Having the ability to place an order on a specific app like Little Caesars makes it really convenient for everyone. Recently I placed an order for my food and the wait was typical (~25 minutes). I arrived at the designated pickup time the online app prompted me when it will be ready. Little Caesars was empty and I was helped after 2 minutes of waiting. - remember... nobody but me in the store. I then showed the app receipt with the order number. The person then said that he's gonna check up on my order. It's been 20 minutes... I haven't said anything but I did not get any confirmation on how long I needed to wait on top of what I have already waited post placement of my phone app order. With a fast food establishment having 5 workers on shift, I do expect an online order to be ready via the app time. On another note, when does Little Caesars dice their onions instead of thinly sliced? The staff is not the nicest, quite rude and minimal to non-existent customer service. Our lil family LOVES Little Caesars Thursday pizza night! Soooo happy there's a location in Kaneohe. I would HIGHLY recommend if you want to order, 1) Check their webpage for any promo codes (I've gotten free 2L of soda, $1 off cookies, etc...) and then 2) order via the Little Caesars app. I give it about 30-45 minutes because they usually take about that long. Also, take into consideration there will be a line to wait in. Due to COVID, I believe they only allow one party in at a time. The pizza is great. Yummy as can be. Not sure if it's the nostalgia or what, but we enjoy this pizza more than the nearby options (Papa Murphy's, Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, etc...). We usually get the Slices & Stix (which comes with Crazy Sauce), it's only $9! Also, we love the ExtraMostBestest Stuffed Crust Pepperoni which is only $10.99. You can't really beat the prices. Now...onto the customer service. (Insert sad face) It is not good. When you say that these people seem to really hate their job. The workers at the Kaneohe location, REALLY seem to dislike their job. I don't think we've come across any friendly workers or anyone that seemed to remotely want to offer decent customer service. So, just, beware. All in all, we cannot complain because we use the app to order and aren't kept waiting much at all. The app will notify when me when our pizza is ready so that is very helpful. Meh... mediocre pizza and a long wait... maybe it was the covid but maybe not. If your wanting some pizza while in the kaneohe area, try a different place. Lines weren't long at all, but the wait time was over an hour. The pizza was ok. Nothing special but it did fulfill its purpose. Omg...I did an online order when I left Waipio Costco around 610pm... it's 655pm and they don't have my two pizzas ready. My online confirmation said between 632 and 637pm. The cashier, not very apologetic. They have alot of pizzas sitting in the warmer and a lot of customers waiting. You can see lots of staff in the back but they're talking. This isn't the first time that I've had to wait for my pizzas and why do I return? The price and taste... but the customer service is terrible. I've heard this from friends as well. Another thing that was upsetting with COVID is mask wearing. I could see some of the staff in the back with masks on their chin...a pet peeve of mine. If that's the case might as not wear it. After finally getting my pizzas, the cashier said sorry but to me it feels empty as they don't seem to care that I waited more than 30 minutes longer than I was told. Not only did I walk in at 6:30 PM on a Saturday night to two people waiting for pizza in the shop, I walked in assuming those peoples pizza were coming out soon. I was wrong. They waited roughly 20+ minutes for their orders. The cashier promised me A FEW MINUTES on an order of two hot and ready pizzas + breadsticks. I waited 25+ minutes for this WHILE kitchen staff failed to keep up with orders because they were talking, joking around in the back, which I can SEE. People who came in AFTER me got served BEFORE me. NO communication on my order. Already wrote a review on the website stating my complaints about lack of professionalism and lack of people skills. DISAPPOINTED. Order your pizza online or over the phone because those orders clearly took priority over mines tonight as I watched 15 of those orders come BEFORE mines. Honestly such good deals but the service is subpar. The guys working are nice but pretty unprofessional. We ordered a pizza and 2 orders of stuffed cheesy bread. We were told it would take 15-20 min. so we came back after 15 min. We could see our order in the heater but waited our turn to ask for it because there was a customer ahead of us. The same cashier that took our order was helping a customer who ordered 3 orders of stuffed cheesy bread. The cashier then gave her the 2 stuffed cheesy breads that were for our order and then told us that our order wasn't ready because "we're just waiting on your stuffed cheesy bread." Convenient, fast, tasty and cheap! Located in Windward City Shopping Center, open every day. I came in tonight not realizing they close in like 5 minutes (9pm) and I was still greeted nicely by the cashier named Hunter who was friendly, professional and wasn't bothered by the fact that I was there so late. I definitely didn't mean to be that person but I was and he still accepted my order with no hesitation along with 2 other customers after me. I love love love their breadsticks!!! We also ordered a