No pictures necessary: It's Little Caesar's. Little Caesar's used to be a quick and inexpensive fix for your pizza cravings. Now? I can go to Costco, get 3 MASSIVE pepperoni pizzas that taste better and feed more for the price of two pizzas and some "crazy bread" from this location (which is what we will be doing from now on. But I digress... you walk into this particular location and it's dirty, run down, and borderline run by the crack heads outside. I'm genuinely shocked they'd pass any type of health inspection. I guess there's a reason they're never busy. After you step into this dirty facility you're not greeted. 9 times out of 10, the employees are in the back, evidently not cleaning. When they finally crawl up to the counter with lifeless eyes and almost no sense of pride or happiness, they mumble sweet nothings of "what are you having?" borderline inaudible to a dog. On to my last and most likely important point: typically you get what you pay for. I paid almost $35 for "Hot-N-Ready" pizza that most certainly was not ready. I waited 15-20 minutes for my "fast food", but on a positive note it was at least hot. I should hope so considering they clearly had to build a fire to make it. I did not get what I paid for. What a tragic experience this was. This has been consistent at this location too. I've been two other times hoping these were flukes but alas, this is consistent. Someone needs to buy the place and revamp it, or turn it into extra parking for ihop. Worst and most ghetto little Caesar's in the area, for sure. read more

Little Caesars is great for super quick and inexpensive eats. The pizza is not bad nor is it great. It's just filling. It's like having relatively tasting bread with okay sauce and a few thin ingredients on it. But you can't beat the $5 lunch deal. I don't drink soda so it actually ends up being a $4 lunch deal for me. Okay, and in true transparency, I do like the crustiness of the edges of their pan pizza. It's got this incredible crunch. However, the middle part is rather doughy in my opinion. I think their wings are okay. They have a variety of sauces but the only one that I like is the garlic parmesan. I remember when Little Caesars Pizza was (way back in the day) the place where you would get two pizzas for dirt cheap. I think they called it Pizza Pizza!!! Obviously, several years ago they redid their branding and updated their image. Yet, they managed to still keep super reasonable prices. What is *wrong* with this place? I know--what do I even expect from a fast food joint?--but this is horrendous. They consistently fail to cook the pizzas, or overcook til they're tough and burned. The happy medium of simply cooked properly is uncommon. They *never* properly cook breadsticks, so you get a bag of nasty white dough. The accompanying marinara dipping sauce is usually cold as if just taken out of the refrigerator. More about the pizza. There is always either not enough sauce, or no sauce at all. The pretzel crust is frequently not browned, but left pale, so it has no flavour. Most times, they do not even cut the pizzas, or they ignore requests for pie-cut. I do not buy this garbage, but if it is here, sometimes I try to eat it. Always a regretful decision. My thrifty relative who does buy this stuff has had enough! Think about how bad the food must be for someone who values thrift over quality to say "NEVER AGAIN". We both think we can recall a time when Little Caesar's wasn't utter trash, but now we are in an ugly new era. If you must have pizza, try Mod. read more

Workers don't acknowledge food mods. Ordered no cheese very clearly on the ticket/receipt, got cheese. As well as an ethical stance against animal products, I'm very allergic. Nightmare to get my money back through this and frustrating to inadvertently support the industry. Honestly, you get what you pay for. I get that. I truly do. At some point though, it needs to be acknowledged that we *are* paying for *something*. I don't expect total dog food when ordering from an establishment like this. Tonight, we received dog food. The bottom of the pizza was saturated through with so much grease that the bottom had been ripped apart as it was either being cooked, or placed into the box, or somewhere along the way.... whenever it happened, I really don't know or care.... to top it off, it was cold. Little Caesars open sign was not lit, but don't let that be a deal changer as it's on a timer that isn't working correctly. I called and they started my pizza right away! I love the crispy corners of the deep dish pizza; the dough is fluffy with a nicely dense texture that satisfies my pizza craving every time. Friendly service is offered here. One nice addition is the order online and pick up in store machine. You can scan your bar code or enter in your code which opens a door automatically so you are able to retrieve your pizza hot and fresh. Keep up the good work guys! read more

