Times they should be open but aren't and an empty restaurant

Came here for lunch sat outside from 11-12 noon , no one's at the store so I called customer service they said just try back in 20 min I feel as if the hot and ready slogan only applies when the company wants to hire employees who care enough to open on time so others who work are able to find something to eat or find another place to eat. There's a few people out front so it almost looks is if there people getting service and then you realize everyone is waiting to get food from them while they're closed. No service should equal no stars in my opinion.

Supposed to be a cheese pizza?? Looks like someone just picked off the pepperoni.

Worst experience ever. Looked forward to enjoying a cheese deep dish pizza for lunch. What I got was just ridiculous. I got some bread with dried sauce on top, no cheese (the main part), and what looks to be pieces of pepperoni plucked off. They had me wait over 15 minutes for the order, which I would have understood if I received the correct item. Drove back and the employee was unapologetic. After speaking to a manager, I was told that I couldn't get a new pizza to replace my pieces of sad bread. The original employee didn't even mention to their manager what they did (picking pieces of pepperoni off of the pizzonly that "there was a complaint".

This does not look like 100

The pizza was ok. For being little Caesar's it's what I expected. Order the fanceroni pizza which was suppose to have like 100 pieces of pepperoni, well I didn't count them but it sure didn't look like it. If you advertise something at least do as it says. Besides that it was ok, good service.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! "Robert" one of the employees was completely rude and unprofessional!!! I have multiple friends who have said the same thing to me about this specific employee!! Fire him immediately!!

So happy they reopened under new ownership! They have decent pizza at affordable prices. They just opened this past Wednesday and the staff was very friendly but definitely new and still learning so it's important to keep that in mind and be patient with them. I called in my order and it was ready in about 20 mins.

    Pizza Gods TY!

Now let's talk food... the brisket was out of this world! Tender, flavorful, and just the right amount of smokiness. Paired with the coleslaw (so fresh and delicious) and their BBQ sauce that was sweet but not overpowering, the whole combo was dynamite. I even had to snap a "before" pic of the plate--and let's just say the "after" pic didn't survive because it was THAT good! They were out of dessert during our visit, but I'll definitely be back to try that cinnamon and lemon pound cake that customers around us were raving about. Big shoutout to Vi and to Penelope (I believe she was the cook that day) for serving up not just a meal, but an experience. The layout was super cool and very clean. I never knew this place was in Alpine but I found my new barbecue spot. Definitely come and support as they are a hidden gem We'll 100% be back soon--thanks again for the warm hospitality and amazing food!

That level of customer service is hard to find and made the entire experience stress free. The portions were generous, the prices were very reasonable, and every dish was fresh and delicious. The BBQ chicken pizza was the favorite of the day, and everyone kept going back for the Alfredo pasta. The owner's homemade dressing deserves a special mention because it is absolutely incredible and easily one of the best homemade dressings I've ever had. If you're looking for delicious food, outstanding service, and a local family owned business that truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend Janos Pizza. We will definitely be ordering from them again.

The meatballs and sauce are made in house, which is always a big plus in a meatball hero. The meatball hero was only $10.99 plus tax, well priced indeed. The meatball sandwich came nicely toasted from the oven, so the bread had that light exterior crisp and soft warm center. The meatballs had a very good texture and a good flavor. In hindsight, a little more seasoning would have been nice. The sauce was very good, not overly sweet or acidic. A good down the middle. I liked that they put a very good amount of provolone and parmesan cheese on the sandwich. It was one tasty meatball sandwich. The service was very friendly and welcoming. I liked when I inquired about the food, I was given a good run down of the place. There's plenty of parking. There's only one table inside and a few outside the building.
