Qui Qui feels very homey and the menu definitely reflects that. I'm not Puerto Rican myself but grew up around a lot of people from PR and this reminded me of home. I ordered off of their happy hour menu which was a bonus for a Sunday afternoon. I tried the beef empanadas and fried pork with tostones and also got a passion fruit margarita.
