Rude staff, horrible service and gross pizza. I've been there on two different occasions and had the displeasure of dealing with Makayla. She is extremely rude and condescending. I wouldn't even bother rating a $5 pizza, but I will comment about the "service" here. I called in for two pizzas -pepperoni and sausage on one and pineapple and sausage on the other. Two toppings on each pizza. That's it. The guy on the phone asked me three times before (I thought) he had it right. I called right back because I forgot to order Italian cheese bread. I couldn't remember exactly what it was called, so I asked for Italian cheesy bread. He asked if I meant 'crazy bread'. I said no - I was looking for the bread with Italian spices and cheese. He said they didn't have anything like that, and then he AGAIN asked to confirm my pizza order from my first call. I went to pick up the pizza, and right there on the menu I read 'Italian cheese bread'. I asked how long it would take (10 minutes) and if the pizzas were ready (5 minutes). Then she recited my order - you guessed it - incorrectly. I asked if I could get the cheese bread free because of the errors, and eventually, with much attitude from the cashier, I did finally get the pizzas and the cheese bread. read more

Typically their pizza isn't that bad, however today it was horrible. The "cheese" pizza had no cheese, literally all sauce and a few sprinkles and it was burned on top of that. What a bummer. I don't leave reviews, but I had to! I wanted to order the deep dish and I called to ask the prices and deals and they said they were closed and don't know when they will be open? It was mid day and they were suppose to be open. Today I wanted something quick to eat so I went in for the deep dish that they advertise is always ready.. and said it won't be done till 4 pm. Than I waited and said I'll have a cheese one and they said that's another 15 mins. I got irratated because they are very lazy and have nothing . A man behind me asks for breadsticks and the lady said " we don't have them today". Don't go here if you want something because most likely they won't have it!!!! read more

When I see "Hot-N-Ready" advertised as a feature I generally expect that there will be, in fact, pizzas ready. That is not the case at this location. The first time I came here for a pizza and there weren't any ready I let it slide. Stuff happens, maybe they got slammed before I got there. The second time I started to notice a pattern. Here I sit for the third time, waiting 15 minutes for a "Hot-N-Ready" pizza. Let's face it, this is pretty generic pizza and the main selling point is that it's cheap and fast. The employees at this location have effectively removed the "fast" aspect of the experience and, therefore, really the only reason I bother stopping here. read more

So, I guess it's pretty hard to really fu*k up a pizza. Especially if it is as simple as pepperoni or olives and sausage, and not some gourmet fruit-a-la-la pizza complete with 24k gold flakes and caviar garnish. These guys and gals do a pretty decent job , the ONLY complaint I have ever had, was when I order a deep dish pizza, now, don't get me wrong, I do have a great appreciation for their speedy service, but I DO however also appreciate my food to be cooked. You know, all the way cooked. And a few times that I have ordered the aforementioned deep dish, I have gotten it home and there was straight up raw dough, except for around the edges. Now, I didn't go to and graduate from any 'Pizza University', however, I am pretty sure that logic would state, that if a one inch thick pizza is gunna take like, 10 minutes to cook....I can safely assume that a, like, 3" thick pizza will take um....LONGER. And if the train leaves Buffalo at 6:10, and is traveling at a speed of 73 mph, the train will arrive safely at the station at 6:55 with four of farmer Thomas's kittens...sorry.. Back to my dough and cheese...so, even though quite raw, only on occasion, you know what, no biggie, we just pop it in the oven for a few more minutes, and viola! But, I can be kind of a bummer when you do NOT feel like cooking, or turning the kitchen into a home sauna by cooking, so you take the easy way out, order a pie from my man Cesar, only to get it home and have to turn the kitchen into a veritable sauna. But, hey, I guess I could look at it this way, I am burning calories by having to sweat my ass off at home, waiting for my pizza to finish cooking all the way, so I guess that's a bonus! But, all in all, for flipping $5, you really cannot beat it, and the staff, although quite young, Has Always been nothing but friendly, polite and pretty much on point. (And extremely patient when I call up on a busy ass Friday night, all like "uhh, so do you guys still have that stuff...that it's like bread sticks, but it's not your breadsticks, and they have cheese, and it comes with sauce I think? I had no problems with this place. Ordered the stuffed crust pizza and had to wait for them to make it. It took less than 10 minutes and was delicious! I'll go here for stuffed crust pizza instead of going to Pizza Hut. The workers were all very friendly too. read more

This location in Alpine seems to be understaffed. We ordered a pizza inside, sat and waited for 50 minutes, after being told it would be 15 minutes. Finally went to the counter and asked about the order, and someone put it in the warmer without calling our number, so it sat in there for 20 minutes. Interesting experience to say the least..? I'm sitting here waiting for my order and the staff are yelling back and forth shooting shit from front counter to back in the kitchen. Not only that, but in these conversations they're cussing too? Whack. What if kiddos were in here? Leave that stuff for the break room or outside of the workplace. I just had my second "experience" with this store. I WILL NEVER, EVER AGAIN GET PIZZA OR ANYTHING ELSE HERE!!!! I had a simple order for 3 pizzas, all regular stuff off the menu. When I picked them up 20 minutes later the order was wrong. VERY WRONG!!! I did not ask for jalapenos, but they were on everything. I did ask for a thin crust pepperoni, it was a cheese pizza. But you can bet I was charged for the more expensive pizza. When I tried to talk to the manager, it turns out that the dumb ass that took my order was the "lead" on the shift; there is no manager present. I am a currently employed Alpine Little Caesars representative, and I would like to share some shocking news. I just recently met someone who works at the current Pizza Hut in Alpine through a close friend. I Obviously Know how delicious Pizza Hut is, you think I'd be sick of pizza yet I order Pizza Hut delivery every so often. I asked him how they made and prepped their food seeing as I work a very paced shift. He told me flat out "Everything's frozen! (;" Chuckling about it like it didn't matter to him. I asked: how do they make their dough seeing as we make ours from scratch with flour. He said he took it out of a box and stretched it out onto a pan and put it in the oven. I was surprised. I asked what about the sauce?! considering how I stir the tomato paste with water and seasoning till my arm tires and buffs out, he said "that's packaged". What about the toppings?! (I have to peel, chop, then cut them all up in a grinder but they are all from fresh locally farmed fields- boxes of onions, green peppers, and mushrooms.) He replied that "all the toppings come pre-cut, and pre-packaged, ready for use out of the freezer. For Little Caesars the only thing we keep frozen are the ham and bacon and the cheese because they come pre-packaged and that is only to protect people from the risk of food spoiling or cross contamination poisoning. From all that I had heard, nothing was local or home made from scratch, and we work for quality, taste, speed and affordability. I hope everyone who goes on Yelp* sees the prosperity of this specific store by it's smart change of staff, and the tasteful difference of good clean quality food. With a now cooperative, clean cut team of workers, we are now able to deliver the finest quality of pizza for the lowest price around. Our new Deep Dish is to die for and we try to keep it hot and ready from 3pm - 8pm usually from demand. Don't be afraid to ask for a change of half and half toppings or turn your Deep Dish into a 3-Meat treat or Hula-Hawaiian! Customers ask why the Hot and Ready pizzas take only 8 minutes, when the Deep Dish take approximately 15? It's because the deep dish goes through the oven 1 & 1/2 times to make sure the dough is cooked thoroughly but Also so that when you bite in you get that crunchy outside with a soft fluffy inside. We are working on making our menu more clear for customers to see so that when they come in they can be aware of the plethora of options we have.
