Honestly, a little disappointed. As a local I usually go here because it's consistent and I can count on it. Tonight I ordered something that's no longer on the menu and instead of the person who took my order explaining that to me when I went to pick up the food they had made me a completely different dish. Chicken satay and chicken pad Thai are not the same item. That should've been communicated to me. Also when I got home to eat the chicken pad Thai it looks like it's been tossed in a sweet-and-sour sauce. There is not even a hint of peanut or peanuts in the dish. A little disappointed but I guess everyone has a bad night. The cheese wontons and the dumplings are on point though. read more

I was very impressed with the Mapo Tofu from Henry's. I am normally hesitant to order it from a new restaurant, because it is a difficult dish to get right--but Henry's did it! It had a wonderfully nuanced sour, savory, spicy flavor, and even manages to achieve a málà effect. Authentic ingredients like szechuan chili oil and douchi were accompanied by some non-traditional twists, like swapping chicken and shrimp for minced pork, and the overall experience was really excellent! read more

It's so hard to find a really good Chinese restaurant here in Colorado, and yes I found one in Edwards! My husband and I were driving through Edwards and decided to stop for lunch when we saw this highly rated Chinese restaurant that was speaking to us after a long night of drinks. We ordered the lunch specials the sweet and sour chicken and sesame chicken with fried rice. We also had the salad, Rangoon, and egg rolls which were all so good. The batter on the chicken was so crisp and delicious. Staff was super nice and attentive. Love this place! read more

We waited 16 minutes after the server came and brought us menus. Then water came and we waited again. Drinks took another 10 minutes, and food took 20 more. There were tables open, and yet we waited an unreasonable amount of time. We saw 3 tables leave after the wait, but it was a Friday so we didn't want to try to find another place. I've been eating at Henry's for several years and while the food is decent...it's become WAAAAAYYYY overpriced. $50 for 2 people-takeout! If this were Vail, I'd expect these prices. Best Chinese food in the Valley by far! We just enjoyed a great night of food and drink. Probably ordered too much but it was worth it for sure. We got to taste all sorts of stuff. I'm sorry but I have to disagree with the other reviews. Henry's used to be my favorite Chinese. Unaware of new ownership, I ordered our go to's, beef fried rice, beef lo mein and fried dumplings. In both dished the meet was not cooked, I had to pull it all out and finish coolinkg it.The dumplings were burned on the bottoms and the rest of the dumpling was raw. The fries rice had pes and carrots and literally 3 scallions and nothing else. The lo mein was mushy and again had about three onions and that was it.No fortune cookies to boot! A complete waste of $44.00. I'll never go there again. read more

My parents and I found this lovely restaurant on our way to Aspen. We got Kong Pao Shrimp, Kong Pao Beef, and Shrimp with mixed vegetable for lunch. I really love the lunch special. Within $10, we got a large dish with fried rice and one side! The portion of the entrée was large, and the food was very delicious. The owner was extremely friendly. We accidentally discovered this place during our ski trip. The food was surprisingly good and authentic, especially the Mapo Tofu. This is a relaxing a little place great for some hearty Chinese food after a day on the slope. Owner Grace was very nice to us and willing to accommodate our off-the-menu requests. I guess I'll start by saying the service was good. Hostess was friendly and helpful. The egg rolls were good too. I was really disappointed that the noodles I ordered, which I was told could be made vegan, came out with chicken and egg in it. At that point I was suspicious that the curry paste had shrimp in it even when it came back how I ordered it. Just really disappointing. I appreciate them trying to help though. The rest of my family wasn't happy either, I heard that the food was overwhelmed by sauce and not great. It should be fine if you're not picky about American Chinese food and you don't have dietary restrictions. Otherwise, not great. read more

Have had many opportunities to experience the food from this restaurant and we always have been impressed. Interesting the restaurant has "Chinese" in its title because I would consider the Thai here second to none. This isn't "resort town's take on Thai". The quality here would stand on its own in any large market. My personal favorite is the panang curry. Just as with the other curries, the vegetables within the sauce are fresh and crunchy.
