It's always refreshing to see a business redefine what customer service means. Our order had already been paid for, but we were unexpectedly delayed for about two hours because of an emergency. We came back, explained the situation, and asked if there was any way the pizza could be remade. Instead, we were informed that our paid order had been thrown away because someone decided we weren't coming back. The solution? Buy another pizza. It's ironic to advertise "Hot-N-Ready" when the only thing that was ready was to throw away a customer's order and ask them to pay twice. Apparently "paid for" now has an expiration date, and once the timer runs out, your dinner graduates from "customer order" to "employee trash." That's certainly one way to keep inventory moving. The pizza being gone wasn't even the frustrating part. It was watching common sense take the rest of the night off. There wasn't a single attempt to make the situation right, just a shrug and another total on the register. I have to admire the dedication, though. It takes real commitment to turn someone who already paid into someone who somehow owes you more money. That's an impressive business model. If you're looking for a place where customer service is treated like an optional topping, this location has perfected the recipe. Just make sure your schedule goes exactly as planned, because if life happens, apparently your dinner's next stop is the trash can. Thanks for the reminder that "Hot-N-Ready" is just a slogan. I do want to address my experience at the location in Benson, Arizona. Based on what I observed, the appearance and uniform standards did not reflect what I would expect from a properly managed Little Caesars location, and it did not align with standard food service guidelines. It was concerning and honestly reflected poorly on the business overall. They were wearing crocs, booty shorts, and big T-shirts to make it look like as if they were not wearing SHORTS. We've had many good experiences buying pre-prepared pizzas from Little Caesars. Not this time. The pizza was dry; tasted old. Must have been sitting for many hours. Also scant on cheese. This cross-sectional study identified both pathogenic and nonpathogenic bacteria on cell phones of 105 medical students at King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, using standard microbiological methods. Out of 105 cell phones screened, 101 (96.2%) were contaminated with bacteria. Coagulase-negative staphylococci were the most abundant isolates (68%). Seventeen (16.2%) cell phones were found to harbor Staphylococcus aureus. Gram-positive bacilli were isolated from 20 (19%) samples. Viridans streptococci and Pantoea species were also isolated but at lower levels. Our findings indicate that cell phones can act as reservoirs of both pathogenic and nonpathogenic organisms. The pizza is OK but the customer service is seriously lacking. I went there for a stuff crust pizza and the guy behind the counter said they had the stuff crust but he flat Louie fuse to make anything but a meatball pizza with it. I explained to this unreasonable and confused young man that I've been to multiple little Caesars and I've always been able to get whatever toppings I want on a stuffed crust pizza. Still he flatly refused. I don't know if this is a training issue or just plain laziness but I will not be returning to this location. read more

Make sure you check your pizza before you leave!! I went in to the store and ordered 2 pizzas. It took nearly 25 minutes to get it and imagine my surprise when I got home and it was wrong. I ordered a supreme thin crust and I got a thin crust black olive and mushroom. Seriously, how do you make a mistake like that?? The pizza is OK. Don't bother trying to call them. When it gets busy they take the phone off the hook. Little Caesars app isn't much better I've only been successful in ordering a pizza a few times through the app. On a busy night be prepared to wait about 15 to 20 minutes for your pizza to be done. We were a little skeptical to go here after reading the reviews. Ok the staff is rude,But nobody said anything bad about the pizza and it was so convenient for us we decided to try it. So this is a popular place in this little town. I can understand why. It's basically a 5-7 minute drive depending on where you live and the pizza is ready. My experience wasn't bad like the other reviews and I'm actually pleased in how it went. I went in about a hour and a half before they closed and there were no pizzas made. This was probably a good thing because my pizzas were made fresh. The young guy was sweet and helpful. I ordered the crazy combo and there was one order of breadsticks already ready. He didn't want to give me those because they were old. He made me new ones. Props to him for being nice and being honest. When I got my pizzas which was actually quick they looked better than Phx and Cal stores. They even tasted better. Been in here a couple of times. First ......if you want a pizza without calling in.....plan on waiting for at least 30 minutes. Little Ceasers advertises pepperoni and cheese pizzas always ready waiting for you......yea right, not here. They have only 2 chairs for people who are waiting. On any given night....football bleachers would be appropriate. On a Friday night I counted 12 people waiting......a couple of people had enough time together.....I think he proposed. On my last visit....the amount of complaining about the heat in the kitchen was a little over the top. As the old saying goes, get out or get to doing........ It is safe to say that neither seems to be happening. I have literally eaten at little ceasers in 10 different states......this is hands down the worst. I have been in the food business for 35 years. I am quite familiar with these complaints I am reading. I am going to say this on behalf of this store/restaurant. We have gone different times during the day and evening. We have ordered by phone and/or just pooped in. I have never had to wait over 15 minutes. The pizzas that are ready made, walk in, pay and leave. One time I had to wait because they sold out before I got there and were already in oven and waited no more than five minutes. Understand they probably can't keep up with big city Little Caesar's. But they do advertise "Hot and ready" and they dont usually have much that is ready to go.
