Chicken with mix veggies lunch special

Looking for good, quick service please check out Little Dragon. Food is decent for area. Will fill you up and keep you going throughout your day! Typical Chinese American restaurant environment so don't set expectations too high.

Service charge for dine-in. Plus tip? Pick one, not both.

Henry's was great. Little Dragon is not; it appears they've changed ownership and changed their name but inherited all the goodwill from Henry's Yelp page. Little Dragon offers reasonably priced average Asian food. The staff is nice enough but not terribly competent - modifications were ignored, wrong soups delivered, etc. But on top of all that, a "service charge" is added to the tab and then they ask for an additional tip. Cut that nonsense out.

Henry's is great! Food is delicious. Location is great. The service is not great. It's always busy, which says something about the food, but the need to hire more staff or something. It takes forever to get your food!

I go back to this place whenever I ski in Colorado, satisfied each time! Must try: Chicken Gyoza! Good quality ingredients fully stuffed inside with thin crunchy dumpling skin (not oily or dough-heavy at all). I am surprised that Gyoza here is better than most sushi places. Anything in Chef Specialty is good. I normally match the number of dishes to the number of people. The price is very reasonable near Vail and Aspen. Big thumbs up!

The old sign to trick you.

It's not great but it was pretty standard American Chinese food. They seemed under staffed during the dinner rush and it was a little slow.

We went for dinner during our trip to Beaver Creek. It was on a weekday and this place was busy,…read moretables filled up pretty quick! I love the rustic cabin decor in the dinning room, very warm and cozy vibe. Our server Brett is great, informative and very patience with us. Soup of the Day was Beef & Vegetable and it was pretty good. On the entrees, we went with the grilled wild game meats. Hubby got the Elk Combo (Elk Chop, Grilled Quail, Jackalope sausage). The chop cooked just right, tasty sausage and the quail was delicious. I had the Elk Tenderloin, it was flavorful but I should have ordered medium rare instead of medium as it was overdone to my liking :P

When we received the check they had added over $20 for the sides. When we questioned this we were told pasta dishes dint get the sides. I pointed out on the menu how it said all entrees receive sides and the manager said that we should have known a pasta dish doesn't come with sides. He said the menu is not a contract!! And was extremely rude!!!! The food was decent but do not go to this restaurant. The server clearly knew we were ordering the standard sides and didn't clarify and then you add the very rude management! Horrible, horrible!!!!!

After my 1st day snowboarding, due to our lack of snow this winter, Vail had the best forecast, and…read moreI happily rode 7 runs in 2-hours, and was then starving, after also skipping lunch. Since I'd parked at Lions Head, before I returned to Denver, I considered the Vail Chophouse, as their menu looked delicious, however when I went inside, the live music was so loud - even with my noise-canceling headphones still in- that I still couldn't hear, and knew I'd blow out my ear drums. Enter: Montauk Seafood Grill, the perfect antidote, with an equally appealing menu, and a much more serene ambiance. :-) Given I was famished, I asked my wonderful server, Brenn, for recommendations, and she was - hands down - one of the best servers I've had, in a long time. She was friendly, attentive, honest, and an all around delight. I started by asking her suggestion, as to if I should order the "Blood Moon" or "Happy Coconut" mocktail, and she recommended the Blood Moon, which was delicious! I love Blood Orange, and it had the perfect combination of mint, to be both sweet & sour. I needed a mocktail, given I was driving back to Denver, after dinner. She then brought me delicious Rosemary Sourdough and Citrus Butter, as a starter, which was fantastic, especially given I needed all the carbs, from skipping lunch, riding so much, and from fasting the night before, for a prior medical appointment, that morning, in Denver, hence my late start, snowboarding. Then I ordered - and loved - the Point Reyes Blue Cheese Crusted Filet Mignon, medium rare, with the most delicious asparagus I've ever had, and I was grateful that they could make my truffle potatoes, whipped, instead of hash brown style. I ended my delicious dinner with a cappuccino, for the drive home. Perfection!

Both were fresh and a perfect way to begin the meal. For my entrée I had the salmon nigiri, scallop nigiri, a California roll, and bluefin nigiri, and each piece was outstanding. The fish was incredibly fresh, buttery, and clean-tasting with none of that overly "fishy" flavor you sometimes get- just pure, high-quality seafood that melts in your mouth. I also ordered a mocktail that was refreshing and well balanced, which was a nice touch. The waitress was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Even though the restaurant is on the smaller side, the quality of the food and the warm service make it a place I would absolutely recommend. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in beaver creek!

I have eaten at every restaurant on the square except there. We arrive at 2:37pm and the host told he could not seat us because the close at 3pm a reopen at 4:30pm and they take their last seating at 2pm for lunch! We graciously left and said we were sorry. I go back there today by myself at 2pm and was seated at the bar by the same host. Sat down at the bar the server was Kurt and pushing, which I am use to up here, did not even excuse herself or tell she was leaving. Kind of rude as a server. As I was finishing up I notice people coming 2:37pm, 2:45pm and 2:50pm and the same host that refused to serve us sat every one of them at a table. This was my first time eating this restaurant and after our experience the day before. It is not a good look. I do not think will eat there again. Derrick Poe
