I basically walked in with "celebration vibes" and blind optimism. Ended up grabbing a bottle of Moët Ice Impérial and then needed help with a price adjustment. Despite the store being packed, Emily at checkout was incredibly friendly and helpful. Manager Edwin came over, quickly handled the adjustment, and even knocked a little extra off for the inconvenience. No hassle, no attitude, just genuinely great customer service. It's easy to provide service when things go smoothly. It's more telling how people respond when there is a hiccup. Emily and Edwin made the experience easy and pleasant.
