Such a great place for ordering delivery! Writing this while unhappy about service. Called in for pickup order. Waited longer in store than if I had just walked in and placed the order. At most I should have waited 5 min. With service like this they lost a customer. read more

Mainly due to service. We placed a decently sized order for 8 people on Sunday...it took WELL over an hour to deliver the only pizza we ordered and no other food. We were located 1 block away. About 1/2 hour after the pizza arrived the other food finally was delivered, minus my own personal meal I ordered. Being it was 11pm or so at that point, I sucked it up and had a few bites of my daughter's baked ziti which was pretty good. I will say, the portions are huge. We got pizza from them several times last year and it was good. I'm guessing they were just really unprepared for Memorial day weekend volume? read more

Don't relie on this restaurant, Ordered 500.00 in trays to be picked up Christmas eve at 5pm . Went to pick up nothing ready 10 other people Aggravated waiting with no answers as to how long our food will take no answers owner would not come out we were told he speaks no English. Waited 2 hours they lost our paper work food was not done till 9am and messed up order half trays we got and a mess inconvenience is what it was no one new what they were doing Never again will I relie on this restaurant for anything they screwed up our Christmas dinner. This place is amazing and everyone loved it. There was a little wait but I think it was worth it. I would recommend this place for Italian lovers, it's a great place to go, and no one was picky about the food and everyone ate their dinner great. Ordered a pizza with sausage and onions along with chicken wings Oct 2. Chicken wings were good but the pizza was the worst. Couldn't eat it. It was thick, raw and gummy. It had lots of sausage chunks and onions but the onions were raw and cold. I think they threw the onions on after the pizza was cooked. I come from a family who owned a pizzeria and Little Italy needs to learn how to make pizza. read more

I've been coming to Little Italy for the last 15 years and it is a great little place. The owner makes you feel like family and the food is fantastic. After moving to the southwest, it's great coming back to the East Coast and getting some decent pizza at Little Pizza. I highly recommend their Chicken Parm pizza! read more

Pizza on counter looks old, not much variety. Restaurant has random junk laying around and a very unwelcoming atmosphere.

The owners have changed hands over the summer and I just want to say that it was much needed. We have been going there for the past 4 years and always enjoyed the food but since the new owners have taken over, we love it! They gave the restaurant a much needed cleaning and even brighten up the place inside. If you enjoy Jersey Pizza, give this place a try!! read more

We've tried every pizza/Italian casual restaurant in the area since 1995, and keep coming back to our standby, Little Italy. I believe this is the only Pizza restaurant in the Forked River area that has had the same owner/operator/chefs for all those years! And, the quality has never wavered in all that time: high-quality cheeses and tomato sauces are used in all their recipes. Let's face it: our ideal pizza is the one that reminds us of our childhood/teens pizza, and for me, that's Little Italy's. Unfailingly pleasant staff, too. read more

For some reason, we've never had anything but a stop by pizza (great) So when we ordered chicken Francaise to be delivered recently we did not know what to expect. So I now declare this: This was the best Chicken Francaise I've had in a long time. Freshly cooked pasta (so rare in these days of presoaked garbage) bright lemony flavor adorned with lemon slices, geneorus portion of chicken and the side salad was more than just a wedge of tired iceberg, cherry tomato and cucumber slice. I ordered a large white cheese pizza with broccoli. The menu price is advertised as $13.00 when I was charged $19.00. I called and spoke to the manager and he said the menu was 2 yrs old and went up $1.00. I questioned that broccoli costs $4.00 but he said $3.00 which doesn't make the pizza $19.00. I told him he should get new menus with the new pricing and he stated that he has a lot of them in boxes. He should have them corrected as it is false advertising. Very poor customer service and talks nasty to customers especially as a manager. He didn't even suggest to refund for overcharging me. He simply did not care. Won't ever buy from here again. Very expensive. Anyone thinking about going here go somewhere else. read more
