They told me the inspector would be there between 9AM - 12PM. He was there at 9:01AM. He let me know that my ducts were BUSTED. Like really bad. Gaps everywhere, broken stuff. The "Miami special" he called it. Showed me videos of all the issues to verify what he was saying. Although at first I thought the quote they gave me was a bit on the higher end, after I saw everything they did I've changed my mind and think the quote was honestly very fair. They replaced all the ducts in my attic, hung them (they were lying on the floor before...), replaced all the vents, covered my entire house in plastic, added an air return to a bedroom, picked up all the debris when they were done, and did all that in just like 3-4 hours. Honestly these folks are incredible. Shoutout to Amit. Such a friendly and funny guy. He took the time to explain to me all the issues he was seeing and why they mattered. He was the first one in a line of guys to finally explain that the master bedroom was so hot (5+ degrees hotter than rest of the house) because it didn't have a return. Once they installed that it feels like I have a new house. I've never slept better.

They also cleaned the coils. They had a giant HEPA vacuum that looked like R2D2 from Star Wars and it exhausted out of the house to prevent spread of toxic mold spores. They were professional, on time, used a drop cloth to keep floors clean. They were referred to me by my son who is a licensed mold assessor /inspector. Third, Chris has a "miscellaneous" driver in the field to do tasks that require quick attention. Anthony was given the task and was at my house within 90 minutes! When I started to panic thinking I would have to wait around for another couple hours, I told him I would be there until 2PM and hung up. He called back and SAID HE WAS FIRING ME. He said he didn't appreciate me raising my voice. I could not believe his lack of communication or that after all my careful planning that he would fire me.
