I've had a lot of mapo tofu, theirs is so flavorful and delicious! The hot pepper chicken was also so good! Lin's Club opened not too long ago and we're already smitten for their spicy dishes. If you can't take the heat, Lin's Club probably isn't your cup of tea. I 've tried the following: Beef noodle soup - The non-spicy version is pretty bland. The spicy version is so much better! Spicy potato hot pot - you much try this fish! It comes with some cauliflower, quail eggs, and lotus root too. It's super tasty and remember to order a side of rice to accompany it. Beef hot pot - we tried this dish as a to go order and it wasn't as great as the spicy potato hot pot. Maybe it's better when you dine in? Shredded tofu with pork - this hot dish is pretty tasty and although it's not a spicy dish, it's a generous helping. Green beans - you can't go wrong with the green beans. There is a hidden kick of sliced green peppers that are cut kind of like green bell peppers. Surprise! Stinky tofu - this was the only dish that was disappointing. It was small and wasn't very stinky. I wouldn't get it again. Overall, all of their dish are fresh and can be eaten family style. They are just working out the kinks, but can definitely improve on efficiency. Was browsing through what to eat on Yelp and I stumbled upon this spot! There's ALOT of good reviews on this place and the pics of the food looked pretty good! A lot of customers that get food here are locals too and they keep coming back so I needed to try this place out! I did a phone order and ordered the hot pepper chicken, spicy beef pot and the cumin beef noodles. There were so many popular dishes that I couldn't decided what to get! It literally took me 15 minutes to decide on those three dishes. When I ordered through the phone, they told me that they'd call me back to let me know when the food was ready because they were quite busy. I ended up waiting like 30 minutes for the food and when I got there, there were quite a few customers there already. Onto the food....OMG! The hot pepper chicken was DEFINITELY what others say on Yelp. IT'S BOMB.COM! It's like Taiwanese popcorn chicken cause it's fried but it's DIFFERENT than popcorn chicken if you know what I mean. If you've had chicharrones before, this is like chicharrones but chicken! SUPER CRISPY AND CRUNCHY! VERY well flavored too and I love that they mixed in chili's too! The cumin beef noodles were AMAZING too! The noodles were chewy and the sauce had the Szechuan spice that was spicy and numbing but was ADDICTING! And the spicy beef pot was just UGHH HEAVEN! Mostly for take out, they are fast...it took about 8 minutes for my order to be cooked. I ordered two dishes to go. They taste made me smack my lips and I ate so fast. Lin's exceeded my expectations. If you like spicy, this is the place to go. I got N10 chengdu hot pot beef noodle, which is similar to Taiwan beef noodle soup with a spicy clear broth but has thin slices of beef similar to pho. Spice level 6 out of 10. 2nd item ordered is the House Spicy Pot with beef D28, which is a dry dish eaten with white rice. The flavors are spicy, but complex. It contains beef diced like large chunks of filet mignon, quail eggs, lotus, pan fried potato wedges, fish cake, spam, okra (I think it's not jalapeño cuz it wasn't that spicy), onions. One of my favorite local spots to pick up good Szechuan food! The prices are competitive, the portions are generous, and the food is delicious. I wouldn't want to change a thing. My typical dishes include the Hot Pepper Chicken - $9.99 - perfectly battered chicken with a mild taste of spice. Pieces of the meat isn't as large as other places, but I am not going to complain for the price. Spicy Beef Pot - $12.99 - has a great combination of beef, cauliflower, lotus roots, and potato. The flavor is on point and you can taste it with each bite. Beef Pan Fried Noodle - $8.99 - very flavorful dish and meet is very tender. 4 Item Cold Plate Combo - $12.50 - variety of meat in one dish and all very good. There are other dishes, but these are my top recommendations. I have yet to take a bite of something really spicy, but I usually ask for their sauce so I can dip for that extra spice. Due to the covid, I have only picked up items to-go so my interactions with them have been through placing orders on the phone or placing them when I arrive in person. I come here at least twice a month since it first opened. It's so good I never even thought of gatekeeping it. My go-tos are the beef dry pot and the sechuan pepper fried chicken, but everything else I've tried so far are just as good. If you don't like numbing spice (mala) then it might not be for you but it doesn't hurt to try. Prices are so affordable and portions are pretty big. They're also open pretty late most days. Excited to try based on coworker's recommendation. She is from Szechuan province and gave a thumbs up. Ordered hot pepper chicken which I have also experienced as spicy dry fried chicken on other menus. Chicken is well seasoned and stir fried with red chili and Szechuan peppercorn known in English as prickly ash peppercorn. This unique flavoring is distinctive and provides a gentle numbing sensation. Chicken is small pieces similar to popcorn chicken. Packaging was well done for delivery. GET THE HOT SPICY CHICKEN!!! We often get cravings for it. It's popcorn chicken cooked with dried szechuan peppers that numb your mouth and makes your tongue and lips really spicy. A cute little restaurant that serves authentic Chinese food. It's located in the good fortune supermarket plaza and is quite small. We ordered the chili oil chicken, black pepper beef, and sweet and sour pork spare ribs. Since my bf is a meat lover, this was the perfect place. Everything was made fresh and flavor on point. Most restaurants give generous portion when they just opened up and then the portion gradually decreased as more and more people come... but damn this place has been consistently generous in portion for about at least half a year. This place is run by (I assume) a husband and wife. The wife answers the call, then relay the order to the kitchen. She doesn't speak much English but is very nice. When you place the order, sometimes she'll call you back to tell you when the order's ready. There are about three tables, so it's possible to dine in. I noticed many people come to order takeout. From the outside, I can understand people's skeptism because trust me, I was skeptical too when my folks first took me. It's very small space that would fit maybe 20 people or so and there's not much of a wait or line like ever. But it actually is really good. It has a Szechwan spices so I would say liking that specific spicy taste is a must. My go to is the Stir Fried Beef with Scallion Noodle. It's basic but its great! The noodles give a well balance taste. I also get the spicy beef pot. It's a weird tongue burn type of feeling you can only get with Szechwan spices. I would say 4 stars is fair, just because everytime I go in, there's always something slightly different about the dishes. For instance, I've gotten the scallion noodle and one time they put carrots, sometimes they don't. Not that it's a bad thing, but sometimes, it just lacks consistancy. If you call for to-goes, they usually don't give you a pick up time, but call you when your order is about to be ready, so that you can get the food fresh. It is a Szechuan place, but you can ask for anything to be prepared without chili. Their tea duck is really good. I think it's better than that of Jian Nan Spring.
