I love the pizza. I chose to come here between the hours of 4pm and 8pm because I don't have time to wait. They had no pizzas ready. They said it would be about 8 min to wait. I have a 2 year old I needed to get home right away but decided to wait anyway. I went to Ross and spent 10 to 12 min in the store and walked back. Then I was told my pizza was not put in yet and that I had to wait another 8 min. The whole reason I come here is took walk in and get a "hot and ready" pizza. I dont understand what went on, why the were no pizzas ready and the was only one person waiting in front of me. I'm not one to complain but I feel like I just wasted my time and money. When this location first opened a couple years ago, the service and pizzas were excellent. Today, there is no customer service. There's never anyone at the register and if you order online, there's a 50-50 chance that your order won't get started until your pickup time. If you discover a problem with your order, forget calling because no one picks up the phone and their voicemail is full. The last time I picked up pizza from there, they gave me the wrong order- pepperoni instead of an ultimate supreme. Tonight I thought I'd give the place one more try. When I got home and opened the pizza box, I found pizza that wasn't sliced and only partially cooked! I love that this store is closer than the other stores @ 39 minutes away- this is only 27. However they close at 9 pm not 10. Which would be okay, if they closed at 9. But they close at 8:45. You cannot pick up your pizza at 9pm as they're "closed," but you know... you should be able to pick your pizza up at 9pm. Closing doesn't mean you leave at 9pm it means you begin to close your doors. You don't close the doors at 8:45 pm so you can leave at 9. Anyways it ruined my evening based on the fact that I could t pick it up at 9. And I'm not driving 40 minutes to Ewa so that sucks.... read more

The bet that the company made for the college basketball sweet 16 seat upset was the perfect reason to leave my food bougie card at home. Worst pizza on the planet. Absolutely disgusting and not edible. None of us could eat it. Zero stars. They use some disgusting liquid cheese that was vile. We had to throw it out. The front counter service was incredibly UNfriendly to the point of being almost hostile as well. The staff was not very aware, when I stepped through the door no one greeted me or could help me at the register. I had to call someone up front to help me. Everyone was chatting in the back. The guy was apologetic and nice. But then had to ring me up 2x because he got my order wrong... as they got my pizza ready, they did ask if i needed help out to my car, however they did run out napkins... they have good pizza, just wish the service was a bit better, a bit slow as I was the only customer... My kids love the pretzel crust and I like the dipping sauces and the price. It's a great deal for an easy and convenient meal. There is opportunity to improve the service but I would suggest that you be patient, kind and understanding. This is a new business and its employees are learning as they go. VERY POOR customer service. No sense of direction from the staff. Customers are waiting outside due to having only a capacity of 5 people which I understand being in a pandemic. When inside you don't get greeted or acknowledge at all, and when the worker in the front finally acknowledges you he just asked for your name. He then walks in the back looking for my order and comes back saying that their is 37 orders so I asked where am I in that 37. His response was that he doesn't know. THAT IS NOT AN ANSWER. I ask for a refund then he mumbles telling me to do online. I show him my app and telling him I'm not able to cancel the order. He walks away then doesn't come back out. Customers waiting inside are all getting upset due to NO SENSE OF DIRECTION. Very sad and terrible customers service. Other customers waiting was getting the same response saying we're in the 37 orders and that he doesn't know. The thing that got me the most upset that is that he has the nerve to say to me that other people are waiting. I'm not asking about other people I can clearly see that they have people standing around not getting helped. Get it together Kaneohe Little Caesar's! Okay, let's be real. It's Little Caesers. You're getting what you pay for in terms of quality. Sure, sometimes the pizza is a little underdone, so for that, I get a little bummed out. Compared to the very few options in the area, it's not a bad takeaway for pizza. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it could be better. Four stars for customer service at this location. Our order was incorrect on two occasions, and we were immediately given the correct order and the staff was very apologetic. On one occasion, they misheard our order, realized it after the fact and we were given our corrected order at no charge. Any less than ideal experience has been met with professionalism and remorse, and we walk away with even more food than anticipated. Want a fresher pizza? Prepare a little and call it in for pickup, even if it's a basic hot n ready, it will be made fresh. If you have concerns with your order, legitimate concerns, just express that to the manager and it will be remedied. Recommend this location! read more

I don't like pizza but Kaneohe Little Caesars was my most favorite to order pizza from. However, the last couple of times that I ordered pizza has not been the same as previous. My fave was the Supreme because it was always cheesy, saucy, & delicious but not so much anymore! The last couple of times that we ordered, the sauce was barely, the cheese not so much and it's just not the pizza I've been obsessed with since opening. So I come here regularly for the bacon wrap pizza which is amazing -depending on who's cooking- my only complaint is that it is nearly impossible to place an order over the phone. The past 3 times I have tried, I called at least 6 times on each occasion, you cannot reach little Caesar's. I asked the cashier at the front this time if their phone even works and she tells me it's been "in use" for the past hour. Your employees should not be using business lines for personal calls which is what I imagine has been happening. Keep your phone lines open so we can actually place orders. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. But this Little Caesars has messed up our order SO MANY times. We usually let it fly. But tonight, we ordered our pizza around 5 pm. They said it was going to be ready at 5:30. My husband was waiting till 6:15 until his order was ready. Meanwhile I got TWO emails from them saying my order was ready and that I can go pick it up. Food is fine. You get what you pay for. But don't expect to get it on time or sometimes at all. There are no systems in this place, sometimes there's a cashier waiting sometimes there isn't. Sometimes you'll find somebody just wondering around behind the counter staring into space. They lay out their receipts like that somehow helps them identify the hordes of people sitting right in front of them. And even when you're the only one there, they don't see it logical to ask about your order. I sometimes see a sign twirler out on the street trying to get people in the door, but why bother, you're just going to make them wait an hour for their pizza! read more

The pizza is good. The service is terrible. They have one guy working in the front. Who i assume is the manager. Really slow. And instead of helping the line of customers in the front. He has four workers in the back. I ordered online at 3:00 PM. Stood in line for 30 minutes. And my order was sitting in the oven the entire time. There were only five people in front of me.