deep dish pepperoni pizza which I like as well but the sauce is a little strong and gives me bad heartburn....but I still eat it lol. So while the food here is exactly what you expect from a Little Caesars there are some issues that need addressing. On busy night there needs to be something done about how the line and crowds are handled. Having people order and wait inside stops people whose orders are already done from coming in and picking them up. There needs to be a system so that everyone is not waiting in the same line. I was so happy that Little Caesars opened in Kaneohe. I figured we wouldn't have any after all the K-Marts closed. The hot and fresh items mostly weren't readily available, so I'd recommend a call ahead order, but I only waited maybe 8 minutes for my pizza to be ready. I will NOT spend my hard earned money at an establishment that does not care about its customers! Purchased 30.00 worth of pizza, chicken, and drinks. I could not carry them to my car so I asked for a bag or box or something that will assist me. Mason, the boy who stood at the counter...was so freaking helpful - NOT-....looked under the counter and said there is nothing to give me to help me carry out my food. Little ceasars is supposed to be that go to pizza place where you get your pizzas simply and "Hot n Ready". This last trip, thanks to Craig L was neither. Craig got my order wrong ( I ordered an extra most bestest with cheese bread and a drink and he gave me an extra most bestest with an order of crazy bread) when I tried to explain that to him he, instead of fixing the wrongly placed order, just charged me for another order of cheese bread, so I paid more than I should have, and didnt even apologize. Then when the pizza was ready he attempted to give the pizza and crazy bread and say it was my order. On top of that he reluctantly corrected my order when I pointed out he was wrong and even showed him the receipt, still no apology. They werent even busy and only had one customer ahead of me. I rarely make a review but I'm tired of the awful customer service and waiting for our food way beyond our pickup time. This location is so disorganized it's comical yet extremely frustrating. We usually order here at least once a week for movie night with the kids. There is no organization on where to wait in line. There should be an online order pickup and another line for someone who needs to order their food. Their pickup warmer never works or else that would be an easy thing to do. Multiple times I was inside waiting for my online order of just a cheese bread for my kiddos. It was already 20 mins past my pickup time and I watched the employee give someone else my food that just walked in. I looked at the employee and said you know that one is mine and he just shrugged and walked away. They said it would be another 20 mins for another order. I immediately asked for a refund after wasting 40 mins of my time! It's pure chaos and disorganization in this store. And we still have to deal with it because our kids love their food. Ugh. Tonight we had a pickup of 6:15pm. We ordered at 5:45pm thinking 30 mins would be enough time. Nope! We didn't get our order till 6:50pm. And even then we had to beg them to give us one of the orders of cheese bread because they were going to give it away AGAIN to someone who just recently walked in. The employees need to find a good way to organize the food and who it belongs to. And organize the pickup/ordering lines. It's not rocket science. You just need good organization. I did a mobile order, just under $80. It took 15 minutes past the time to be ready. That's ok knowing it gets busy and possibly short staffed. When order was ready I couldn't use portal had to wait for three customers before I could get my order. I presented the order to the cashier Maya. She went to look for it came back said it wasn't ready yet. There was one pizza that had to finish. I watched as they took The already finished pizza from the side and put back in the oven and came out like the picture, over cooked. (Side note)The person in back at the oven, I am assuming is the Manager or lead since she had to use her finger for the reg. She is a loud foul mouth person. No customer service skills or employee skill. The entire crew in back was very unprofessional, by the way it is this way everytime I go in. Maya finally came with my order put it on the counter and walked away. No thank you, this is your order, is it all there. Didn't let me know if I could get my soda after I put the pizza in the car I waited for her to come back she was walking around the back having a drink. I finally walked out put my pizza in the car came back grab 3 bottle of soda and walked out. When I got home and open the boxes the deep dish they put back in the oven was burnt and the new pepperoni pizza that they are pushing was a complete mess as seen in pic. I just ordered online. I was having my daughter pick up the pizza on her way home from a long night of work. She got there and said there was a long line. I told her but I preordered it just go in and give them the confirmation #. She said it wasn't ready and people said they have been waiting for 2 hrs . So she told me to cancel it. Well I'm happy to report that they figured out the issues and worked out the kinks from their Grand Opening. I love the lunch special and everytime I am on the windward side between 11-2, it's a guaranteed lunch for me. The pizza is always cooked perfectly and the service had improved tremendously.
