Other reviews say soup can get pretty spicy, but it's not too bad. This is coming from someone who has a very low spicy tolerance. Noodles are as cheap as $11 straight up with no tax charged. The chicken gizzard and pork intestine noodle soup both comes mild spicy with pickled string beans, matching their hot and sour profile. Their soup is basically a clear bone broth that tastes hearty and matches the toppings well. Once you start adding toppings (especially chili oil, pickled chili, sour pickled mustard, daikon kimchi, and spicy green onions), you change up the dynamics of the whole bowl.
