Last 3 visits here have been just terrible. The people who work at this place just do not give a single f*ck and very much want you to know that. Last night was the final straw. We stopped by to pick up some Thai beer for a post-Christmas social gathering at a friends house. The one and (seemingly) only good thing about this place is they do have a good selection of beers. (-) The cashier NEVER wears a mask. Ever. Not even half assed under the chin. Just no where in sight at all. Right there, zero respect for their customers who might not be comfortable with that or the mask mandate its self. (-) The last 2 cashiers I've seen here come across as almost borderline hostile with their attitudes. Sorry if your life sucks, buddy. Don't take it out on the customers patronizing your business. (-) During last nights visit, the cashier was up at the counter the entire time we shopped. As we approached the counter, he walked over to the cooler and tinkered with who-knows-what while I waited to pay at the counter in some childish little passive aggressive stunt. When he finally came back, the ONLY words he said to us the entire time we were there was "11.91" (the total after tax for the 6 pack of beer I was purchasing). What a sad and miserable person. I had been coming here out of sheer convenience for its location, but after last night I am done with this place. Terrible service. I placed an order for a half keg of modelo last Tuesday the 11th I was told they were going to place the order and it would be ready for me today Wednesday the 19th. Well I call to confirm my keg is ready and the so called manager said he "forgot" to place the keg order but he'd place it today knowing I needed it by no later than Thursday the 20th. So I get upset and ask him if he doesn't remember our conversation from the week prior then he calls me a moron and proceeds to be a terrible manager. Honestly, this place has terrible service even when I went in there on Monday they have somebody working that has no idea what he's doing me going in there on Monday was to verify my keg would be ready. I was assured that my keg would be ready, but it wasn't and then he decided to refuse service to me after he was very rude on the phone telling me he was going to shoot me. read more

Went an bought a birthday gift. Listed price for a bottle of tequila was 51.99. At the register the man rang it up which came to $60. Then he tells me that the price was wrong and said it would be $66. Not going to make a big fuss for 56 dollars but seems shady. Don't come here. read more

I've been coming here for a while. I got wine a few weeks ago and it was bad- I immediately brought it back and was told there's nothing they could do. After spending hundreds of dollars here they wouldn't even replace a bottle of spoiled wine ? Disappointing. I even asked the manager to call me and left my number. This place is right by my home- met the weekend guy's tonight they were great. They have a wonderful selection of wine ! Of course they had other alcohol too. I like the customer service there , I go a lot , for kegs and a ton of good wine and booze. But Robert you closed the store down early, hung up on me and instead of just saying we are closing soon you hung up and when I called back you just said you're closed and hung up. I was literally pulling up tho the parking lot before 12. Maybe just a bad day but I needed 8 bottles of champagne for brunch and some whiskey. They've just opened so some of the liquor aren't labeled but that's fine. They are south of Wigwam along Rainbow next to Dotty's. Medium sized liquor store, clean, and nice selection of craft beers and the rest. The guy that worked there was very friendly and conversational, recommend a good local beer which I picked up. I was distracted at the various beers that I forgot my hards that's I saw when I first came in but I did leave with some good mix of drinks. Prices are pretty reasonable. They have $13.99 case beer specials. AWESOME!!! I'll be back for my hards and more crafts. read more

Horrible customer service. If I can give it "0" stars I would. I usually go to Liquor World off Jones, but was on my way home and decided to check this place out. I saw a customer not wearing a mask. Manager didn't care and said wearing masks were an option and not mandatory. He started to yell profanities at me because I told him that masks were mandatory.I wouldn't trust this store being clean if they cannot even follow mandatory regulations. Manager is a douchebag. Not a very big liquor store but it is very convenient and it has good selection of beers, wines and other alcohols. The prices are just like in any other liquor store, I usually go to Lee's discount liquor and didn't see difference price wise. Friendly guy at the register and also it happened that they were promoting some new vodka so free shots before you leave the store :) I also tried the tequila they were promoting Don Pilar it was very good, not as good as Tres Generaciones but close, will definitely try it. We just wanted to get some good beers.. whatever that means.. and IPA, double, triple IPA means jack to me so I just asked "RED" who was helping us to give us some good suggestions. It's a smaller liquor store so don't drive to fast or you might pass it lol. The staff is real laid back, the store is always fully stocked and clean and they always run special deals. So in the last aisle of the store each week they have special case pack deals and you can usually get a 24pk or a 48 pk of beer or ciders for $7.99-$12.99 which is beyond a killer price. So make sure of your in the area hop on down to the last aisle and see what kind of close out they are offering for that week, you won't be disappointed read more

At any rate, here are my thoughts: This location recently opened and is quickly becoming my favorite wine shop. My girlfriend and I recently stumbled upon this store on Rainbow while driving home and we decided to stop and take a look. Although not as big as other liquor stores in Vegas, this place offers a pretty good selection of wines and spirits at reasonable prices. It is worth mentioning the store clerk/manager Steve is an amazing and courteous gentleman. I am a newbie in the wine scene and he has no issues answering all my questions and making some really good recommendations. Since my first visit, Steve has introduced me to Malbec wine from Argentina, Chenin Blanc, and most recently, a Riesling from Oklahoma (I am yet to taste it)... he has even gone above and beyond in trying to get a wine I am looking for and said he'll talk to his district supervisor to try and get it. What a nice guy! This place is open from 8am to 11:50pm, so if you are in a crunch to get some wine just drop by this place! read more

I love these guys! I went the other night looking for a beer and they didn't have it. I went in about three or four days later and the guy (you know the guy, he's always there) tells me "hey I got that beer you asked about!" as soon as I walked in. And sure enough he had it. I felt super special. Like he ordered it for me. I'm in the service industry and I know the crappy feeling that sets in when someone asks for something you don't have. This awesome store is walking distance from my house and I love it. It is so convenient to go there weather I need to stock up my liquor cabinet or just need something quick. The staff are all really nice and helpful. They are always open and willing to help. I ran out of my favorite wine on Thanksgiving and was sad until I decided to walk over and was so happy to find them open. They have a huge variety of everything and prices are comparable to all the other liquor stores. read more

After always driving by it almost everyday ...they have a ghetto sign on the front door saying they will be back at 7:30 , two hours from when I was at the store .... My father always told me to never show up to a party empty-handed. So, if you are looking for a quick stop to jam in and out for some party supplies this place will suffice. The alcoholic beverages here are decently priced and they have a fairly good selection. They have an entire walk-in refrigerated display that runs the length of the wall which is quite nice to utilize for shopping during a hot summer day. Aside from alcohol, TLO also sells cases of water, loose bags of chips, and sodas. The one thing I would prefer from TLO is if they had actual regular sized shopping carts rather than the mini ones. read more

I pass this location quite a bit on the way home and I never stopped due to thinking the store had already closed. I decided to stop and get out one day and was surprised that it was indeed open! The store has everything you could possibly need and the staff members are really cool and know their stuff. I have been here a total of three times and I consistently have front row parking. I expected that the place would be busier due to its location and in the neighborhood that its located in. The store might be busy yet the times that I have stopped by it is just a couple of customers. Either way...good spirits, wine, beer and staff! read more
