort of strip mall and can be a little confusing to get to, but if you follow your GPS it should be fine. Dining in or takeout are both great options here. You get your food quickly either way. I love their signature purple rice that comes with the sushi here. I also adore their nigiri choices. On my first visit years ago, I got a very yummy dragon roll. On my last few visits, I've enjoyed their avo salmon roll, white tuna nigiri, scallop nigiri, and miso soup. Their fish is fresh and delicious here. I highly recommend getting sushi here.

I ordered the steak hibachi, and while it was okay, the steak was a bit more overcooked than I would have preferred. The gyoza was definitely the best thing we had for lunch. The location itself was really cute, and I liked the vibe and ambiance. However, it was suuuper hot inside the building, which made it a little uncomfortable to sit and eat, especially while eating hot hibachi. The service was fine for the most part, but there was one interaction that felt a little awkward. Since we didn't finish all of our food, one of the staff members asked if we liked it. We told her yes, but she made a face, looked down at our plates, said "hmm," and then took them away. It was a small interaction, but it definitely felt a little strange and left us wondering if she didn't believe us lol. Nothing about the experience was necessarily bad, but between the overcooked steak, how hot it was inside, and the slightly awkward interaction, it landed right around a 3/5 for me. Cute spot, decent portions, and really good gyoza, but there's definitely some room for improvement.

We had a very underwhelming, near disappointing, visit to Bluefish Grill several years ago and was…read morerecommended to give it a try again recently. Definitely wanted to go in with a clean slate, knowing how many things for a restaurant can change in three or four years. I have to downgrade to one star though based on this week's dinner. I really don't see where there's a quality of food, flavor, friendly service or atmosphere that doesn't register as a fail. We were dining with a few other families (the place holds about 8 or so tables max) and another guy I could tell totally loves this place - it's an understatement to say that I don't get it. I really don't. I honestly feel like Gordon Ramsey's "Kitchen Nightmares" needs to go in and explain to them everything they doing wrong - because where do you start... Everything we ordered was overcooked, or cooked incorrectly and was not delicious, much less impressive. Let's be specific - the fried calamari was heavily battered and over cooked, the octopus balls were overcooked on the outside and offered an overly hot unidentifiable soup on the inside, and the fish & chips were basically two overcooked large triangles of thin fish and thick breading so the experience was a crunchy, dry thin processed piece of fried something that, whether visibly or by flavor, had no real indication there was fish present inside the deep fried breaded triangle. Service is beyond blah, it's indifferent. I dont mind the small dive atmosphere whatsoever, but at that point there's actually nothing I can point out of pleasure, value or reward for going here. What a place. Not a single smile, no warm greeting or any sentiment that anyone's glad you're there. No time for you. Just tell me what you want. Despite being a tiny place it does not guarantee your table might be walked by a dozen times while youre obviously ready and waiting to order. It always strikes me when a place is slow to serve you or give you proper attention but quick to bring you your check. I'm glad some people like it enough to keep it in business, but I don't get it. All I see is room for improvement , by which I mean needs for improvement - everywhere. I wish I took pictures of our meal but I didn't want to denigrate or erode the time we were having with a friend of ours. Taking pics of this food would have been too obvious and I really wanted to focus on enjoying our company regardless of the fact that I'm definitely going out again tomorrow night to reset my palate and have a total do-over. *Update, we did head over to The Flying Pig the next night where we can always count on having a high-quality friendly experience - and great good. The next day was Saturday and we went for dinner at Penny Lane Pub, again where we could count on a delicious meal and a welcoming, friendly environment. At that point I had mostly forgotten the regret I had held over from the second and final time we'll ever give Bluefish Grill a shot. The owner's attitude, of saying "then why do you come back", rather than being curious about what they could do better tells it all. An owner who stubbornly asserts everything's perfect, it's the customer who's the problem I've seen before - and in the long term it doesn't bode well for the business.