I'd leave zero stars if possible. I called in our order 30 minutes prior to picking up and they "had no trace of my order". He then tried to accuse me of calling the wrong store but I know I called the proper store as I had the Little Caesars App open with their address on it. I asked him if the number on the app was their number and he replies "i don't know the number to our store". Seriously ? Him: "Well, I've been up here since 5pm and didn't take any order like that". Me: "so are you insinuating this was my mistake? This is your store address, no?" Him: " I didn't say that at all. There are other guys here and they could've taken the call." We love their pizza-it's a great price and tastes good. However-if your whole "thing" is "Fast & Ready" then you better stand behind it! Usually there are pizzas ready for me when I walk in. But this week there were NO pizzas ready. All six of the employees were standing around checking their phones, and noone was making a pizza! The downside to making your customers wait 20 minutes for a pizza is they have time to observe how bad the customer service is, as well as how disgustingly dirty the floors, walls, and counters are. I order and then I come pick up. It takes me about 25 minutes to get there from my house. I prefer to order it ahead of time so I'm not waiting since I have my kids with me. The last 2 times i show up and still have to wait an additional 10 or 15 minutes for my small order. They do not even seem busy, so I don't get it. No one even came in while I was waiting. Tonight I call and order the deep deep dish pizza and Italian bread but they can't make either because they ran out of the bread they use.... what ?? Feel like that's a big crucial part of your menu . Stop letting your employees stand around on their phones. Clearly no one is doing inventory or putting pizzas in when they should be ... Update ** we came here a few days later because my kids really love the Italian bread . Called and was told it would be ready in 7 minutes , well I placed the order at 6:50pm and didn't get our food until 7:52!!!!!!! That is insane !!!! For 2 orders of Italian bread . I was so upset when I went in to get a pizza and was greeted by a worker with no mask or gloves on. He leaned in to talk to me and very talkative and loud. He was walking all around the reception area talking and touching everything. I saw him handling my pizza with no mask and no gloves and put it in the box while talking up a storm . Silverdale Little Caesar's Pizza has a sign in the window stating not mask, no service'. I appreciate the sentiment. I entered the business yesterday to place an order and witnessed the kitchen staff not wearing masks at all. When I asked the counter person if they were supposed to wear masks, he said "we're supposed to". He shrugged his shoulders. I left feeling disgusted that I had wanted to support a local business that does not want to support my health and well-being by wearing masks. I left and headed to the East Bremerton Little Caesar's Pizza to place my order. Their kitchen staff was not wearing masks either. I asked why they were not wearing masks and they replied the "it's hot back there". I left and will not be supporting either of these locations ever again. If you want to order out and feel confident that the business is following statewide mandates to keep you safe, then do not give this business your money. read more

As with all things in life you get what you pay for. The price is right. The pizza was hot, ready on a moments notice, and my teenager had zero complaints. I'm not saying I would take my wife here for dinner but if money is tight, like for younger people. Or if your a black hole for food, like younger people, this is a great option. read more

The price is right, the food is fine. Service is what is low. Every single time we have gone to pick up a pizza, it is never "hot and ready". We have had to wait 10-15 minutes each time, which is fine. I just don't like when people advertise wrong about being hot and ready when they are not. Good pizza, nice and friendly staff however they always seem disorganized and flustered. Every time I go in to grab a hot n ready pizza it's at least a 15 minute wait. The staff really needs to get their stuff together, put an extra person on the busy shift or start making a surplus of pizzas earlier before the rush. I was told the wait would be five minutes... 15 minutes ago. There have been a couple times I've been there for 45 minutes waiting for just a single pizza and breadsticks. The service world has changed... maybe I just can't eat out anymore!!! I kept seeing the $9.00 box meal on T.V. and decided I had to try it. Upon entering (4:00) a young guy says "just a minute"... he was counting his till. When the phone rang SEVERAL minutes later he called for help and a young girl handled the call, whilst doing gross things with her fingers. Hmmmm. the cook perhaps? When the guy was done with his counting he waited on me... without washing his hands after playing with all that feces encrusted money.
